SouthEast Asian Kpop fans are angry
They're the ones who help idols in terms of streaming and album sales, but idols mostly only treat USA fans well. I think that's what makes them angry.
iKON's Goo Junhoe, "We don't have the same influence we did before, our popularity is falling down"
iKON shares their concern of feeling frustrated and anxious but has no idea what's causing it.
Kim Donghyuk explains, "It has been 8 years since our debut. 10 years, including our training days. As singers, we've been at the top. All of us are struggling and anxious, but we have no idea what's causing it."
Goo Junhoe adds, "It has been 8 years since our debut. Frankly speaking, we've had two primes in our career: Once when we debuted and once with Love Scenario. However, we no longer have the same influence we did before. Now, we're not able to raise our popularity anymore. We can't even manage to have the same popularity. Honestly speaking, our popularity is falling down."

-But at least they're in YG, that's why they still could promote as a group until this point...
-But still, they've hit really big with Love Scenario. Not all idols could experience such popularityㅠㅠ
-Almost all idols experience the same thingsㅋㅋㅋ At least they have hit big with some of their songs before...
-It's really sad to hear this, especially since it reminds me of my ex-favorite group... I'm rooting for you~
-Idols' popularity usually falls down as time passes. I think they should try promoting as individuals or widen the variety of their activities.
-This is a common concern for idols who have been in the industry for a long time...
-I have to admit that Love Scenario was a really big hit...
-It has been 8 years since their debut...?? But why do I feel like I haven't seen them have comebacks that much?
-But to think about it, there are not a lot of boy groups who have big hits as big as Love Scenario...
-Have they tried releasing songs...? I feel like they're releasing songs once every three years...
-This is the reality of being idols, it's all unpredictableㅠㅠ
iKON's Bobby confesses in Golden Clinic, 'As an idol, I should've set a good example but I had a baby before marriage. I'm sorry towards the fans'
Kim Donghyuk recalls Bobby's marriage announcement and says, "Bobby cried as he told each of us that he was going to get married. I know his personality, I know he felt like 'I'm responsible for a person's life. This is what happened. I'm terrified and scared'"
Go Junhoe adds, "Bobby's gaze became different after he got married. He thinks about his family more than what he wants to do."
Bobby explains, "As I decided to get married, I felt really sorry towards iKON's members. It's a blessing, but as an idol, we work as a team. That's why I went to each member and said, 'This is what happened, I came to apologize.' All of the members understood and congratulated me. I'm very grateful for that."
He continues, "I told this to the company along with my parents. After explaining it all, I find my life is quite ridiculous. It's very spectacle. There was so much to fix that I didn't have time to feel things. As an idol, I should've set a good example but I had a baby before marriage and that's not a good example. I'm very sorry to my fans that this happened."
Chuu will not be participating in LOONA's World Tour
-Chuu is the main vocal of the group and yet she's not participating in the world tour??
-Isn't LOONA really popular overseas? I'm sure she could've earned a lot from the world tour, though?
-How could they schedule their activities like that? Don't the idols' personal schedules usually suit the world tour schedules?
-I mean... Chuu is really popular overseas and yet she's not participating in the world tour? She's the main vocal as well, but I'm sure the other members can cover up for her.
-Other idols could film dramas while being on a world tour, though? That's a very shitty excuse...
-Is it possible for a group to do a world tour without their main vocal? I mean... They do have a lot of membersㅠㅠ But is this the best solution their company can come up with? That means Chuu won't earn from the world tour as well... She could've earned a lot from the tour, though...
-World tours are usually planned way ahead before it starts, though. I'm sure they actually have another reason.
-I thought Chuu was the most popular member and also the main vocal of the group...?
-I'm sure Chuu actually wants to participate...
-How could there be a schedule that's more important than a world tour??
-Is there something going on?? Why would she not participate in the tour if there's no problem?
-But it's their first world tour... How could they do this?
-She participated in Queendom but not on the world tour?? Seems like there's something going on...
