Is it because of the rumors? SM Ent.'s stock price dropped by 8%, investors demand SM Ent. to respond quickly to the rumors

 

On the 4th, SM Ent.'s stock price plummeted just before the market closed, leading investors to speculate on the reasons behind the drop. Some are guessing that it might be due to rumors circulating online.

On this day, SM Ent.'s stock closed at 81,900 KRW. The stock started steady, rising by as much as 1.91% before sharply declining around 3 PM, at one point dropping to 80,500 KRW (-9.75%).

Previously, on the 28th of last month, HYBE disclosed that they had sold SM stocks worth 68.4 billion KRW through a block deal, which caused SM Ent.'s stock price to fall by 4.63% the following day.

Following the stock drop on the 4th, investors in SM Ent. stocks reacted with comments like, “What’s going on all of a sudden?” and “The company needs to take action quickly.”

IKON's Bobby quietly enlists today (4th) ... Serving on full-time reserve service

In April, iKON's agency, 143 Entertainment, announced through the official SNS of iKON, "iKON's members Bobby and Jung Chanwoo will fulfill their military duties on May 21 and 27." They also informed that both individuals would quietly enlist without any official events on the day of enlistment.

Byun Wooseok reveals his ideal type, "I like women who don't swear... I tend to get deeply involved emotionally"

 

Byun Wooseok shared, "I generally like romantic comedy genres, and I loved this story because it’s about a love that puts everything on the line for the other person. Isn't the character similar to Noah from 'The Notebook'?" He had also mentioned the Noah character during an interview for the 2022 Netflix series '20th Century Girl'.

When asked about his own dating style, he explained, "I tend to get deeply involved emotionally with the other person," noting a similarity to the character Ryu Sunjae.

Regarding his ideal type, which he had mentioned in a past interview, he said, "My preferences for physical appearance keep changing. What’s more important is that our personalities match well. We need to have good conversations," adding, "I have some foolish traits, so I like wise women."
