STAYC's Isa seems to have changed her eyebrows shape

 From the arched shape:

And she changes her eyebrows shape to straight for this comeback

She looks charming with either shape

-I personally like her with arched brows more, probably because I'm used to seeing her with that shapeㅠㅠㅠ However, I still like her

-Isa looks beautiful with either brow shape, but I think she looks more outstanding with arched browsㅠㅠㅠ

-Hul... So that's why she looks a little bit different to me. I really like her new brow shape!

-I think the arched brows were more charming...

-I like her new brow shape!! She looks beautiful either way, thoughㅠㅠㅠ

-She's seriously so beautiful...

-Her new brow shape makes her vibes go from cheerful, playful to mysterious. I like it!

-She's the member I can't help but stare at the most in STAYC. I have never stanned a girl group before...

-It's so amazing how a brow shape can change someone that much...

-She looks more unique and beautiful with arched brows, thoughㅠㅠㅠ

-I love her arched brows. I'm sure she changed her brow shape to suit the comeback's concept, right?ㅠㅠㅠㅠ She's so gorgeous...

-Can she have her arched brows back?ㅠㅠ I mean, I know she looks beautiful either way, but...

-She looks beautiful with either shape but arched brows suit her the bestㅠㅠㅠ

-The company should've let her kept her arched brows, it's her characteristicㅠㅠ I mean, straight brows are too... average. I think I have never seen anyone looks beautiful with arched brows as much as Isa does.

Do you notice this in Street Woman Fighter?

This post is written to explain some scenes of the show to those who have little to no knowledge about dance battles!

1. The terms used during dance battles

What does the MC mean when he said >Back off<?

(It's actually back off, not back up. But it seems like Mnet has little knowledge about dance battles as well, hence the wrong subtitle... I looked it up and the MC actually has experience in B-Boying, therefore he knows a lot about dance battles and the terms. The subtitle makes Mnet sounds really ridiculousㅋㅋ)

'Back off' is used during this situation

When the dancers who aren't currently participating in the battle start coming up to the stage.
Back off is used to tell them to return off stage.

2. What does the MC mean when he says >rock<?

(Mnet did a mistake again, writing lock instead of rockㅠㅠ Why are you like this, Mnet-ah?ㅠㅠ)

This term is used by the MC to induce reactions from the audience. This is one of the terms used during that situation. It's such a pity that Mnet didn't put any explaining about these terms.

3. If you watch the show, you'll notice that in this scene the dancers started to throw their shoes. You might've wondered the reason why.

This is one of the expressions used when the dancers in the battle rocked the stage.
(This is how they show their respect, as if saying 'Whoa, you totally killed it. I'm all done here, you can have my shoe'. It's similar to how people take off their hats when they greet someone. They take off their shoes because it's the most important thing for dancers. That's why they take off their shoes to show their respect)

4. The reactions during the battle

One of the sad things that Mnet did was turning off the audience's sound and only putting in the sound from the MC's mic in the full-cam video of the battles they posted on Youtube.
If you take a look at the short highlight clips Mnet posted, you can slightly understand the atmosphere during the battle.

I hope Mnet wouldn't turn off the audience's sound next time. It's more exciting that wayㅠㅠ

Anyway, I don't know if I make mistakes in this post. If there are any, please kindly tell me and I'll edit it right away.

Don't forget to watch Street Woman Fighter every Tuesday at 10.20PM in Mnet<3

[+660][-26]

1. [+210][-0] (OP) This is the reason why Monica participates in the show. Please only speak kindly about the dancers in this show, I beg you guys.
PROWDMON Monica says, "The production team says that this show is ' to help those who aren't noticed by the light, to be noticed' But it's nothing that I can do, it's what the production team do. I participate in this show to help them to do that. I don't know if I'm helping, though'

2. [+208][-1] Can they please change the day of the show?? It's too cruel for them to air on Tuesdaysㅋㅋ

3. [+178][-0] This comment is very funnyㅋㅋㅋㅋ '30 of Jessi's cousins and a Chaeyeon'

4. [+144][-111] I'm not a fan of Kang Daniel, but I think Mnet did a great job choosing him to be the MC

5. [+137][-1] This is Monica, Lee Jung, and Lip Jㅋㅋㅋ

Idols and dancers dance in a different way, do you understand this?

At first, I had no idea what makes them different. But after seeing this Street Woman Fighter dancer vs Lee Chaeyeon, I think I got the point.

pann

[+309][-28]

1. [+364][-9] A great dancer as an idol makes themselves look outstanding and dance beautifully. While on the other hand, dancers focus more on their movements. They have different purposes when they dance.

2. [+296][-9] Idols focus on making themselves look outstanding while dancers focus on making their movements look outstanding. But I think that dancer makes both herself and her movements look outstanding in that gif... I mean, they're always dressed in dark-colored costumes on stage and dance far in the back, which makes the idols look more outstanding. But if they were to perform in the center, we wouldn't be able to notice anything besides the dancers themselves.

3. [+211][-2] Honestly, I think Lee Chaeyeon going on Street Woman Fighter causes her more disadvantages than the opposite. Dance has always been her strength and charm, but the show only makes her show her weakness in it and fades her 'best dancer' image. I feel sorry for her...

4. [+187][-1] They obviously dance in a different way compared to idols. You just can't help but have your eyes fixed on them.

5. [+112][-0] It's like the difference between movie and theatrical play. Actresses/actors in theatrical plays tend to speak or sing loudly and show their expressions overly because they perform right in front of the audience. On the other side, actresses/actors don't need to do that in movies because the audience can easily zoom their screen. Hence they look more aesthetically pleasing and don't have to express themselves excessively. Their areas are different. I personally think Chaeyeon is the best dancer as an idol. But this program was made for professional dancers, that's why it's inevitable for her to be sort of overshadowed in this show.

6. [+104][-90] Dancers and idols are very different. But I have to admit that Lee Chaeyeon is a great dancer.
