-It's G-Dragon, not just any other singer. I can understand the slightly higher price. It's going to sell out anywayㅋㅋ I can't wait alreadyㅠㅠ
-The price is just as gangster-ish as HYBE.
-That's expensive as f*ck. How do ticket prices keep going up?
-I heard his solo album is going to have 13 different versions. He's going to make a lot of money.
-Going to concerts is becoming burdensome these daysㅠ I don't think I can't go to concerts (unless my bias' concerts) anymore because the tickets are so expensiveㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
-Ah.. Everything except my salary keeps going up.
-I don't know much about concerts, but weren’t ticket prices in South Korea set too low in the first place? Even in Southeast Asia, where the economy isn't as strong as ours, tickets cost hundreds of thousands of won.
-Why is it more expensive than international artists? Oh Gosh.
-Isn't it really ridiculous to charge more than 200,000 KRW (~$138)....?? If you buy five tickets, it's over 1 million KRW (~$692) already...
-I can't go to concerts anymore. They've become too expensive.
-Fine, if it's too expensive, don’t come. I'll go insteadㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Isn't this normal since it's G-Dragon???? I personally think it's reasonable.
-Jung Haein and Kwanghee are finally meeting... And on top of that, on GD's variety showㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The '88s lineup is insane. I'm so excited for thisㅋㅋㅋ
-Hul... Kwanghee is there too?? This is going to be funㅋㅋㅋ
-I knew G-Dragon and Lee Soohyuk were close, but I didn't know they were the same age.
-Except for Kwanghee, everyone seems like they'd be shy, but also not, at the same timeㅋㅋㅋ Looks like it'll be fun. They all seem like such good people.
-Wait, Kim Soohyun and Kwanghee are the same age…??
-Huk... This is the first time I've seen Kim Soohyun hanging out with other male actors of his age. I love this!
-How are they 'Ahjussi' with those visuals...? They're so freaking handsome.
-Kwanghee and Lim Siwan being on this show is driving me insane.
-Lee Soohyuk passed by briefly and I was shocked by how handsome he looks...
-They still look so young. It's hard to believe these actors are almost 40ㅜㅜㅜ
-When is this airing? I can't wait to watch.
-It feels like they all came from different worldsㅋㅋ
-I love Kwanghee so muchㅠㅠㅠ Jung Haein is such a baby face.
-When I first saw an article about this lineup, I thought they would be awkward to each other... But this actually seems better than I imagined.
He was captured in this jumper on several occasions and people were looking for information about this outfit on fashion online communities, Instagram, and blogs.
It was picked by Jung Hyungdon + Thrifted at Dongmyo Flea Market
-It didn't look that good when Jung Hyungdon held it, but GD makes it look like Chanelㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Whoa... Defcon wasn't joking when he said that GD would get addicted to Dongmyo Flea Market. He might be right.
-It looks so good on GDㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-It's absolutely a rip-off, but it does look great on him.
-Hul... It looks so freaking good, though??
-I mean... Isn't buying GD a 29,000 KRW jumper from Dongyo Flea Market basically an act of love?
-It's a hard color to pull offㅋㅋ But GD looks absolutely amazing in it.
-I think the jumper only looks good because it's GD...
-Hul... I thought that was a limited-edition jumper from Nikeㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ GD really does make everything look so coolㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ By the way, I think Doni is a genius.
-Even back in 'Infinite Challenge'' days, all the clothes Hyungdon picked looks good on GD.
-Doni definitely has a good eye for fashion, doesn't he?? He always picks stuff that suits people.
-Why does it look like they’re in some random countryside room?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Looks like it’ll be fun.
-This lineup is crazy...ㄷㄷㄷ
-I'm really looking forward to this partㅋㅋㅋ
-This combo is even better than I imaginedㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now that I'm seeing it with my own eyes.
-I have to watch when this episode comes out.
-Kwanghee and Siwan are also hereㅋㅋㅋ
-Are they all born in ’88?
-I know that GD and Lee Soohyuk are friends, and GD and Kwanghee are friends too. But seeing Lee Soohyuk and Kwanghee together is just so... unexpectedㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I've seen them together in Like Likes Like, but I still can't get used to it.
-Whoa.. Kim Soohyun is so f*ckng handsome... This is the most handsome Ive ever seen him look. I'm surprisedㅋㅋㅋ
-I'm most surprised to see Ahn Sungjae. I'm looking forward to thisㅋㅋㅋ
-Kim Soohyun's mouth is so busyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Why do they look like neighborhood Ahjummas?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (In a positive way)(It means they they seem friendly)
-Huk.. Lee Soohyuk and Kim Soohyun were also born in 1988? Why do they somehow feel like they'd be born in 1987...?
