The new song by BTS V and Umi is revealed to be proceeded without the involvement of any agency or label

 

Umi: V is a very soulful person. His soul seems to be drawn to music. His solo album is also very peaceful and soulful. I remember listening to his music and thinking, 'Wow, he really has a beautiful and a soulful voice.' 


'Aww ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Taehyung wanted to release the song "wherever u r" on his birthday since the recording process ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ So, Umi released it on Taehyung's birthday 😭'

Initially released in the first week of November, the album sold 2,430,000 copies, setting a record for the highest solo debut sales. 


In the following 40 days, an additional 300,000 copies were sold, indicating a steady and continued success.
