Ha Jungwoo says he wants to film a BL with Kim Namgil

Q: “You two have already done genres like mystery horror and crime thriller together. What genre would you want to do next?”

Kim Namgil: “Comedy.”

Ha Jungwoo: “BL...? That’s not something that can air on public broadcasting channels, right? Haha, okay, I'll cancel that. A normal genre, right? A normal BL. Just kidding.”

theqoo

-I kind of want to see it, but also don’t.

-I know it's a joke, but I don't like this.

-His answer wasn't even 'Queer' but 'BL'ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 'Normal BL' is so freaking hilariousㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Honestly, it might actually be funㅎ

-Not even 'bromance' or 'queer,' but straight-up 'BL' is so f*cking ridiculousㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Not even 'queer', but 'BL'?? How does he even know about 'BL'?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ This is so f*cking funny.

-He sounds so f*cking annoyingㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I can’t tell if he’s joking or being serious about doing itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I'm baffled.....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-He's just saying that to be funny, right?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I think there’d be a lot of demand for it...

-ㅋㅋ What even is normal BL?

-It’d definitely generate buzz...

-Well... I'd watch it...

-Let’s make it happen.

-No, thank you.........;;

Justin Bieber reported to have unfollowed Hailey Bieber on Instagram

theqoo

-What again?

-They must've fought.

-Don't they have a kid already?

-Hailey is still following him, though.

-Even if they're having a fight, why would he unfollow her?? Is it because he doesn't want to see her for a while?

-Can’t we just not care about all this following and unfollowing stuff on Instagram?

-They’ll probably make up soon.

-Is he releasing an album??? Why does it feel like he’s about to drop music?

-Justin, you’re 30 now. Grow up.

-They seem to have such a good relationship, so I’m not worriedㅋㅋㅋ

-They posted a photo together not too long ago, so…

-Looks like he's trying to create buzz... So maybe he's releasing an album soon.

-Ah... This is so childish. Why would he unfollow her just because they're having a fight?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Aren’t they on a trip together right now?

The 20-something rising male actor that I once predicted 'He's definitely going to be popular someday'

Choo Youngwoo (DOB: 5 June 1999) is gradually gaining recognition as a rising star through the drama 'The Tale of Lady Ok.' With his handsome, delicate looks + tall height + surprisingly good acting sills, a lot of people already predicted, "He's definitely going to be popular someday."ㅋㅋㅋ

-Wow... I know his name and face, but I'm shocked to learn that he was born in 1999.. I thought he was born between 1991 and 1993ㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠ His acting's pretty good, though. I hope he does well...!!!

-He also has a very nice voice.

-I first saw him in 'The Tale of Lady Ok' and his acting was actually quite good. I thought he was older, so I was surprised to know that he's younger than I expectedㅎㅎ

-He's a good actor, so I think he'll become even more popular in the future.

-He became known as a rising star through 'The Tale of Lady Ok,' and now he's going to star in upcoming drama 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call' right away, so he'll definitely going to become even more popular. I'm keeping a close eye on him these days

-He acted so well in 'The Tale of Lady Ok'! I hope he becomes even more popular. His eyes remind me of Seo Kangjoon.

-He suits historical dramas really well.

-I first noticed him in 'Police University' because he was so handsome...

-Oh Gosh... How does he look so good in Hanbok?

-Even when I was casually flipping through channels, he caught my attention. I don't watch that drama, but he's definitely a rising star.

-He's a great actor. He's very charming in 'The Tale of Lady Ok'

-Seo Kangjoon + An Hyoseob.

-I first saw him in 'The Tale of Lady Ok,' and he's actually a great actor. I hope he becomes even more popular in the future.

-He's a great actor, his voice projection is stable, and I think he can pull off more mature roles than his actual age.

-I was him in person at a hospital once and he looks exactly the same as he does on screen.

Movie 'Dark Nuns' has already been criticized by Catholics since the trailer was released (Spoiler)

Father, this is a different mater, but do we Catholics actually say, 'In the name of the Virgin Mary?' We usually ask her to pray with us, not to worship her. In the trailer for the upcoming movie 'Dark Nuns' (Starring Song Hyekyo and Jeon Yeobeen), during the exorcism scene, they say, 'In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary.' It's not even 'Our Lord Jesus Christ', but 'the Lord Jesus Christ-nim'. An the line 'In the name of the Virgin Mary' just adds the confusion... Some Protestants already criticize Catholics, saying that we 'Worship Mary.' This movie will only amplify those voices. I've seen other Catholics express their concerns in the comments. I'm asking out of curiosity...

