He revealed that SM's 4th attempt to cast him happened three years after their first attemptㅋㅋㅋ He entered SM Ent. as a trainee in the 10th grade (2017). So he probably got cast for the first time in 7th grade.
SM Ent.'s 1st attempt to cast him seems to happened when he was in middle school, since he looked similar to his elementary school graduation picture. (He transferred school in the 2nd semester of 6th grade. He had to take the graduation picture separately, hence the awkward backgroundㅋㅋㅋ)
