It sucks in various ways. The ranking announcement was done so freaking slowly. I think the announcement of the Top 9 took more than 10 minutes. Mnet really sucks at editing, it's boring.

If the Top 9 debuted just like that, I don't think they would be popular. Not to mention Chai Bing's controversy because of her personality and Su Rui Qi's because she supports China's Anti-American Aid War... I can't imagine how controversial it gets laterㅎ

The Chinese trainee who becomes a hot topic applies to become leader again

 The group was deciding on the leader for the new mission

Chai Bing: I want to become the leader.

 I lead <Salute> team before. We completed our performance in a cool way. Not only that, we also won the mission.

If I get to be the leader again, I think I can do a lot better.

Since only one of them (Kim Dayeon and Chai Bing) gets to be the leader, Fu Yaning recommended the members to vote. Both Kim Dayeon and Chai Bing got 6 votes.

Kim Dayeon: Since the number of Chinese trainees in this group is quite big, Chai Bing Unnie can lead them (using Chinese). 

Since there are a lot of members, we have to decide our positions quickly so that we can start as soon as possible. 

Kim Dayeon: I'm stepping down. For the sake of the team, I am stepping down.

Chai Bing: If Dayeon doesn't become the leader then I (will do it).

Shima Moka: When Chai Bing Unnie lead <Salute> team, I felt the group was progressing slowly.

I slightly felt like that. I think it would be better if Dayeon gets to be the leader.

Yoon Jia: I was in the same group with Dayeon Unnie during <How You Like That> and also Chai Bing Unnie during <Salute>. 

Speaking about the choreography, I think Dayeon Unnie progressed faster. 

We don't have a lot of time to practice, we also have a lot of members. In order to progress quickly, I think it's better if Dayeon Unnie is the leader.

Ezaki Hikaru: Half of this group is Chinese trainees. If they all get excited on their own and talk in Chinese, we wouldn't be able to understand. I'm afraid that's how the decision is based on.

Su Rui Qi: After hearing all of your thoughts, it sounds like most of you prefer Dayeon to be the leader.

I want to ask Dayeon, do you want to be the leader or not?

Because after speaking up, it seems like most of the members prefer Chai Bing not to be the leader.

 'I still don't have any plans for Season 2. Just thinking about it makes me tired already. But if I were about to direct it, I wouldn't do it alone.
