'Blue Dragon Film Awards' IVE performed LOVE DIVE live in raw

-Rei and Liz are really goodㅎㅎㅎ

-I watched this live and they're actually really good?!

-? They're actually not that bad

-Rei always sounds stable

-Why are there a lot of comments...?? They sound good, though?

-Wow, they're getting a lot of hate. They're doing really well. I don't know about the standards of idols' live performances now, but idols these days are actually at this level.

-Isn't this a broadcast accident...? I have never seen a performance that features the singers' breathing sounds that much...

-Rei and Liz's voices are really my type. They sound really good in this live performance.

-They're actually good. Too bad that the audio quality is bad, I can hear them breathing.

Tang Wei cries as she watches the live performance of Mist

 



I saw Tang Wei in the audience. She cried during the live performance. I think that was the most remarkable scene at Blue Dragon Film Awards this year. She became Seorae again as the song started. 

Even Kim Hyesoo's comment about it is perfect...

Kwon Jinyoung, CEO of Hook Ent. is revealed to have bought an apartment in Hannam The Hill cash while borrowing 47B KRW interest-free from Lee Seunggi


It is confirmed that Hook Ent. has borrowed over 47B KRW interest-free from Lee Seunggi for 6 years. During that period of time, Kwon Jinyoung CEO is revealed to have bought an apartment in Hannam The Hill in cash. 

According to Ten Asia, Lee Seunggi has lent Hook Ent. more than 47B KRW from 2014 to 2021. He has never received any interest from the money he lent to Kwon CEO, who is currently under fire for stealing Lee Seunggi's profit. 


In addition, Hook Ent. borrowed 47,2B KRW from Lee Seunggi on a 'short-term loan'. Short-term loans are loans that have to be paid back in a period of less than a year. Loans that are paid in a period of more than a year are called 'long-term loans'. Lee Seung-gi received his money back in 2021 when Hook Ent. was taken over by Green Snake Media. 

While Hook Ent. borrowed a huge amount of money from Lee Seunggi without interest, Kwon CEO is revealed to have purchased an apartment in Hannam The Hill. Hannam The Hill is a famous apartment that is home to famous celebrities, high-ranking government officials, lawmakers, and chaebol families. Kwon CEO bought a 74 pyeong (1 pyeong = 3.306 m2) apartment there for 3,4B KRW in cash without a loan back in May 2016. She is still living in that apartment up until this point. The actual price per-pyeong is 7B KRW. In other words, the company has earned more than 2,6B KRW in capital gains. 

In July 2016, just 2 months after purchasing the apartment, Kwon CEO took out a 1,8B KRW loan from the bank. In July 2017, she paid it all at once.
