Source Music Ent. requested the court for a Youtube user's personal information, but got rejected

It seems like it must've been rejected because unlike Sojang, the account they reported only posted criticism videos such as plagiarism and their live singing skills controversy.

An application was filed for an order to allow evidence to be shared with a foreign court, targeting Google LLC, under 28 USC § 1782. The application was submitted by Hong Eunchae, Nakamura Kazuha, Jennifer Heo Yunjin, Kim Chaewon, and Miyawaki Sakura on May 31, 2024.

On June 5, 2024, Judge Edward J. Davila denied the application to share evidence with the foreign court.

I was planning to take a break today, but I found something interesting again, so I'm posting it.

Source Music requested personal information from the U.S. court on May 31 about two YouTube channels, Issue Feed and Short Chajang, but it was rejected.

The date of rejection is June 5.

I'm correcting the agency name to avoid getting sued again.

instiz

-Oh, I thought they sued for malicious comments or sexual harassment... They really have no shame, do they? How can they sue people over plagiarism and skill controversies??

-This is really something else. I thought they sued for malicious comments, but suing over skill controversies? That's a first. That's exactly why their request to reveal the accounts' identities was rejected. This isn't malicious comments, it's shutting down criticism, otherwise what is it?

-I support taking legal actions against harassment, rumors, or sexual harassment, but for things like that? I haven't seen those Shorts, but I don't think they should be taking legal actions just because of those titles?

-Instead of improving their singing skills, they're suing the people who say they can't sing. That's exactly why their request got rejected. Just imagine if you're a judge and they asked you to reveal an identity of someone just for saying that they can't sing at Coachellaㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-They'd better sue Lee Jin-ho.

-If this is real, it must be really embarrassing...

-They should focus on suing malicious commenters instead.

-They should've sued comments that are sexually harassing the members. If they really don't like having people criticize their skills, they better train the members instead of doing this.

'No Ahjummas Zone' Gym's Owner, "One of them even took a dump in the changing room ... This was a necessary measure"

A notice banning 'Ahjummas' (middle-aged women) from entering a gym in Incheon has sparked controversy, the gym's owner finally spoke up to explain the situation.

According to Yonhap News TV on the 12th, A, who has been running the gym in Incheon for over a year, clarified about the so-called "No Ahjumma Zone" notice, saying, "It was an action that was necessary for us to implement due to some problematic customers that have caused inconvenience to others."

A complained about the damage he suffered from, saying, "Some customers would spend 1-2 hours doing laundry in the changing room, steal supplies, and take towels, soap, and hairdryers. One even took a dump in the changing room."

Additionally, A pointed out that some middle-aged women made sexually harassing remarks toward young female customers, leading to a decline in business.

"They sit in a row and comment on others' bodies. Young women feel very uncomfortable when Ahjummas make such remarks. Those young women have directly told me about it and left the gym," A explained.

However, A emphasized that the notice was meant to warn these troublesome customers to refrain from such behavior and was not intended as a hateful statement against Ahjummas.

theqoo

-Is it common for Ahjummas to defecate in the locker room? I've been to many gyms and never heard of such a thing. But is it right to label all Ahjummas as problematic because of this? I'll become an Ahjumma someday, and it feels awful. Just make it a 'no women' zone, please.

-I'd rather avoid the owner of this gym more than those problematic Ahjummas. Displaying such hatred openly and being proud of it is sociopathic.

-It's interesting that young women are allowed to enter the gym, but older women are not.

-I completely understand being frustrated with problematic behavior, but labeling it as 'Ahjummas' is pure hate. How do you think other normal Ahjummas at the gym will feel now? It's like saying 'Ahjummas = problematic! Ahjummas, stay away from our gym.'

-Congratulations on turning your gym into a men-only gym.

-What nonsense.

-Make it a men-only gym thenㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Yes, go ahead. Spread the word so only clean men go there. Ridiculous. This was just an excuse to make it a young women's only space, wasn't it? Do as you please, but only men will end up going there.