I'm not sure if it is included in the Rite of Exorcism, but it's not used in general prayers. Actually, the authority to perform exorcisms is given to priests (There's a difference between an exorcism and Rite of Exorcism). I have no idea how it will be portrayed in the movie. Even in 'The Priests,' there were parts that weren't properly checked... After all, a movie is just a movie. For questions like this, you might want to ask @fr.simonlee...

theqoo

-They lack research and understanding of the religion they're using as a theme in the movie...

-Did they not consult it beforehand?

-Maybe the thought since they're nuns, they would pray to Mary because she's a woman...?

-Didn't they even get proper consulting beforehand...?

-Whoa... There are a lot of problems with this movie...

-It seems like they didn't even do any research...

-I'm curious... Are they not supposed to believe in the Virgin Mary? Why? Because she's a bad person...?

-The Virgin Mary is not a deity... So, she can't be the object of prayer. Catholics don't worship the Virgin Mary as a God... The Virgin Mary is like a representative of the faithful...? An intercessor. So, we ask her to pray with us like, "Please pray for us"....

-I also thought 'What???' when they said 'In the name of the Virgin Mary' in the trailer. In Catholicism, the Virgin Mary is revered as the mother of Jesus and someone we ask to pray for us, but we don't worship her as a God... I feel like they don't understand Catholics and just using the religion to exploit it.

-Hul... I was planning to watch this movie, but now I won't...

-What a mess... Ugh...

-I didn't know what was wrong because I'm an atheist..

-The Virgin Mary is a human, nota God. So we ask her to pray with us, not to demand power in her name.

-I can't bring myself to watch this... Them not doing a proper consultation with experts clearly shows that they lack of effort and sincerity in creating the movie.

-Nuns performing an exorcism is fine, but there are basic doctrines that they should respect. If they're going to use Catholicism in their movie, they shouldn't be overturning the basic doctrines.

How would you react if someone Choi Hyunwook's age becomes the department head at your office?

I'm writing this because he's going to play the character of a department head in a new drama. In real life, he was born in 2002...

??: Isn’t this straight-up nepotism?

theqoo

-Everyone will probably think, "Oh, he must be the CEO's son."

-I'll probably just wonder if he will actually do any work.

-I will encourage him to leave work early.

-'Ah... This is nepotism.'

-If he was born in 2002, it means that he's 24 years old this year. If he's a guy, he probably hasn't done his military service or just barely graduated from college. I think people would be like, 'This is insane'ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I'll probably just think, 'So, he's the CEO's son? This is so f*cked up.'

-I'll just wonder whose son he is..

-I'll just think this is nepotism, he's probably the CEO's son or relative.

-I'll just think, 'So, he's the CEO's son?' But if their last names are different, I'll think, 'Maybe he's the CEO's secret son.'

-I'd get a reality check and resign...

-2002????? He's the same age as my younger sibling. It's insane.

-He was born in 2002?? Has he even graduated from college?? Maybe he's a genius who graduated early and finished military service..?

-I'll think, 'Oh.. Nepotism. It must be nice to have an easy life like that,' and just focus on my own life.

-I'll avoid him, not make eye contact with him, and look away when he passes by.

-I'll just think, 'What a messed up world we're living in.'

Webtoon 'Solo Leveling' to be adapted into a live-action drama ... Script in progress

South Korea's representative Webtoon IP 'Solo Leveling' is set to be adapted into a live-action drama, in addition to games and animations.

Kakao Entertainment announced on the 21st that a live-action drama featuring real actors portraying the character of 'Solo Leveling' is in the works.

Kakao Entertainment's media division is participating in the planning development, and scriptwriting for the drama.

'Solo Leveling' is a story about Sung Jinwoo, a hunter known as the weakest of all, who gains mysterious powers and becomes the strongest hunter.

Originally based on a web novel of the same title, it has been adapted into a webtoon, game, and animation, achieving success both domestically and internationally.

https://n.news.naver.com/mnews/article/001/0015171072?sid=103

theqoo

-Hul...

-Is this even possible to be made into a live-action?? I'm looking forward to it.

-The beginning and the end have completely different vibesㅋㅋㅋ I wonder how they're going to portray that...

-Is it possible...?

-How are they even going to turn this into a drama?

-I enjoyed 'Solo Leveling,' so I've been waiting for a drama adaptation. I'm really looking forward to it. If they can make it with the quality of 'Memories of the Alhambra,' it would be greatㅎㅎ Finally, a Korean-style dungeon hunter story in live-action. I love it.

-Can this really be made into live-action???

