Chungha is alone.. She's not from a big company, she doesn't have any labelmates in IOI, and she didn't really have a big fandom either..

Honestly, there are almost no female solo performer who has succeeded in the industry. Maybe some, and that's because they were already in an idol group and have a big fandom before they debuted as solo singer..
But Chungha comes from a small company, and yet her debut song made it to the charts. On top of that, her song that she released back in January is still doing well in the charts up until this secondㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Being talented and skilled doesn't guarantee a successful career.
But it plays a big role on helping her name getting known out there in the public.
Her company might be small, but they really cherish her and take care of her. They always pick out good songs for Chungha, her songs never sound old-fashioned or tacky. Her stage outfits are always beautiful as well. The most importantly, her company knows what kind of concept suits Chungha the best. Honestly speaking, the company could've just hold back their greed and debut her in a group instead of as a solo singer.. But I personally think they made a great decision by debuting Chungha as a solo singer
I was worried about her the most, since her company is considered small and also still new in the industry, but I have to admit that her company does a really great job. I'm not a big fan of hers so I don't really know whether if they plan her schedule or take care of her fandom well or not, but what I know is that they know what kind of concept suits her the best. They don't seem to mind to spend a lot of money on her albums. Of course, I do know that Chungha is very talented.. But we all know that surviving alive in the entertainment industry only with talent is not an easy thing to do, that proves us that her company plays a big role behind her success. First of all, I would like to praise them for not putting Chungha in a group with other uncertain girls.
Seriously, though.. I thought Dodaeng's group or Pledis' group would be the most successful ones but as we know, Chungha is doing really well out there.
I think one of the other reasons why she succeeded is because her company doesn't take any risks by putting her in a group. Her company has a really great producing and marketing team. Honestly, I think girls like Sejeong would've become more successful if they had debuted as a solo singer.
At first, I didn't really think that Chungha is beautiful.. But then I unintentionally saw a gif of her performance and since then, she looks so gorgeous in my eyes. It's my first time feeling such thing because of a female idol. Her beauty is just.. endless, the type of face that can only look grogeous.
