2024 FESTA BTS Jin Offline Event Follow-up Announcement

We would like to inform you of the changes in the entry criteria for the '2024 FESTA' offline event for Jin.

First of all, we apologize once again for any inconvenience. We have revised the entry criteria for Jin's offline event as follows:

For those who purchased Jin's solo single 'The Astronaut' or BTS's 'Proof' on Weverse Shop GLOBAL before the announcement on June 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. (KST), regardless of any new purchase history, you are eligible to enter the event.

Furthermore, for those who purchased albums ('Proof', 'The Astronaut', 'Indigo', 'FACE', 'D-DAY', 'Jack in the Box', 'Layover', 'GOLDEN', 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1', 'Right Place, Wrong Person') after the announcement on June 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. (KST) and entered the event, the previously announced entry criteria will still apply without any changes, considering that no one should be disadvantaged.

Additionally, the first part of the offline event, 'Jin's Greetings,' has been confirmed through extensive discussions between the artists and the operating department. We will ensure thorough safety management for both fans and artists through pre-rehearsals and other measures.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support and anticipation leading up to Jin's discharge. We apologize for any concerns caused during the preparation process. This has caused dissatisfaction among fans. Many fans feel that the event loses its meaning since his only solo release before his military enlistment is 'The Astronaut.' 'BTS Jin' is coming back ... Discharge on the 12th --> Hug event with 1000 fans on the 13rd

 

Jin, the eldest member of BTS, will complete his military service and be discharged on the 12th.

According to his agency, Big Hit Music, Jin will attend the offline event '2024 FESTA' held at the Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul on the 13th, the day after his discharge and the anniversary of BTS's debut. The event celebrates BTS's debut anniversary on June 13th and allows them to meet with fans. Jin will participate in the fan event held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium.
