I listed some of companies that aren't so bad (Except for Pangsoo's, but I thought his company makes more money than TS Ent, that's why I listed him). 
It's not as easy as you think...

-Jellyfish. Honestly, I know nothing about this company and their artists. I just chose them because their name sounds cute.

-Starship with no doubtㅋㅋㅋ This company is better than some of big companies and they also promote their artists really well

-WM Ent. They have great songs.

-Cube or Starship

-Oh My Girl and ONF are from WM Ent, right...? If they are, then I'm choosing WM Ent. I'm going to where Hwanghyun is. 

-WM Ent plans their strategies really great...

-After watching Road To Kingdom, I think I'd choose between RBW and WM. They treat their artists really well and they don't mind spending a lot of money on their artist's stages

-Starship... I think they take care of their artists and pay them on time. 

-Cube let their artists release albums consistently...

-I think WM Ent produces really great girl groups...

-Starship or Pledis... But Pledis is not listed here, isn't Pledis also small-to-medium-sized enterprises?

-I would choose Antena Music...

I'll show you this video, that surprised me a lot back then when I first saw it.
This is Niel from Teen Top.
He's practicing his singing skills while running on a treadmill. At first, I thought he was just listening to a song. But then he started recording again because he thought he sounded bad, that's when I found out that he was singing liveㄷㄷ

-I was waiting for Niel to start singing live, I thought he was listening to a song... That's crazy...

-I really like his voice...

-He doesn't sound like he's running on a treadmill at all, I thought it was just a song he listened to in the backgroundㅋㅋㅋㅋ It took me awhile to realise that it was his actual voiceㅋㅋㅋ

-B.A.P has a push-up movements in one of their choreographies...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-I think I've seen TXT practice like this too...

-Boa invented this practice...

-Dong Youngbae also practices his singing skills like this... It's so cool...

-If that were me, my lungs are probably going to explode in no time...

-My bias also practices like this... Idols are really amazing...

-I'm exhausted just by walking around... Can't imagine how hard it must be to sing while running on a treadmill. They're really amazing...

Jimin to withdraw from AOA and retire from the entertainment industry
