-First of all, the drums are the most important in a band. I wonder how long they've been practicing? QWER was able to debut quickly because their drummer majored in music and already had a certain level of skill.

Kyuhyun: Celebrities watching VCRs is not as easy as it looks

 

Daesung: Hyung, you're doing so many shows. And they're all popular, too.

Kyuhyun: Honestly, there are a lot of people trying to take my spot.

Daesung: And doing that kind of shows are super chill. You just need to watch VCRs~

Kyuhyun: You think it's easy? I have to listen to 10 hours of world history lectures. We shoot two episodes at once, so it's 10 hours total. And I sit in the front row, so I absolutely can't doze off. The same with 'Han Moonchul's Dashcam Review,' I have to simulate car accidents throughout the filming!

Daesung: Then what about 'Single's Inferno'? Isn't that good?

Kyuhyun: That one's good...ㅎ

-Hmm... I feel like if he had experienced a normal job, he wouldn't say things like that. He's not even filming every day. It's just one tough day of filming and then it's over. Besides, it's not like he's getting paid minimum wage eitherㅠㅠ I understand that can be exhausting, but from a regular person's perspective, to say that is not 'easy money' is a bit... You know..

-There are staff who spend even more time editing those 10-hour video... He's not a student forced to listen to a class. He's earning money. So it doesn't sound great to hear him say that.

-But still, he keeps doing it because it's worth it, right? If it was too hard, he could just stick to concerts and albums. The professors explaining and the production team preparing the materials beforehand are definitely much more exhausted.

-Getting paid a month's salary to listen a 10-hour lecture once a week VS working 9 hours every weekday for a month.

-He's not even preparing the lecture himself. All he needs to do is just listen. How hard can that be? It's not like he has to take an exam afterward anyway.

-Not allowed to doze off through 10-hour of world history lecture does sound hard, thoughㅋㅋ

-Maybe what he meant is... Just sitting and watching itself is harder than it looks, regardless of how much money he gets...?

-Now that I hear it... That actually does sound like easy money, Mr. Cho Kyuhyun.

-But it's not like a boring school lecture... It's a high-quality one and he's getting paid to listen...

-I'm so jealous of him...

-It's not like he said other jobs are 'easy'...ㅋㅋ I've worked as a staff before, and trust me, that job is absolutely not easy money. You don't just sit comfortably like you do at school. You have to sit under lights, cameras are on you, and you have to constantly react. It's truly not an easy job.

-It's not like he does that every day. He does that just once in every two weeks. How is that not 'easy money'?

-The staff have it 5 times more exhausting...

-?? Ordinary people usually spend 10 hours a day to work, including commuting.

Happy ending with irrational plot vs Well-written sad ending

 

1. I like happy endings unconditionally

2. I think a well-written sad ending leaves a longer lingering impression

I prefer happy endings. I like sad endings too, but they're not good for my mental healthㅜ

-#2 stays in my memory. #1 usually gets forgotten after a few years.

-#2 Even though I prefer happy endings, if the story doesn't make sense, I just lose interest in the drama and never rewatch it.

-#1 for me. I can't rewatch sad dramas.

-It depends on my life at the moment. If I'm mentally okay, I like #2. But when I'm having a f*cking rough time, I definitely prefer #1.

-I'm team Happy Endings. Life is already hard enough, I need happiness at least in fiction.

-Whatever it is as long as it's well-written...

-Well-written sad endings stay in my heart forever... Until the day I die.

-I like #2 more, but the problem is I can't bring myself to rewatch...

-I like #1, but the ones that stay with me longest are #2...
