Song Joong-ki’s filmography is good, and his acting is great, which is why he gets talked about a lot. However, compared to that, his number of works is surprisingly low. Is it that hard to understand this after I’ve edited my post so many times? Please read the post before commenting. It’s not just one or two people, what’s going on? Seriously.

Lee Joon-ik's 'The King and The Clown'

It even features a kiss scene between Jung Jinyoung and Lee Joonki

Besides, Jang Saeng and Gong Gil are clearly lovers in the movie. It's definitely a queer movie.

At the time of its release, Lee Joonki's popularity was unparalleled. This movie sparked a trend of 're-watching' a movie. Moreover, this movie achieved this milestone without monopolizing theater screens. Overall, this is a really amazing movie.

Director Lee Joon-ik, who gained recognition with the comedy 'Once Upon a Time in the Battlefield,' became a master filmmaker with this movie. Most of his next works, especially historical dramas or period dramas like 'The Throne,' 'Anarchist from Colony,' 'Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet,' and 'The Book of Fish' were considered masterpieces and highly praised. However, aside from 'Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet', his legendary movie 'The King and The Clown' always remains at the top of his filmography.

To this day, it is the only Korean queer movie to have surpassed 10 M viewers... And it's also truly one of my all-time favorite movies.
