'Yoo Quiz on The Block' DanceKang siblings, 'Earn 1.5M KRW monthly, pays off Mom's debt as well'

Youtuber DanceKang siblings reveal their monthly earning. The episode of Yoo Quiz on The Block that aired on the 20th was guested by Youtubers who have been gaining fame for their idol dance covers, Lee Kangbin (DanceKang) and Lee Seulbin (Jinjeolme).

Lee Kangbin first gained fame after uploading his dance cover of Aespa's Black Mamba on Tiktok. After that, P-Nation's CEO, Psy, reached out to him to make a collaboration video after seeing his dance cover of Hyuna's I'm Not Cool. Since then, they have been receiving a lot of love calls and gained attention from other idol groups such as ITZY, Monsta X, Fromis9, STAYC, etc. These idols visited the siblings' house and also filmed their behind the scene video.

When asked, Lee Kangbin reveals, 'We don't get fee because of the copyright of the music we put in our videos. Our earnings are very small, but we recently get to meet celebrities and even film behind the scene videos with them. We earn 1.5M KRW monthly.' Lee Seulbin adds, 'The earnings of our individual channels are for us individually. For the sibling channel, we divide the earning by 5:5. For the advertisement I helped him to shoot, we divide it by 1:9.' The siblings also proudly reveal that they helped pay off their mother's debt. Lee Seulbin comments, 'We almost paid all of them'

-I really like this sibling...

-I mean, they practically help the idols to promote their songs. I think they deserve more than thatㅠㅠㅠ

-Only 1.5M KRW monthly...???ㅠㅠㅠ

-I think that amount is too little for the impact they give. They're practically promoting the songs.

-They help a lot in promoting the songs. Seems like the idols' agencies don't give them money at all...

-Seems like they don't get paid by the agencies...? They're practically promoting the songs, though...

-Does that mean they don't get paid at all by the agencies? Even when they make collaboration videos with the idols...?

-They're saying that's the amount they get from the dance cover videos. They also get paid for the advertisements they do~~

-I think what they meant by 1.5M KRW is the amount of money they get from their Youtube views!! They didn't mention about the amount of money they got from the advertisement~

-Hul. 1.5M KRW...? Seems like people who do dance covers on Youtube really don't earn a lot...

-I had no idea they were siblings...