-The fact that this lineup is just chilling in a small room makes it even betterㅋㅋㅋ
-Damn itㅠㅠ Why am I tearing up?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I really missed themㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-We missed you tooㅠㅜㅜㅜㅠㅠㅜ
-The couple that drives me crazy.
-So glad to see Hyungdon looking healthy ㅜㅜ
-Has it really been 11 years??ㅠㅠ I feel like I'm still living in 2013...
-The BGM is from 'Transit Love 3', so it kinda gives off 'Transit Love' vibesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-ㅠㅠㅠ This somehow feels sad.
-Wow... It's already been 11 years? Time fliesㅋㅋ It feels like it was just yesterday when I laughed my ass off while watching Hyungdon and GD on Infinite Challenge..
-I can't believe it's already been 11 years.... Their bond is still as heartwarming as ever...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Is this 'Transit Love' or what?ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
-Whoa... 11 years have passed since thenㅠㅠㅠ
-I didn't expect this kind of atmosphereㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠ Why is it so heartwarming?
-The sight of Hyungdon standing outside...ㅜㅜ
-Why is this so emotional?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I'm really looking forward to thisㅋㅋ
In a recent CNN New Year interview, Taeyang was asked, "You and BIGBANG played a pioneering role in making K-pop a global phenomenon. How do you feel now that K-pop has taken the world by storm?" He replied, "I'm glad that many juniors following us were able to open the door to the global market and perform on global stages through the path we paved. Rather than feeling like we've given them this opportunity, I feel our efforts have contributed in it and I feel good to know that."
However, after the interview was published, some BTS fans criticized Taeyang, leaving comments such as "BTS paved the way," "How can you say you opened the door when you had nothing?" and "BTS pioneered it."
-I liked it, though. I wish he’d perform more often.
-I really liked it, but it was too short, which was disappointing.
-This performance made me miss the old days.
-The stage directing was bad... Regardless of his live performance, the whole stage felt off.
-He should’ve added more ad-libs. It somehow feels so empty. This makes me want to go to his concert.
-Is there something wrong with his voice? He barely sang Crooked, but even the parts he did sing felt strained.
-He kept fiddling with his in-ear monitor as if something was wrong, then eventually took it off and focused on ad-libs instead.
-His MAMA stage was better ㅜㅜ But I still love G-Dragon and Big Bang's songs, and I want to go to a concert. I hope his voice recovers soon.
-Huh, I’m confused. I watched the official video uploaded on YouTube, and that was good, but the comments there and here are so different. What’s going on?
-I’m a fan but haven’t watched the stage yet. Since the release of his new song this year, I’ve felt like his voice has been heavily damaged. He once said he had strong vocal cords even with strain-inducing techniques, but the accumulated damage seems to have caught up with himㅠㅠ
-I heard there was an issue with the in-ear monitor.
-Is his voice in bad condition? He wasn’t bad at live performances before. Maybe it's because he took a long break from performing?
-ㅠㅠ He sang even less than I expected… It’s sad.
-Is his voice hoarse, or was it always like this? I haven’t watched many of G-Dragon’s stages, so I don’t know if he's changed, but even though he barely sang, it was uncomfortable to listen to.
-He did well, so cool~~^*^
-Knowing how good he usually is... This is such a pityㅜ
-G-Dragon wasn’t the type of singer who can't sing live, right..? What’s going on?
-What’s up with the live performance? Was it because of the bad sound equipment?
-His voice wasn’t coming out...?! It felt like he was forcing it out with too much strainㅠㅠ
Chef Ahn Sungjae is set to join the new variety show 'GD and Friends.'

GD and Friends is a new variety show created by producer Kim Taeho and singer G-Dragon. The show revolves around G-Dragon and features an exciting lineup, including Kim Soohyun, Hwang Jungmin, Jung Haein, Im Siwan, entertainers Jung Hyungdon and Jo Seho, as well as groups Aespa and DAY6. 3. Donated 1,6 B KRW proceeds from a charity auction
4. Donated 1% of his music revenue
5. Donated his prize money from You Quiz on the Block
+His contributions from the previous years include:
Donated 100 M KRW to Seoul national University Children's Hospital
Donated 160 M KRW for a Lou Gehrig's Disease Hospital
Donated 100 M KRW for the Ice Bucket Challenge
Donated 81,8 M KRW for refugee relief
Donated to fish farms in Haiti, rice donations, and more. He has been consistently donating over the years.
13 years ago, GD started declining birthday gifts, saying that he'd receive the thoughts instead of the thoughts. Since then, fans have been donating billions of KRW under his name instead. Starting this year, fans have been making donations directly to the public foundation GD established.
No matter how much money you have, it's incredibly impressive to donate that much. What's even more impressive is that he established a foundation which requires ongoing funding and effort, not just one-time donations. He's really cool

This is the letter G-Dragon wrote after being accused of using drugs last year:
Hello, this is Kwon Jiyong.
