I've known her almost since her debut and I have to say that she's an amazing woman. She's been saying that she was casted on the street. However, I think I've mentioned this before, people who make up stories like that are really weird. I mean, there are people whose words change up every time right. Those people usually are the ones who make up their stories.

SNSD members' treatment towards Seohyun during the period of filming
Seohyun debuted at the age of 17. Ever since her debut, she has never complained at all.
Moreover, she was busy promoting SNSD's new album at the time, 'Holiday' + preparing for SNSD's 10th Anniversary Fanmeeting + filming for her weekend drama, in which she starred as the female main character. She could barely open her eyes due to her schedule and yet she still smiled and assured fans and her members that she was okay by saying 'You know that I have excellent stamina~'ㅠㅠ
She never showed that she was having a hard time when she filmed the drama 'Time'.
But she was struggling so much that her fans noticed it.
There may be some internal problems, but the role that she was playing was not an easy role to handle.
The character had to deal with the death of her mother, younger sibling, and also husband.
Maybe that's why SNSD's members took really good care of her at that time.
(Of course, they've always been taking care of her even before that)

Seo Yeji's old interview about her DUI scene in the movie Another Way regains attention
As Kim Jaewook and Seo Yeji gain attention for their chemistry in the movie Another Way, a story from behind the scene of the movie also gains attention from netizens.
In the 20th Busan International Film Festival that took place October last year in Busan Haeundae Megabox, Seo Yeji talked about how she almost got into an accident when she filmed her DUI scene.
She explains, "There was this scene where I was driving under the influence with Kim Jaewook by my side. To make this scene looks more real, I purposely drove over a line, but then a bus came along. We almost died. We almost got into a big accident. We didn't expect that bus to appear of all the sudden"
She continues with her surprising statement, "Of course, I was so scared we might get into an accident. Both Director Jo Changho and Kim Jaewook were so shocked. I was thrilled when I realized I made them shocked"
Kim Jaewook responds, "Seo Yeji totally enjoys driving. We weren't really close (when we filmed the scene), but we laughed a lot as we filmed. I remember telling her that I don't think she's in her right mind". And he laughs.
-She's a f*cking weirdo...
-She felt thrilled?? Kim Jaewook's life must've flashed right in front of his eyesㅋㅋㅋㅋ Stop trying to defend her. If she wasn't lucky, they could've gotten into an accident that time...
-Instead of apologizing, she said she felt thrilled???
-I mean... What did Kim Jaewook do wrong to deserve that...?
-She must be a psychopath...
-Not gonna lie, but this is really scary... She looks like she's dangerous...
-What was she gonna do if they got into an accident...
-Hul... What the heck... She sounds like a psychopath... I'm so scaredㅠㅠ
-She looks like the type of person who does dangerous things...??? I'm so scared of her, for real...
-That's not how a normal person would reach when they almost get into an accident...
-She's really scary...
-I don't think she's normal. How could she feel thrilled in such situation...????
-Is she out of her mind...?
Seo Yeji, "I'm actually very stiff... Not lovely at all"
Please note this interview that the OP attached was from 2016
-Seo Stiff...
-The comments here are really hilariousㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Fans of both parties are busy blaming each other. Only neutral netizens realize that both of them are equally problematic...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-She sure loves everything that is stiffㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-I wonder about how her previous colleagues think about herㅋㅋㅋ Was she also stiff when she worked with them?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-She really loves everything that is stifㅋㅋㅋㅋ Whoa, she should've used another word to express her personalityㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-I like something stiff... But not in terms of personality...
-She really loves to use the word 'Stiff'ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-I think I'm becoming obsessed with the word 'Stiff'ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-That word is going to haunt her for the rest of her life now... Seo Stif...
-Hul... Stiff..??? I'm getting goosebumps...
-She's scary... I don't think she's normal...