-Poor choice of words.

-Address the bad behavior directly. Why bring up unrelated issues?

-Right, make it a men-only gym. The owner doesn't seem to understand the difference between addressing problematic behavior and displaying hate.

Byun Wooseok's skin already glows even in the morning

theqoo

-Seeing this while feeling burnt out at work... It made me realize I need to live life more diligently.

-Wow, it's morning, but his eyes are so bright. They're not even bloodshotㅋㅋㅋㅋ Just looking at the picture makes me feel less tired. He's truly the cure for Monday bluesㅋㅋㅋ

-I'm really jealous of his skin.

-Insane... As expected, a handsome face looks best in close-up...

-How does he not have dry eyes?

-I'm not even married, but why do I feel like I'm looking at my well-raised son? I want to protect him.

-His skin is really nice.

-I like how bright his eyes are. His sclera is so clean.

-His eyes are really pretty, and I'm jealous of his skin.

-Wow, is he even human?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Wow, I understand why he became a top star instantly after just one dramaㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-He's handsome even without good lighting.

-His eyes are sparkling.

-His eyes are really clear...

-I really want to touch his skinㅋㅋㅋㅋ His gaze is so pure.

-How can his eyes be like that?

-Did he put stars in his eyes? They're so pretty. And his skin has no pores.

Mixed opinions on the representative hit songs of 3rd Gen and 4th Gen

 3rd Gen

TWICE's Cheer Up

BLACKPINK's Ddu-du Ddu-du

Red Velvet's Red Flavor

4th Gen

Aespa's Next Level

IVE's Love Dive

NewJeans' Hype Boy

-Cheer Up, Hype Boy

-Cheer Up, Next Level

-I thought the OP was asking us to compare the representative hit songs of 3rd and 4th Genㅋㅋㅋㅋ Turns out the OP is asking us to pick one song from each generation

-Cheer Up, Love Dive

-I personally think for 3rd Gen is: Cheer Up - Red Flavor - DDDD, 4th Gen: Hype Boy - Love Dive - Next Level

-'Shy Shy Shy' and 'What are you listening to?' 'NewJeans' Hype Boy'

-This just depends on which generation came out when you were still in school

-Both generations were good ㅋㅋㅋ When Cheer Up or Red Flavor came out, those songs were exciting and good, and later when Love Dive and Hype Boy came out, they had their charm too, so I can't decide which generation has better representative songs... It's difficult ㅋㅋ

-I only watch variety shows... So, based on variety shows, the 4th generation has better representative songs.

-Perhaps because it's recent, but I feel like it's the 4th generation...?

-Maybe because I was still in school at that time, but 3rd generation!

-3rd generation 4th generation feel similar. If I had to pick one song from each generation, it's Cheer Up and Hype Boy.

-Both Cheer Up and Next Level's choreography are so memorable ㅋㅋ But in the end, it's Cheer Up for me.

-If we exclude Cheer Up, the 4th generation has better representative hit songs. Cheer Up is just that powerful.

Jeon Soyeon hasn't eaten vegetables at all in her entire life

Soyeon: I haven’t eaten vegetables for 22 years. I haven't been able to eat vegetables since I was a child.

Kim Gura: So you don't wrap your meat with greens?

Soyeon: No, I don't.

Kim Gura: What about radish? Carrot? Kimchi?

Soyeon: I don't eat those.

Boom: What about the veggies in instant ramen?

Soyeon: You know how instant ramen comes with a packet of dried veggies and a seasoning packet? I throw out the dried veggies.

Brian: What about black bean noodles?

Soyeon: I put the noodles in my mouth first and then push the vegetables aside. I once bit into a cucumber, and it was the most horrifying moment of my life.

Kim Gura: Do you eat apples?

Soyeon: Fruits are fine. I can eat cherry tomatoes too.

Kim Gura: Have you gotten a medical check-up since you don’t eat vegetables?

