ADOR Vice President Reveals, 'The Document was a Personal 'Memo' ... No Discussion with Min Heejin'


 Amidst HYBE's gratitude process towards New Jeans' agency, ADOR, where they discovered an internal document containing evidence of an attempt to take over management rights, ADOR's Vice President A explained the related suspicions.

On the 23rd, A told Yonhap News Agency, "The content of the 'internal document' is my personal concerns, stemming from the longstanding unresolved conflict between HYBE and ADOR." He clarified that the content of the document was based on his personal thoughts and experiences, stating, "It is not a matter discussed with other ADOR executives, including CEO Min Heejin."

He further expressed regret, saying, "I deeply regret that a mere 'memo' level document, which has never been executed, stored only on the company laptop, has been leaked to HYBE, packaged as an 'internal document' for a grand conspiracy, and mentioned in various articles."

-HYBE secured a total of 3 documents while securing ADOR's computer assets that day. The documents, written by A, a close aide to Min Heejin, the CEO of ADOR, on the 23rd and 29th of last month, were titled 'Agenda' and included contents such as 'urgent planning,' 'contract modification agreement,' and 'arrangement of potential external investors 1st and 2nd options.' Especially, the document on the 29th of last month caused controversy as it stated under the 'goal' section: 'Ultimately leave HYBE,' 'Prevent interference within HYBE (overall autonomy).'

Hate Comments Targeting LE SSERAFIM are Crossing the Lines

Honestly, the entire online community and media were trying to crucify LE SSERAFIM to the point I was worried that the members thinking of taking 'extreme choices'. People kept mentioning the ex-member who got swept up in school bully controversy, saying that she should've disciplined Hong Eunchae instead. Some even suggested LE SSERAFIM to be banned from entering the country like they're some criminals. 

While not directly exhibited, there are all sorts of comments beyond criticism on the skills in LE SSERAFIM's videos, ranging from ridicule to personal attacks, assaults, and even threats.

Such extreme comments are not just a few; there are tons of them.

Moreover, not only the members' Instagram accounts but also today's live comments during their arrival are filled with malicious comments.

Is this really acceptable to justify that "If you can't sing, you deserve to be criticized"?


Even international fans agree that the comments LE SSERAFIM has been receiving are crossing the lines. Some of them even start to discourage their own fandoms from bullying LE SSERAFIM excessively. 

I hope people will learn that criticism and /// condemnation, ridicule, and personal attacks are different things.
