The informant of Taeyong's school-violence case, 'I'm doubting the sincerity in his apology... He needs to fulfil his promises'

On October last year, A, who went to the same middle school with Taeyong posted a story about how Taeyong made fun of his friend on the Internet back then. A explained that Taeyong made fun of B based on her looks. Later, it was informed that Taeyong met B in person and apologised to her. In the press release, he said that even though there were no records, he apologised to B for the harms he had caused her.

However, the informant, A, revealed that Taeyong’s reps was vague and his apology was not sincere.

The informant, A, through SBS FunE’s reporter, revealed a voice note consisting a 50-min long conversation between them and SM Ent.’s lawyer. This happened after Taeyong’s meeting with B.

In the voice note, Taeyong’s lawyer explained that after Taeyong apologised, B is forbidden from talking about the case, or else she has to pay 2 times of the compensation that was given to her.

According to A, during the meeting, Taeyong’s reps asked for B to write a contract that was so demanding, as if it’s ‘trying to silent her’. The contract was signed by all the parties and now is in SM Ent.’s legal team. After signing the contract, B is not allowed to talk about the case anymore.

A also informed that Taeyong promised to donate to the victim of school violence, do volunteer works related to school violence, reflect on his behaviour, etc. However, she couldn’t confirm if Taeyong fulfilled his promises or not. A also said that Taeyong still hasn’t apologised to another victim, which is confirmed by his lawyer. He only asked for the victim’s address and phone number. A added that SM Ent. also still hasn’t deleted the post on the Internet that caused her to receive malicious comments.

According to SM Ent., there are a lot of part in A’s information that differs from what actually happened.

Regarding the contract, it was already approved by the lawyers and it was also made under B’s agreement. The contract talks about the compensation damages, that B had requested. The lawyers also explained to B and B’s mother that the contract was written for security purposes. Now, the contract is held by the lawyer only.

Regarding the donation and volunteer work, SM Ent. confirmed that Taeyong has been consistently donating to the victim of school violence, visit them, do volunteer work, etc since September 2016.

Regarding the online posts, SM Ent. said that even though the informant is not the victim, they genuinely gave legal advice to A regarding the hate comments. A sent the estimation of money needed to delete the post, however the original post couldn’t be deleted. Since deleting the post is not the best solution to get rid all of the hate comments, SM Ent. refused because it was meaningless. SM Ent. also added that the lawyer has never made any promise or agreement with A to delete the post.

An EXO-L of 8 years is finally going to get married

First of all, I've been a fan of EXO since their debut 8 years ago.
I'm currently 26 years old and I'm going to get married this Decemberㅎㅎ

I was in the 2nd year of high school when I stumbled upon the MV of EXO's Mama, I was so drawn in that I started stanning them right away. I've been through the Wolf and Growl era in 2013, where they hit really big. And I've also been all the hard times that EXO and EXO-L had.
Until now, they've reached the point where they're currently at, and I'm very proud of them.

I was depressed during my school days, I couldn't get along with my classmates, I was lonely.
I would listen to EXO's songs and fangirl over them whenever I get home from school, and I think that helped me a lot to overcome all the hard times I've gone through.

The fact that I could meet the man I'm going to marry is because EXO strengthened me back then. The strength they give me keep me alive, until I finally met him.

Now that I'm getting married and building a family of my own, I naturally...? Quit the fandom as I have less time to fangirl than I used to. But I will always remember the people who painted colours to my 10s and 20s. EXO, thank you so much for all the precious memories. I am really grateful for you, I love you.

+
I didn't expect this post to become a trend, it's so coolㅎㅎ I read the comments and some people are asking me whether if I got pregnant out of wedlock, but no. We got married by our own will, so please don't misunderstand^^ And I was cleaning my room when I found this signed Pepero bromade. I didn't know the post would trend, if I knew, I would've taken a proper pictureㅋㅋㅋ
Thanks for all the wishes. We're absolutely going to live our marriage life full of happiness, and I'll fangirl from time to time. Thank you<3

[+469][-24]

1. [+96][-3] Congratulations on your wedding!! As an EXO-L in the 20s, I can relate to this post in so many level. It's very heart-warming to readㅎㅎ I wish you all the best~~

2. [+80][-2] Congratulations on your wedding... I hope you have a nice marriage life

3. [+68][-2] I'm not a fan of EXO, and this is somehow... new to me... Congratulations on your wedding!

4. [+29][-2] My youth is EXO. The OP, EXO-Ls, and EXO were made for each other. Congratulations on your wedding, OP!!

5. [+25][-1] Don't quit the fandom. I'm older than Xiumin by 3 years, I'm married and I have kids of my own, I'm still fangirling to EXO and it brings me happiness. Taking care of kids is stressful and exhausting, so when they fall asleep at night, I would look up EXO's videos and fangirl in silenceㅋㅋㅋ That's how I release all the stress I had.

6. [+11][-0] I'm married to a fanboy of EXO, we're fangirl/boy over them togetherㅎㅎ I met him in an EXO's concert. Congratulations on your wedding! I wish you all the best. Let's continue fangirl/boy-ing just like how me and my husband!