Soyeon: Test results came back normal. It turns out I’m healthy even without eating vegetables...

She has eaten vegetables when she won #1 before

But it seems more accurate to say that she doesn't eat vegetables at all.

When her group star in a burger ads, she was appointed with the burger that has no veggies

-I was like that tooㅋㅋㅋ I've grown up a bit and have started eating vegetables little by little, but still hardly eat them.

-If I don't eat vegetables, I get constipated, so even if I don't like it, I end up eating them.

-I wonder then if she doesn't eat soups either. Usually, vegetables are the basic base for soups.

-Reverse veganㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-She should definitely get a cholesterol test later.

-Honestly, if you eat fruits instead of vegetables, all the nutrients are probably coveredㅋㅋㅋㅋ Vegetables are not even broken down in our bodies, but are necessary for cholesterol excretion, blood sugar regulation, and satiety... so it's probably okay not to eat them... Fruits have more minerals and antioxidants than vegetables anyway.

-Without fiber, it must be difficult to her to poop.

-It's not to that extent, but I'm a picky eater too.

-I don't eat vegetables either ㅋㅋㅋ But there are some vegetables that I do eat ㅋㅋㅋ

-I also don't eat vegetable and  my health check-up results didn't turn out bad.

-My younger sibling is like that too, so my mom makes her eat fruits instead.

-If I don't have vegetables, I can't eat meat at all. There must be basic green onions, lettuce, and perilla leaves for me to eat meat. When I was living abroad, I needed at least a lettuce salad to eat steak.

-Wow, if I don't eat vegetables, I feel like I'd go crazy. It fascinates me that my body wants vegetables.

-Someone said that Jeon Soyeon is good at everything except eating vegetables, only to be corrected to Jeon Soyeon is good at being a picky eater.

-She's probably okay because she eats fruitsㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-It's fascinating how she's perfectly healthy despite that.

-It seems like her medical check-up result came out well because she's still young... Well, Soyeon is a very smart girl so I'm sure she'll manage well on her own.

TripleS implement self-regulated accommodation during non-active period

Xinyu: Breaking news. This is truly breaking news. The HAUS self-regulation during non-active periods is going to be implemented. Huh? What does this mean?

Sohyun: This might come as a bit of a surprise to WAVs, but we found it quite challenging to manage with all 24 of us living in 3-4 houses as we promote. While we absolutely enjoy and love being together, realistically there are some practical difficulties. So, during non-active periods, we'll be allowed to stay wherever we prefer.

Dahyun: That's right! During active periods, we'll all gather and live together. The company and we discussed this and decided to make things more comfortable. For now, who will be living independently?

Jiwoo: For now, Hyerin, Yuyeon, Sohyun, and I will be living outside HAUS. However, since we have a lot of activities more than expected, we'll probably be moving back and forth frequently. More members are likely to live independently in the future, and we’ll continue to share and discuss these updates with our WAVs.

TripleS HAUS Self-Regulation

During non-active periods, members can live freely outside the dorm.

The first members to live independently: Jung Hyerin, Lee Jiwoo, Kim Yooyeon, Park Sohyun

This is getting negative reactions from fans

theqoo

-But why make such a big deal about it with an official announcement? Other idols probably do the same thing.

-Why create a group with many members if they can't afford to support them living in one dorm?

-Going home during breaks sounds nice. I think it's a good idea.

-Dorm expenses will ultimately become debt, so it’s better if they live at home.

-Fans won't like it because dorm life creates bonding episodes and stronger teamwork. Living separately might reduce that and could affect the team's dynamics.

-Dorm life with 24 people is too much.

-It’s better for them to live separately.

-Living together during active periods and separately during breaks seems reasonable.

-Idols might find it convenient, but fans like seeing them bond and grow closer, which happens more with dorm life.

-Living with 6 people is already tough; imagine 24.

-Dorm life with 24 people would be a nightmare mentally and emotionally.

-Fan obsession with dorm life is strange.
