"What Article Did She See?" Han Sohee Deletes Comment Saying, "I Assumed Ryu Junyeol's Breakup Timing Based on an Article Posted in June June"

 

The breakup timing I mentioned was based on an article last June. If it's rude, I'll delete it. It was meant as evidence that I didn't steal him from her, but I guess it was also impolite. 

Earlier, Han Sohee wrote in her blog post, "They broke up in early 2023, and the news came out in November. Based on this fact, I confirmed my feelings and continued the relationship." The controversy arose over Han Sohee mentioning the timing of Ryu Junyeol and Hyeri's breakup which she claimed to have read on an article from June last year, as there were no reports of their breakup during that time. The only related articles from June last year were about Hyeri saying, "There are days when I don't receive a single message," which was later linked to her relationship with Ryu Junyeol. 

It's speculated that Han Sohee inferred the timing of Ryu Junyeol and Hyeri's breakup from a scene in a variety show back in June last year. In  response to the growing controversy, Han Sohee deleted the comment in question.

Netizens commented, "There was no breakup news in June last year," "I thought Ryu Junyeol personally told her if she said they broke up in early last year," "If it wasn't a breakup in early 2023, Hyeri must have been unfairly treated," and more. However, some defended Han Sohee, saying, "Let's not jump to conclusions," "She might have been confused," and so on.

If it bothers you that much, why don't you just go and ask him personally instead of making assumptions and responding to netizens' comments without even having a conversation with your boyfriend first? Jennie Reveals She Always Splits the Bill with Her Friends

YJS: Jennie, you treat people a lot now right?

Jennie: I try to. But it's not as easy as I thought. Being the youngest and all, wherever I go, every time I try to treat my friends, they're just like... 'We're friends' (gestures). They won't let me buy them food.

Jennie: No... Just my friends of the same age in Korea

-Isn't it strange if you're always the one who receives? If there's only two of you, one can pay for the meal and the other one can pay for the dessert. But if you hang out as a group, splitting the bill is the best. 

-That's also probably why they're friends in the first place. 

-Wow... If my friend was Jennie, I'd probably let her buy me food every time. It seems like her friends are really good people. 

-To be Jennie's friends, they're probably around her level... So they must be making a lot of money as well.

Han Sohee Deleted All of Her Blog Posts

I don't know if she just turned her blog private or really deleted all of her blog posts.

I think it's very regrettable since it's the space she uses to communicate with her fans.

-I watched this drama after it finished airing on TVㅜㅜ Truly the best drama I have ever watched in my life. I love it. 

-The ratings were lower than I expected. Well, I didn't watch it because it's not my cup of tea, though.

Does Hyeri, Who Stirred Controversy with Her Remarks about Ryu Junyeol and Han Sohee, Find This Amusing?

 

On the 15th, Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee were engulfed in dating rumors, claiming they were enjoying a trip together in Hawaii with friends. A Japanese influencer posted about two top Korean actors being on a trip to Hawaii. While both agencies acknowledged the actors' trip to Hawaii, they cautiously stated it was 'personal life.'

The news turned into controversy after Hyeri posted a photo with the caption 'Interesting' on her Instagram account. Though the subject and object were omitted, it was enough to make viewers believe the targets were Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee. Public perception of Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee's dating rumors drastically changed. This was because Ryu Jun-yeol and Hyeri did not disclose specific reasons and timing of their breakup, both actors avoided an official response regarding the dating rumors, and Hyeri unfollowed Ryu Jun-yeol on social media. Hyeri's short but impactful comment attracted even more attention. Additionally, regarding Hyeri's statement, her agency avoided providing additional explanations about her intentions or reasons.

Eventually, Han So-hee also expressed her feelings on social media. She posted a picture of a dog standing with a knife stuck in the ground, with the caption 'Explain this situation right now.' Additionally, she stated, 'I don't like someone who has a lover, nor do I give room under the name of a friend, nor do I show interest, nor do I interfere with other's relationships. I like watching 'Transit Love', but it will never take place in my life. I find it fun as well.'

No explanation seems to suffice. It all started with Hyeri's casual remark of 'interesting.' Even if it was just a light comment that wasn't aimed at Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee, if it was indeed an expression of discomfort about her ex-boyfriend's new relationship, it leaves a feeling of discomfort rather than satisfaction.