The reason why NCT U's Boss is legendary...

This innocent-looking Jungwoo, and

This Win Win that makes you want to protect him at all costs, and

This Lucas that makes your heart skips a beat, and

This really... really handsome Jaehyun, and

This Taeyong that makes you want to give him everything you have, and

This is my boyfriend Mark, and

Last but not least, my bias^^ The Bunny King, Doyoungie

The most legendary line up ever...

Can this NCT U's Boss make a comeback...

[+400][-32]

1. [+204][-1] Why is Minhyung-ie your boyfriend

2. [+179][-2] Our Mark lives to his fullest, he doesn't deserve this...

3. [+104][-1] BO: Boss SS: Comeback

4. [+50][-0] Legend

5. [+39][-1] The visual combination of the 7 members during Boss era was indeed insane... That was also the era where I found the love of my life.

6. [+37][-0] Honestly, I don't know the purpose of that video but I just like it very much because there are handsome men showing off their charms for 1min straight. The best 1minute I've ever had in 2018.

7. [+28][-0] I'm trembling

8. [+26][-0] The way the OP writes long caption for the other member but when it comes to Jaehyun, they just write 'This really... really handsome Jaehyun'ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

9. [+25][-0] Do not touch Mark. I'm going to protect Mark.

10. [+21][-0] Why is Mark your boyfriend...???

The drama that currently is stirring a controversy

The scenes in the first episode of Broadcast Rookie

1. The female main character, dressed in school uniform, kissing the male characterㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The underage female main character kissed him as a form of gratitude that the male character helped her to buy cigarettes (He didn't buy her, he just helped her)

2. A f*cking explicit scene of prostitution

3. Scene of an artist drawing adult manga

Besides these, there's also an explicit scene of the female main character's body, etc.

What do you think??

[+961][-43]

1. [+984][-21] What kind of high school students hang out like this in Karaokes...

2. [+953][-12] I know that Kim Yoojung's image doesn't suit high-school student image like the other actresses her age, but can't they give them a youthful and fresh role to act? She's always being coupled with actors with huge age gap, as if there's no actor her age suits to be her couple. And also the choice of drama... Her company is the one to blame here.

3. [+884][-9] The original Webtoon is rated 19+... It features scene of an underage an a legal adult having sexual intercourse, etc. The story line is really disgusting, I was so freaking surprised when I heard that it's going to be adapted into a drama. And even more surprised when they confirmed that Ji Changwook and Kim Yoojung are going to star in the drama... I wonder what's in their mind...

4. [+601][-8] In the drama, Kim Yoojung works part time in a convenience store. Honestly, she's just wearing comfortable clothes but the producer twists the whole thing and makes it look like a fantasy about a convenience store part-time worker. I bet after watching this drama, trashy men would think themselves as Ji Changwook and flirt with part-time workers in convenience stores.

5. [+365][-4] I feel like Kim Yoojung purposely takes roles like this because she wants to get rid of her 'child actress' imageㅠㅠ Honestly, I really loved her in Love in The Moonlight. But she suddenly changes drastically, I mean... with her role in Clean with Passion for Now and this...

Compilations of tattoos that BTS' Jimin has

The first tattoo discovered by his fans is the word Nevermind on his ribs!
At first, he had it temporary using henna for a performance. But then, fans often notice the same tattoo and concluded that he got it permanently this time. So cool;ㅅ;

The number 13 written on his wrist. It's his debut date and also his birthdate. 13 is a really special number for Jimin.

And the Young Forever tattoo that was discovered on his VLive Broadcast today!
Young Forever is a really special song for BTS. It has a weak spot in my heart;ㅅ;

'Am I... Charming?'
'Nope'

I hope our precious puppy gets to eat a lot of delicious food and gain happinessㅠ

[+609][-80]

1. [+217][-16] Seems like Jimin loves Young Forever a lot. He once revealed that back then when he had a hard time, he watched a video of I-fans chanting to Young Forever in Korean and it brought him to tears and also strengthened him at the same time.

2. [+195][-18] I will stand by on V Live App in case Jungkook and Jimin going to do a broadcast to explain the meanings behind their tattoos, who knows.

3. [+173][-15] The fact that he has the number 13 tattooed on his wrist. It's the date where BTS debuted and also the date he was born, I think it's very beautifulㅠㅠ

4. [+93][-93] Please vote this comment

5. [+65][-3] The fascinating part is...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The rapper-line members are the most likely to get tattoos, but none of them has one so farㅋㅋㅋ On the other side, the vocal-line members are getting tattoos one by oneㅎㅎ I have never expected them to get tattoos, but now that I look at them, they're actually very beautifulㅎㅎ

6. [+63][-12] Jimin is always full of sincerity. Armys must know how meaningful it has to be for Jimin that he gets those words and number tattooedㅠㅠ

7. [+56][-10] Jimin's tattoos are so beautiful. He gets the beautiful things tattooed right on the beautiful part of his body.

