The Unexpected Talent That Min Heejin Showed Yesterday

 

I have ADHD, but I can concentrate really well

Actually, I usually can't watch this kind of thing for more than 10 minutes. But I watched the entire live stream yesterday.

-Yeah, I watched the whole thingㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-2 hours feel quite long even for a movie, but this press conference went by in a flash

-Not gonna lie, I thought I'd only watch for a moment. But then I ended up watching the whole thing. 

-I like watching long Youtube videos, so this was perfect for me.

-I had things to do, but I still watched it until the endㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I can't even watch it for 5 minutes. It stresses me out too much. 

-My friend is addicted to Youtube Shorts, so she usually can't watch long videos. But she watched the entire press conference from start to finish. I cracked up when she told me about itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-She had a nasty temperament, just like the killer professor you at least have one in your college. Someone who would say, 'If you misunderstand this, you're gonna get screwed up!'

-She spoke so fluently and clearlyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-She should become a lecturerㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I was super focused. My concentration skills were on pointㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I kinda got sucked into it, even though the content was a bit exhausting.

-Not gonna lie, I was a bit sad when it endedㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I'm having a hard time concentrating lately, I can only watch movies through summary videos. But I watched the whole thing.

-I wish it lasted for 3 hoursㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The Release Date for RM's Solo Album is the Same as New Jeans' Comeback Date

 

It's very cheap of HYBE to release RM's solo album on the same date as New Jeans' album release date... Not to mention that they said they will also support New Jeans' comeback.

On May 26th, Big Hit Music, under HYBE label, announced through Weverse and BTS' official accounts that RM's 2nd Solo Album 'Right Place, Wrong Person' will be simultaneously released on May 24th at 1PM. 

This is HYBE. We'd like to provide guidance regarding legal actions to protect the rights of New Jeans. New Jeans is set to continue various activities, including the release of a new music video on the upcoming 27th and double single releases in May and June. We will do our best to support New Jeans' comeback activities without any disruption.

New Jeans' was announced on March 26th. 
RM's was announced yesterday.

Min Heejin: 'Park Jiwon (HYBE CEO), You're Depressed, Aren't You? I've Been Depressed for Ten Years Now"

 

MHJ: F*ck this, I don't know anymore. It feels unfair, you know? It's impossible not to curse. There are too many bastards like that. I need to relieve some stress too, you know? Didn't I tell you that I go to a psychiatrist? Park Jiwon, you also have depression, don't you? I've been diagnosed with depression for 10 years now. 

I didn't even know she was having a press conference and happened to start watching it from this scene. What is this? Even the lawyer's expression at the end is perfect. Isn't this part a perfect representation of the whole press conference?

-This is actually really sad. I know the public finds it amusing and funny, but... Ultimately, only Min Heejin has to take responsibility. She's choosing to fight in an even more unfavorable battle. 

-When dealing with crazy people, you have to be just as crazy. Do you really think HYBE will spare Min Heejin just because they're staying quiet?

-If you've been battling with depression for ten years, just take a break. It's not like you're being asked to do something extraordinary for K-pop, right? You get paid for your work too. Just like everyone else. 

-Is this supposed to be funny?

-She really said, 'If I'm going down, you're going down with me too'. Yeah, it's true when people say that you gotta be a little crazy yourself if you're going to deal with crazy bastards.

-I really admire her. She's impressive. 

-Is it okay to criticize others' mental health if she's depressed herself? Just because she's been struggling for over ten years, does that mean someone who's currently depressed isn't struggling? People who find this funny and refreshing really lack empathy. Even if you don't understand other parts, this part shouldn't be funny. It's not an issue if Park herself directly talks about her depression, but it's a big problem if others do.

-Min Heejin is not a doctor or medical professional. The duty to protect patient confidentiality lies with medical professionals. 

-Go fight it out in court, I'm already tired of this. 

-She's been seeing a psychiatrist because of HYBE? And she's had depression for over 10 years...?