I really wanted to meet with you all in person and share my thoughts directly, but unfortunately, I couldn’t, which is very regretful.
I spent a lot of time concerning about how to greet you all in the new year and what message to deliver. As you all know, I went through a difficult time recently, but thanks to the encouragement from those around me, I was able to overcome it. I am sincerely grateful to everyone.
During this incident, I came to see things I hadn’t noticed before.
From the news, I learned that there are an average of 20,000 drug offenders per year in Korea, and the number of juvenile offenders involved in drugs is alarmingly increasing. However, among the 20,000 offenders, less than 500 receive treatment annually due to a lack of treatment facilities. Learning this heartbreaking fact made me realize the need for action.
I decided to actively work toward eliminating and preventing drug abuse, especially for the youth who are exposed to it without proper protection and for those who don’t realize they’re heading down a dangerous and wrong path. I want to create opportunities for those who lack access to treatment. Additionally, I want to stand by and protect those who are powerless and vulnerable from unfair treatment. As a brother, senior, or peer, I want to build a system that supports and defends them.
To carry out these activities sincerely and continuously, I decided to establish a foundation.
Through this foundation, we aim to stand against societal prejudices and injustices, supporting those who suffer due to these issues. We hope to create a society where everyone is respected equally and can coexist fairly.
Through the music and artistic activities that I, Kwon Jiyong, and my fans love, I plan to address societal issues like drug prevention, inequality, and injustice. I also want to support artists who lack opportunities and nurture the next generation of talents who will continue this work.
I believe that by planting these seeds through the foundation, we can work with many talented artists and fans worldwide who resonate with this cause to create impactful campaigns like peace initiatives or a prejudice-free world campaign. Together, we can dream of a more harmonious and inclusive world.
This is how I want to start 2024.
I will take responsibility not only as an artist but also socially, and I hope each of you will also take responsibility in your own roles.
I believe the world changes when ideas and hearts come together to inspire action.
This past year has been a challenging one for me. However, I was able to keep going because I knew I wasn’t alone. Knowing that we are together all over the world, I reminded myself not to give up and to keep fighting.
I want to express my gratitude to VIPs, who treated my challenges as their own and embraced me with love. Thanks to you, I never lost my spirit and didn’t feel lonely.
Because I am grateful, I want to dedicate myself as a singer to creating music that makes the world better. For the foundation’s first donation, I want to contribute in the name of all of you.
This meaningful new start with my new partner, Galaxy Corporation, was made possible thanks to YG, which helped shape who I am today. From my trainee days to BIGBANG and my solo career, the past 20+ years have been filled with shared efforts and results with everyone at YG. I will carry this gratitude with me forever.
I hope you all wrap up 2023 well with your family and friends, and I hope we can take steps together toward a brighter society.
1. [+53][-2] This is what it means to be The King.
2. [+51][-2] It's very cool of him to use the money he earns for great causesㅋㅋㅋ I always respect celebrities who donate.
3. [+48][-2] He’s ranked #1 in Individual Brand Reputation, and the positive sentiment ratio is 91%. Lately, GD’s public image seems to be at its highest point since his debut.
G-Dragon ranked #1 in Individual Boy Group Member Brand Reputation
BIGBANG’s G-Dragon took the top spot in December 2024 for boy group member brand reputation rankings. The brand reputation index is derived from big data analysis, which measures how consumers' online habits influence brand consumption. According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, "In the linkage analysis, 'comeback,' 'Outstanding,' and 'Unchanged' ranked high, while in the keyword analysis, 'Home Sweet Home,' 'Power,' and 'MAMA' were dominant. In the positivity-negativity analysis, he recorded a positive ratio of 91.49%."
4. [+43][-2] He seems like someone who's working on becoming a more positive person. It seems like he's gained a lot of wisdom.
5. [+40][-2] It's really touching how his fans are also donating alongside him...
6. [+11][-0] Right now, GD promised to donate 100 M KRW if he gets 1st place in the Gayo Daejeon voting.
7. [+10][-0] You can donate just by listening to GD’s songs ㅋㅋ He’s donating 1% of his music revenue.
8. [+9][-0] People are criticizing him for making his donations publicㅋㅋThe 300 M KRW donation, announced during when the foundation was first established, was made under his fans' name, so it had to be disclosed. Plus, the charity event had many well-known attendees, so it naturally became public. In the past, GD donated anonymously, but his name was revealed on high-donor lists of facilities where he contributed. People nitpick over the most ridiculous things.
9. [+9][-1] What’s with the people disliking and leaving hate comments on a post about donations?
10. [+8][-0] ㅋㅋ There are so many celebrities out there who don't donate.... So GD deserves to be praised for this.