8. [+46][-23] I once saw a post that said, 'I heard getting a tattoo on your ribs is very painful. I wonder what went through Jimin's mind as he got his tattoo done?' and I felt... teary. Jungkook-ah, Jimin-ah, your tattoos are so beautiful.

9. [+42][-14] Jimin's Nevermind tattoo is so fucking gorgeous...

10. [+40][-14] Their meaningful tattoos are so precious

The interpretation of the texts of the informant in Taeyong's school-violence case (Part 2)

Part One

I'm currently adding more interpretation of the chats. Please kindly check the previous post as well.
For your information, the informant was the one who posted all of these screen captures.
The informant (Yellow bubbles) =/= The victim (Black bubbles)
And the screen captures are not in order, I'm just interpreting it as it is.
If there's anything you can't understand, check the previous post.

1. The texts between the informant and the victim.
I: When they tell us to not talk about this case again, to not sue again, or request for compensation damages. We can actually do that.

I: But it's very bossy for the perpetrator to tell the victim to not talk about this case again without giving XXX (I think she's referring to the victim) any legal documents or anything else and taking your psychiatric records instead.

I: Okay okay? -------- (NB: The OP couldn't interpret this part) Not that, but SM Ent. is trying to drive us out of our mind.

I: And also, they said they would give us money to hire a person to delete the digital tracks. 1.28MKRW for 35 cases (links), which means 110,000KRW per case (link). But it turns out that it's different from what they thought, so they told us that they would be discussing it with their staffs again, right?

I: The average fee to delete one link is 110,000KRW. I've sent them the estimate of the money needed, alongside the links that we're gonna get rid of. Now they're discussing about it among themselves and said they would be contacting us again soon.

(NB: From what I can gather from other posts. The picture that Taeyong made fun of was posted in a private community site, which means only the members have the access to see the post. However, there were some people of that private community site who took screencaptures and leaked it online to drag Taeyong down. The victim feels the existence of those screencaptures are harming her psychologically, even though Taeyong has already apologized. SM Ent. offered to the victim to hire a person to delete the digital tracks as a compensation for the damage. But SM Ent. thought the fee was too expensive and they still haven't deleted the digital tracks yet. Link --> instiz)

2. The informant and the victim
V: Are you a genius...? You're so good at interpreting things

I: The date was from before I leaked the case, and there's proof that (the informant) graduated from Nam Seoul Middle School. I wrote that XXX saw someone laughed when they looked at you, how you hate feeling fat that you got prescription for an appetite suppressant. I think all these information is enough already.

V: Ah... I'm so embarrassed

3. The texts between the informant and the victim, the informant is the one talking here
I: I'm going crazy for real. I already told the reporter to deliver this to SM Ent.

(Screencapture of a chat)

I: And since (Taeyong's) older sister contacted the reporters, I told them to not post an article about it. Don't worry too much, XX-ah. I'm sorry.

4. The texts between the informant and the victim, the victim is the one talking here
V: We talked about the psychological therapy I'm receiving and the digital-tracks deleting thing. When they heard about the amount of money it takes to hire someone to delete digital tracks, they said that they would be discussing it with their staffs and contact me later. I was like, what... SM Ent is going to discuss about the estimate fee (???) you showed.

The texts between the informant and the reporter, the reporter is the one talking here
R: They said they want to end this and that they would never talk about this case anymore, let alone talk about something that is not true. In the agreement letter, both parties are acknowledging their wrong-doings and apologizing to everyone who was harmed. They have agreed to do it this way, is this fine?

(NB: I think this screen capture has something to do with #3, since the OP is not posting the screencapture in order).

[+130][-4]

1. [+254][-4] Why is the reporter asking the informant if it was okay...? I feel like this whole case is revolving around the informant as the centre...

2. [+234][-9] I'm really curious, is there any reasons why the informant should be getting all the support from this case...? I mean, she was never even harmed by Taeyong

3. [+135][-7] In the end, Taeyong has never done anything severely harmful. He already acknowledged the wrong-doings he did as a middle school student and apologized for it. I don't think there's anything else left to dig from this. And all the informant has as her defense is about how hard is it for the victim. Even the voice note that she threatened would leak is about the conversation between her (the informant herself) and the lawyer.  (NB: This comment was deleted afterwards. I started translating last night and when I opened the comment section the next morning, it's gone)

4. [+182][-2] And now people are starting to doubt her... She sounded so convincing before

5. [+149][-1] Actually, I feel like the informant doesn't even care about how the victim's feeling. She just hates Lee Taeyong so much that she keeps bringing up this case. I was bullied for 5 year, too. It was harmful back then, but when someone keeps talking about how I was bullied, it's just as harmful as the bullying itself. When people find out about how I was bullied, they would start judging about me. And trust me, it's just as harmful as the bullying itself. I wonder if the informant still brings up this case without knowing how painful it is for the victim... I saw the comments and they said Taeyong has apologized to the victim, and yet she's still acting this way?