'Seo Yeji controlled him' ... Kim Junghyun, the lies behind 'Time'
Since Naver doesn't provide any comment sections anymore, here are the comments from a re-post of the article in Theqoo
-I feel really bad for Seohyun and the crews. Seems like everybody already knows what kind of person he is. Trash...
-Both of them are so weird... No wonder why he was acting so strange that time;;
-You're saying that everything written in the article actually happened in real life and not just a part of a drama...?
-You're telling me that he dated Seo Yeji...?
-She's freaking the hell out of me...
-I don't think this is gas-lighting, they're just simply weird...
-I feel bad for Seohyun for getting dragged into this mess... Even her face is on the very first picture of the article. She had to deal with all of this because of her shitty work colleague...
-I seriously recommend the two of them to see a therapist or something like that...
-I wonder who leaked all those conversations? It must be one of them...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Are you going to kill yourself if Seo Yeji tells you so...?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Birds of feather flock togetherㅋㅋㅋ
-Why are you even in this industry then...?
-You really shouldn't have accepted the offer in the first place if this is how you're going to behave... Is it fun for you to get money by putting others in struggles and then leave the drama irresponsibly just like that? You're a grown-up...
-I really liked Seo Yeji...
'Seo Yeji controlled him' ... Kim Junghyun, the lies behind 'Time'
Time Ep. 5, 00:48:50
Suho: (points towards the railing) I'll die with you
Jihyun: (from the railing of the hotel) Let's just go down first
Suho stumbled and fell over the railing. Jihyun ran towards Suho as that happened.
Jihyun: It's dangerous!!
Both of them fell over the railing. The scene switched. Suho and Jihyun fell on the ground 'separately'
Was it a falling scene or a mellow scene? At first, the scriptwriters intended this scene to be the start of the 'mellow' of this drama. However, the director changed it all up.
Below is the original script of 'Time'
Jihyun: Let's just go down first. It's dangerous!
Suho stumbled, and as he fell over the railing Jihyun ran towards him and hugged him. Both of them fell over the railing and fell to the ground as Jihyun was hugging Suho.
According to the script, <Kim Junghyun and Seohyun were supposed to be hugging when they fell to the ground>. However in the final scene, <Kim Junghyun and Seohyun fell separately>
This is all because of Kim Junghyun. He didn't want to film any mellow scenes. However, he was really faithful to the mellow drama he's starring in real life, with Seo Yeji as the female main character.
Ep 5, 00:54:38. The 'Bandage' scene.
Jihyun: (hands out a bandage) Put this on before it leaves scars
Suho: Don't bring me stuffs like this. I have a lot more of this than you do.
Suho: I mean... I'm thankful that you personally made this and gave it to me. I just don't know if I deserve this.
Jihyun: No. I'm really grateful.
Kim Junghyun refused to do the romantic scene. What is supposed to happen according to the original script?
Jihyun: Put this on before it leaves scars
Suho: (stares at Jihyun) Are you really grateful?
Jihyun: I'm sorry?
Suho: You should show your sincerity if you're really grateful. Saying thank you isn't enough.
Suho: (Extends his hand, lean forwards) Show me you really mean it
Jihyun: (Stares at Suho without saying anything then proceeds to apply ointment on Suho's hands and forehead, and then she blows on it)
Kim Junghyun is the male main character in the drama 'Time'. He was supposed to act in this mellow-genre drama. However, he avoided doing any physical contact. He requested to change the script because he was too 'immersed'(?) in his character. He also uses the excuse of having an eating disorder. The production team couldn't do anything else besides accepting his request.
Dispatch acquired the original script of the drama and compared it to the final scenes. From Episode 5 to 12, there are in total 13 romance scenes that disappeared. It was written on the scripts, but not in the final scenes.
Why did he refuse to do physical contact? It's because he was 'directed' by someone else. Not Director Jang from the drama 'Time', but Director Seo Yeji from reality. Kim Junghyun acted according to Seo Yeji's request.
"No physical contact"
Three years ago, Dispatch got a piece of information about Kim Junghyun. Dispatch also acquired some conversation that Kim Junghyun and Seo Yeji had. Recently, Kim Junghyun became an issue again. The issue was verified through different sources. It was confirmed to be true.
Kim Junghyun even recorded the filming set and report it to Seo Yeji
Suho: (Gets up and suddenly runs towards the railing)
Suho: (Vomits)
Kim Junghyun totally ignores Seohyun.
According to the original script, Kim Junghyun was supposed to put on a watch on Seohyun's wrist in Episode 6. He was also supposed to remove a flower petal from Seohyun's head and help her to get back on her feet when she falls in Episode 7. He was also supposed to hand over shopping bags and hold the dress so that it would stay in shape in Episode10.
But there were a lot of changes seen in the final scenes. Instead, he put the watch on the table, dropped the shopping bags on the ground. He was about to hold her hand, but instead he clenched his fist. And when Seohyun fell, he wasn't even seen in the scene.
This was the first drama in Korean history with the 'Virgin Road', main characters remaining a distance. The wedding scenes happened without any holding hands.
Then Kim Junghyun decided to leave the drama. Script-writer Choi Hocheol had to edit the whole scripts. It ended with Suho drowning in the sea as he tried to save Jihyun.
(Production Team 1) "They filmed separately. When we filmed Seohyun, Kim Junghyun wasn't there. We had to cover up Kim Junghyun's face so that Seohyun could get immersed in her character. Kim Junghyun would look away. We were very taken aback at that time"
