Which one is more important for an idol group: Company + Producers vs Members

This is the topic that both fans and experts from the entertainment industry often discuss about

1. Company + Producers are more important

No matter how perfect the team is, they need to sign under a big company and work with great producers in order to hit big

2. The members are more important

Producers only help idol groups to look charming, but nothing more. Since the members are more important, they still can hit big even if they work with producers who are just so-so

-#1 with no doubt. No matter how talented a group is, they would still flop if they're not supported by a competent company. 

-#1, of course. Companies with good strategy and marketing plans can easily handle the structure of the idol group. 

-#1. Just look at Produce 101, most of the talented ones come from smaller companies, right?

-A company is important for an idol group. Just look how many idol groups can't even perform on music shows just because of their companies?

-#1. Companies have power that idols don't.

-#1 is important, but so is #2. No matter how good the strategy and the marketing plans, that group will never gain interest if the members aren't charming. Both aspects are important for me. And I think fortune plays a big role here too. 

-#1. There are some groups who are just so-so, but have a big fandom because of their company

-#1. My favorite group is a gem, but... their company is a trash...

-#1. Look at how many talented idols out there who are underrated because of their company.

-#2 is important, but in order to build a group, you have to have #1, first. 

-This industry is all about strategy and marketing plans