-Oh... Is this actually possible?? I've only watched a little bit, but it was fun.

-They're gonna need to have CGI work in 'Avatar's level for this...

-Huh? How are they going to do this? It's going to cost hundreds of billions of KRW per episode...

-Ah, no......... Unless they're going to spend as much money as 'Avatar' production cost. How are they going to recreate the shadow soldiers and the demon lords?? Please just f*cking leae it as a 2D animation.

-Don't do this...

-Who's going to star in this...? I can't think of any actors who can pull this off.

I don't understand why they unnecessarily make the characters younger in this drama

'Love Scout'

Kang Jiyoon: Born in 1989

Yoo Eunho: Born in 1991

In the drama, the characters are portrayed as a self-made female CEO and a father whose daughter is in kindergarten. Their real-life ages (Born in 1982 and 1984) seem more fitting for the characters, so I don't understand why they made the characters younger in this drama.

theqoo

-Actors just act, regardless of the character's age. How did you feel when older actors played the characters of high school students?

-They're actors. Chill out, seriously ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If you want to see someone who's actually old, why don't you debut as an actor yourself?? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Well, do you even have the looks for it?

-They never mentioned their ages in the drama and there's nothing strange or uncomfortable as I watch it. Why are you making such a fuss over nothing?

-People who are actually enjoying the drama probably don’t even care about this.

-There's someone in my company who's born in 1991 and looks older than him.

-I was curious how much younger they made them, and 1991? What's wrong with youㅋㅋㅋ But Han Jimin was born in 1982?? She doesn't age.

-The character's ages are never mentioned in the drama. It isn't even important for the plot.

-As someone who was born in 1989, if I'd have no complaints if I looked like her...

-What??ㅋㅋㅋ Do you think people born in 1989 or 1991 are in their late 20s?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They’re in their mid-to-late 30s;; It's common for actors to play roles with significant age differences.

-It's not about the looks, though... It's just that the characters' setups feel more suitable for someone in their 40s

-It doesn't suit them, but since it's just a drama, it's acceptable.

-People born in 1991 aren't even that young...

-He's supposed to be a man who got married at a young age and now has a 7-year old daughter... What's the problem?

-What's the problem?

-Why are you looking for realism in a drama?

PLAVE's official account is currently in chaos due to SEVENTEEN's fans accusing them of plagiarism

PLAVE's album teaser that was recently released

The title (This man / This boy)

The key phrase "HAVE YOU SEEN"

The design (Font, effects that resemble sharp lightning, the gloomy black and white atmosphere, the text that resembles a wanted poster)

They adopted the rare urban legend "This Man" that JxW used less than a year ago.

I'm really sorry, but as soon as I saw it, I thought, 'Huh?? This looks really similar to 'This Man'??" The moment someone thinks like that, they're already in the wrong. People say to blame the company, but don't the members see the concept drafts or ideas beforehand? Wasn't the album released with the members' approval? We never said the concept or the font was ours, we're just saying that it looks similar..;;

SEVENTEEN's fans are currently accusing PLAVE of plagiarism, saying that the concept is similar to SEVENTEEN Sub-Unit's album.

If you check the official account, it's in complete chaos.

They claim that the wanted poster and the phrase 'Have you ever seen this man? (boy?)' were directly copied (from SEVENTEEN)

theqoo

-I remember SHINee's 'Don't Call Me' teaser also had a "Have you seen...?" phrase and a newspaper concept. If that's the case, then aren't they plagiarizing SHINee too??

-Where is this fight even happening...? Why don't I see it on my Timeline? If I ever come across it, I should stop them.

-Hmm... The poster designs are different. I don't agree with them if they're only claiming similarity in the text and atmosphere.

-Maybe they've never seen an actual newspaper before.

-What's wrong with them? It's not even similar at all. This type of concept is so f*cking common.

-Are the fans like... super young... ? Or are they boomer?

-Please tell me this is a joke...;;;;;

-Huh? I'm a SEVENTEEN's fan, but I don't know why they're making a fussㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Why is this even an issue?

-Do they seriously think that's plagiarism...?

-The layout isn't even identical... Why is it plagiarism...?

-I don't see any single SEVENTEEN's fan claiming plagiarism on my timeline... Why is the OP generalizing all fans and making a big deal out of this?ㅋㅋ

-But honestly, SEVENTEEN's Twt stans seem to really hate PLAVE. I'm always surprised when I see their hate tweets.

-Seems like they copied New York Times first, then.

-How is this even plagiarism...?

-ㅎ PLAVE is making a comeback on February 3rd. Please give them lots of love.
