My friend got over $1000 for Lunar New Year

My birthday overlapped with Chinese Lunar New Year, so I got $60 for my birthday allowance + monthly allowance + CNY allowance + graduation gift. My friend told me she got $600 for CNY alone, I thought she was just lying but turns out there are a lot of my friends who got at least $100 for CNY. There are even some of them who got over $1000. 

Both my grandparents from my mother and father's side have passed away. My parents don't have a good relationship, therefore my paternal and maternal family don't get along really well. The kindest uncle in my family got fired out of all sudden, causing him to have no money and my brother is currently studying to retake his SAT..

It's honestly very immature of me to compare my CNY allowance to other kids' CNY allowance..

-I dropped the drama because the first and the second episodes were really boring. I don't understand why she sends her kid to study overseas when she's living like that. The female lead character is really weird..

-I like the drama because it's very calm and has a slow plot. I think it doesn't have a higher rating because it doesn't have any problems or climax. But I personally like this drama..ㅎㅎ

-I totally enjoy the drama..ㅎㅎ The first and second episode were quite random and out of place, but the third and fourth episode were really heart-fluttering..ㅠㅠ

-I'm enjoying the drama as well, but I don't think it's the type of drama that would get high ratings..

-Lee Nayoung and Lee Jongsuk's visuals are great, but I dropped the drama right on the first episode..

-I started watching from the third episode and rather than thrilling plot, I think it has more like a slow and calming plot.. Seems like the first and second eps were quite boring;;

-I can't relate to the female lead character at all.. Lee Nayoung's visual saves the whole character..

-The script is too.. boring and everything Lee Nayoung does in the drama is really cringe-worthy..

-I'm enjoying the drama.. It's getting more interesting as the time passes by..

-I'm just watching the drama because Lee Nayoung looks really adorable in it.. She's so freaking cute..ㅠㅠ

-Not fun at all..ㅇㅇ And Lee Jongsuk's acting skills suck..

-Just start watching from the 3rd episode, guys. This drama has a really nice OST.

-I still remember Winner's debut with Empty..

-Regardless the idols and only judging from the songs alone, it's iKON's My Type;;

-For me, it's Energetic with no doubt. But the other two songs are great as well!ㅋㅋ

-I have never heard of Empty and My Type;; I only know Energetic. The only Wanna One's song that I know;;

-I can only agree with Winner and iKON. I think Wanna One was popular for the group, not their debut song..

-Out of all the songs listed here, I only know Wanna One's Energetic..

-I have never heard of these songs except for iKON's My Type..

-These three groups debuted from survival shows..

-Wanna One was popular for their group and Empty was popular for the song itself..

-I seriously have never heard of Empty..

-I think it depends on each individual's preference..

-Nope..

-I think it would be difficult to expect such artists coming from SM, let alone other companies..

-SM wouldn't go out of business, at least not as long as I'm alive..

-I think they're currently planning on releasing a girl group like SNSD, but I don't think it's possible..

-I think Luna has a really big potential, if only SM had debuted her as a female solo singer instead of putting her in Fx..

-No one would be able to outsell BoA.. BoA is BoA..ㅠㅠ

-I think it would be really hard to release an artist that could outsell BoA..

-No one could outsell BoA. Not even artists from SM or any other companies. We haven't seen any solo singer who hit as big as her in the past 20 years..

-I don't think it's impossible. But I think it would be really difficult.

-There was SES before SNSD, so I think it's quite possible..

-No one knows about what's going to happen in the future so I'm gonna say it's possible..

-Let alone outselling SNSD, it would be hard for them to release a girl group at SNSD's level.. 

-BoA is a legend..ㅋㅋ And for outselling SNSD, it would take a lot of effort and hard-work. It wouldn't be easy, but not impossible..

-It's not like SM is going to be out of business anytime soon. But I think it would be really difficult for them to release artists like BoA and SNSD now..

-Honestly, I'm a little bit of bored because of their similar concepts and also the small gap between their song releases. I want to see them with various concepts..

-Twice is still doing fine so far.. And since JYP is debuting ITZY soon, I think now Twice would have less comebacks in the span of one year..
