I told my psychiatrist that I feel depressed and want to die


My psychiatrist asked me if I would still feel the same if I were richer, more handsome, and more clever. 

I said no.

She told me that I feel depressed not because I have a mental illness, but because I'm poor, ugly, and stupid. She told me to earn money, take care of myself, and study.

 Do you think it makes sense or not?

-If you've consulted with a psychiatrist before, you would know that this is just a made-up storyㅋㅋㅋ

-I personally think this story was made-up. However, my psychiatrist once told me that I would get better if I pray and read the Bible. She even prescribed me the medications I didn't need. There are a lot of weird doctors out there. 

-This may be out of topic, but this is exactly why you should find competent doctors. One of my friends has depression due to bullying. When she went to a psychiatrist, she was told that it all happened because of her and that she had to fix her personality because she was problematic. My friend ended up taking her own life. It was from a long time ago, she didn't even think to sue the hospital.

-You're saying that an actual doctor actually said that??

-No way a real doctor would say something like that...

-You may think that doesn't make sense, but actually, there are doctors like that out thereㅎ Just because you have never met one, doesn't mean they don't exist.

-Not even a counseling center, but a hospital?

-Regardless of whether this was just a made-up story or not, I've also been hurt by a psychiatrist's words before...

-I'm sorry for being poor, ugly, and stupid... However, you're a living trash for not willing to make an effort to make your patient feel better.

Karina's method to lose weight







'I wear a padded jacket, a tight t-shirt, or a sweatsuit and run for 4 hours. I would play Kpop songs and go for a run or dance while saying to myself, 'Jimin-ah, you're so cool''

!! This is what she did when she lost 4 kg !!

-In the full video, she didn't say that's her workout routine. She also didn't say that she runs for 4 consecutive hours.

-Whoa... Running for 4 hours is really amazing. On the days where I run, I usually would just run for 1 minute and walk fast for the remaining time and I still feel like I'm about to die...

-In the video, she also said that she gains and loses weight easilyㅠㅠ Why are you guys worrying about her knees? It's not like she loses weight by starving herself. She works out to lose weight...

-I respect her for losing weight by working out. It would be really great if people follow her method to lose weight.

NCT 127's live encore stage of Sticker on MCountdown amazes people

 

This video is from 2021. It's very fascinating how can they sing this unique song really well.

-I really hate this song, but I really like this encore stage. I even downloaded the video so I can watch it offline from time to timeㅋㅋㅋ

-I think you can always trust SM Ent.'s idols when it comes to vocals. They all sound really goodㅠㅠ 

-It's my first time listening to this song and it sounds very challenging to singㅋㅋㅋ The beat is difficult. The instrument and the melody are playing separately. I don't think I can sing this song if only the instrument is playing...

-Whoa... There are some parts that sound even better than the studio versionㅋㅋㅋ

-Taeil is a really great singer. He sings this song so f*cking effortlessly.
