Update on 'To The Beautiful You (Hana-Kimi)', the legendary manga that was adapted into Korean and Japanese dramas

It's finally being adapted into an anime after almost 30 years.

Aya Yamane as Mizuki Ashiya, Taku Yashiro as Izumi Sano, Kikunosuke Toya as Shuichi Nakatsu.

The casting seems better than expected, I'm looking forward to it.

-Hul, there was no anime for this...?

-After 30 years???? What??

-Wait, this didn’t have an anime…?

-This never had an anime version?? There were dramas and even a movie, but no anime?? It's surprisingㅋㅋ

-This brings back so many memoriesㅋㅋㅋ

-So it’s finally coming out after the author passed away…ㅠ

-Hul... There was no anime until now? That's even more surprising.

-Oh, but which one of them is the male lead?

ㄴThe one with black hair.

-It’s been 30 years?? That makes me feel oldㅠㅠ

-Sanoㅠㅠ My paper boyfriend when I was in middle school.

I've been waiting for this anime for 30 years. Finally the day has comeㅠㅠ

-I really loved the manga, looking forward to thisㅠ

-Ah… the author passed away… I suddenly feel like rereading the mangaㅜㅜ I should read it again before watching the anime.

-Wow, this is nostalgic. I hope it would come to Netflixㅠㅠㅠ I watched the J-drama for its cheesy charmㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Netflix drama 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call' becomes a major hit

It ranked #1 for non-English dramas in the first week of February

And ranked #2 in overall

It accumulated 16,6 M views in just two weeks

It's currently ranking #11 among all Netflix's original K-Dramas

It's also the #1 most-talked-about drama and actor

Joo Jihoon ranking #1 and Choo Youngwoo ranking #4

-This drama is so f*cking good. Give me Season 2.

-I don't usually like medical dramas, but this one was funㅋㅋㅋ I wonder if there will be Season 2.

-Whoa... This is huge. Looks like there's definitely going to be a Season 2.

-Why did people throw bullshit on 'Hospital Playlist' then?

-The plot feels too similar to 'Dr. Romantic,' so I personally don't like it that much.

-They're currently filming for Season 2, right?? Please..

-It would’ve been perfect if not for Joo Jihoon…

-I can’t even watch this because of Joo Jihoon, so frustrating.

-The original writer wanted Gong Yoo or Kim Namgil... So why did they cast Joo Jihoon instead?

-I've only heard about the hype… Joo Jihoon is in this??... Ugh, I was just about to watch it, though.

-This is the first drama I've actually enjoyed in a long time.

-They're just doing surgeries in this drama... Honestly, they could run for 100 seasons. Let's go.

-I read the novel, so the drama felt a bit off to me, but still interesting.

-The reactions are good. I'll have to watch it thenㅋㅋㅋ

-It's perfect for killing time. I enjoyed it.

BL Webtoon-based drama 'Secret Relationship' unveils its main poster!

theqoo

-Why don't they look like the characters??... Plus, the lead role somehow looks the least noticeable.

-Are you kidding me...?

-What's wrong with the poster...

-Why is the main poster so ugly?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅜㅜㅠㅠ

-First of all, the original story was actually a flop. I wonder if the drama adaptation can save the story...?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Regardless of the casting, the poster looks f*cking terrible... Look at the composition..

-This somehow makes me not want to know the secret anymore...

-Did they just combine separate photos into one?? The composition and expressions look so off.

-They shouldn't have made a drama adaptation...

-Since it's a BL drama, the casting must've been difficult... At least they're making one, I appreciate it.

-Honestly, I only want to see BL in 2D form... Seeing real people act it out is just too much for me...

-They're all very handsome, but I find it fascinating to make a drama adaptation of this Webtoon...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Ughㅜㅜ Please stop...

-Even the original Webtoon wasn't that great, except for the drawing... They're... bold for making a drama adaptation of this Webtoon.

-I can't tell who's playing who...

Choo Youngwoo apologizes for recent Instagram controversy

On this day, Cho Youngwoo apologized for the recent controversy surrounding his SNS following activity. Choo Youngwoo recently was under fire after a screenshot of his SNS following list was spread across online communities, sparking debate as he was revealed to be following numerous influencers and streamers known for their suggestive content.

Choo Youngwoo shared, "As I receive so much attention and love, I came to the realization that I need to be more careful with my words and actions. I realized that my personal intentions and thoughts can be interpreted differently by others and can cause misunderstandings."

He added, "I think I need to be more thoughtful about my actions." He added, "Regarding the accounts that I followed, I didn't have any particular intentions behind it. I often watch Reels and Shorts, I sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused by that. I will be more careful in the future."

When asked if he felt wronged by the controversy over his privacy, Choo Youngwoo replied, "As long as I do well, it's. fine. I love acting so much that I can overcome things like this. It may sound cliché, but I am truly trying to be a good actor and a good person."

-I don't want to say anything more now that he's apologized. There might be some people who will lose interest in him because of this, though.

-Must be nice to live as a man.

-Even after he apologized, people are still mad.

-He shouldn’t have apologized. People just curse him even more if he does.

-I was really starting to like him, but now his image is completely shattered… What kind of things has he been watching?

-I like his acting, though... I hope he doesn't get into any more trouble from now onㅠㅠ

-He's basically saying that he'll 'make it up through his acting'ㄷㄷㄷㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Must be so easy being a man.

-Why apologize? It's your personal preferenceㅋㅋ He's not going to change his preferences or mindse, he's just going to do it more secretly from now on.

-Hul... Told y'all, men always get a f*cking free pass in this country.

-I don’t really care about him, but since he apologized, let’s just wait and see how he acts in the future.

-I'm surprised that he actually apologized for this. I thought he'd just act like it never happened. He should be careful not to reveal his thoughts in the future. Honestly, if his next project does well, people will probably forget about this, like they always to.

-This is such a turn-off.

-I'm relieved that he apologized. Some people will lose interest in him, but others will continue supporting him. He should just focus on his work and not worry about itㅋㅋ

-Wow... It must be nice for him. No matter what happens, there are still Nam-Mi-Sae (NB: 남미새/Women who are crazy over men) fans supporting himㅎㅎ

-What kind of apology is that?
