YJS: What are you going to be in the next 10 years?

CEW: I sometimes think about that too, you know? Athletes run towards first place, victory, and gold medals. But for people in our field, what should we run towards? Year-end awards? of course, that's something to be grateful for, but my ultimate goal is... It's a bit embarrassing to say, but it's to become the icon of an era. 

YJS: So... 'Becoming the person that comes to mind when people think about a specific era'?

CEW: That's really cool, isn't it? I mean... Someone like you, Sunbae.

According to a Ten Asia report on the 3rd, Byun Wooseok has confirmed his appearance on 'You Quiz on the Block' thanks to the hot popularity he gained from the tvN drama 'Lovely Runner'. The broadcast date is yet to be determined.

Best Dresser 'Jung Soojung' vs Worst Dresser 'Kim Goeun' ... Stars who shone on the Baeksang Awards red carpet

The 60th Baeksang Arts Awards just ended spectacularly. Stars who have shone brightly in various fields such as movies, dramas, and entertainment over the past year attended the Baeksang Arts Awards with excitement and grace. The highlight of the awards ceremony was undoubtedly the actresses' red-carpet fashion.  While some stars refreshed their 'legendary' visuals with dazzling dresses, there were also those  with their somewhat disappointing looks.  Let's check out all the dresses the actresses wore on the red carpet.



Jung Soojung

Thumbs up!
Her confident attitude matches well with her bold dress, leaving a strong impression. With added twists and exposure details, Jung Soojung's black dress radiates a glamorous atmosphere. Highlighting Jung Soojung's exceptional figure, the black dress emphasizes a chic vibe, while the naturally styled hair adds a sophisticated touch. It's a look that showcases elegance and alluring charm.



Go Yoonjung

Pretty!
Go Yoonjung showed a lovely aura with her shiny dress. The see-through fabric of her dress made her beauty stand out even more. The uneven shoulder decorations also caught the eye. It's a fashion that perfectly complements Go Yoonjung's flawless beauty.


Suzy

So-so.
Suzy did her best, but her dress left somehow was disappointing. She looked lovely in the bright pink mermaid-fit dress, radiating loveliness. The quirky colors were impressive, but the dress seemed to not be her size, which was disappointing. Instead of highlighting her glamorous figure, the dress seemed awkward, almost as if she was wearing someone else's clothes. The excessive ribbon details and exposure also somehow overwhelming.



Im Jiyeon

Who dressed her?
If Im Jiyeon chose to be more simple than fancy, then it's okay. Im Jiyeon wore a yellow dress with a simple style. Even though it was made of satin, the texture and seams of the dress felt a bit rough, and the way it was cut made it look awkward. It's disappointing because Im Jiyeon usually looks great in anything she wears, but this dress wasn't that good.


Ahn Yujin

Who dressed her?
IVE Ahn Yujin chose a pure white dress to portray an innocent aura. She added shiny jewelry to her simple dress, but the atmosphere of the dress felt burdensome as it reminded people of an engagement ceremony. The halter neck style, which was overly emphasized without considering the fit, also looked uncomfortable, making it seem like her neck could easily feel strained. Additionally, the overly flashy shoes revealed with a mediocre length added to the overall dilemma.



Kim Goeun

Oh My God...
Kim Goeun won the Best Acting Award, but her dress was a bit... Her bold attempt was impressive, but it's unfortunate that the design of the dress didn't suit her age. The heavily decorated two-piece dress, combined with the hairstyle, created a completely disconnected look.   If she had opted for a sleek hair styling like the one she showed in "Exhuma," it would have looked more trendy. Her attempt to break away from typical dress looks was bold, but the outfit didn't quite work out.

-Kim Goeun as the worst dresser is true...

-Whether the dress is really beautiful or not, it's just okay. Suzy always made headlines at Baeksang, but this time, it's a bit disappointing.

-Seriously... Are they still writing these kinds of things?

-Because of the hairstyle, Kim Goeun's overall looks looked chaotic.

-Everyone is pretty, it's just up to personal preference to judge.

-I'm tired of this critiquing, just enjoy it.

-What's the point, they're all pretty.

-What are they saying? Kim Goeun is so pretty.

-Kim Goeun's style was a bit different from usual at the awards ceremony, so I thought it was cool.

-Ahn Yujin and Kim Goeun's looks were the best for meㅋㅋㅋ Seems like it's just the matter of personal preference.

-Kim Goeun usually dresses well, so it's a bit disappointing.

-Kim Goeun's looks reminded me of Lee Hwarim. I loved it. 

-Huh? I totally disagreeㅋㅋㅋ Im Jiyeon and Yujin looked really pretty and glamorous. Kim Goeun, on the other hand, looked unique. Her looks suited the movie well.

-Im Jiyeon's dress suited her the best and it looked pretty. Yujin was really pretty too, but I slightly agree that it felt like an engagement ceremony.

-Wow, looking at the pictures, I was surprised. Goeun looked like Lee Young-ae last night, beautiful. I felt like Suzy's dress didn't suit her. The color, the ribbon decoration, and the exposed area were somehow weird. Considering she's the MC, she must have struggled to choose the dress, but I understand that it's probably a trend in the fashion industry. As for Kim Goeun, her dress was unique, and it suited her Hwarim character well.

Nana's process of removing her tattoos

 She first revealed her tattoos in September 2022

Then, she started to remove it around early-mid 2023



It started to fade a lot around October 2023



And recently

-Wow, tattoo removal is really tough.

-Seeing this, I really feel how amazing Han Sohee is...

-It must have been very painful.

-Luckily her tattoos were simple, so they faded quickly

-Removing tattoos is painful... And hers haven't even completely gone yet.

-It has faded a lot now. People say removing tattoos is even more difficult and painful than getting them done.

-Even so, there are still traces left.

-Let's think carefully before getting a tattoo, removing it costs double in money and time.

-I heard that dermatologists could close their clinic for a day when a patient comes for tattoo removal (It's a joke implying that tattoo removal is very expensive)

-It's a relief that hers are not heavily filled in. They say it's really difficult to remove deeply and heavily inked ones.

-Oh, but her tattoos were really cute though.

-Doing it so much in such a short period and removing it again, that's unusual...

-Those tattoos really suited her, but if she's going to continue acting, it's probably better to remove it.

-Color tattoos are harder to remove than black ones, it must have been tough.

-Wow, she must have struggled a lot. I got 15 laser sessions to remove mine, but you can still see marks if you look closelyㅋㅋㅋ Nana has color tattoos, so it might take longer.

-I wish I could remove mine too... Must be very painful. Fighting.

NewJeans HYEIN’s Health and Her Upcoming Schedule

Hello.

This is ADOR.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans for always supporting and loving NewJeans and update you on HYEIN’s state of health as well as her upcoming schedule.

Last month, HYEIN felt pain in the top of her foot during practice. She visited the hospital, where she underwent a thorough examination and discovered a microfracture in her foot.

She has since been focusing on treatment and recovery. However, the medical professionals have advised her to minimize any movement that may put unnecessary strain on the affected area.

Consequently, HYEIN will not take part in the official promotional activities for the double single “How Sweet,” including music shows and performances, to focus on her recovery.

For other scheduled appearances beyond music shows and performances, her participation will be adjusted in a flexible manner based on her health and medical advice.

We would like to ask for your generous understanding. We will support HYEIN and her recovery to ensure she can return to her fans in good health.
