Kim Bora and Director Jo Bareun end their marriage after 11 months

Actress Kim Bora has divorced Director Jo Bareun.

According to JTBC Entertainment News on the 10th, Kim Bora has recently completed divorce proceedings with Jo Bareun. The reason cited was differences in personality.

Kim Bora and Jo Bareun first met as an actress and director on the movie 'The Grotesque Mansion,' which was released in 2021, and developed a romantic relationship. After dating for about three years, they got married in June of last year. Now, just over a year later, they have decided to go their separate ways.

Born in 1995, Kim Bora debuted as a child actress in the 2005 KBS drama 'Wedding.' After starring in various works like 'Famous Chil Princesses,' 'Scent of a Woman,' 'Seoyoung, My Daughter,' etc, she went on to star as the lead roles in 'SKY Castle,' 'Touch,' 'Love Scene Number,' 'Like Flowers in Sand,' 'Black Out,' and more.

Born in 1989, Jo Bareun made his debut with the movie 'Vibration' in 2016. The following year, he won the Korean Fantastic Short Film Award at the 21st Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.' He has since directed movies such as 'Gang,' 'Slate - Director's Cut,' and 'The Grotesque Mansion.'

Song Jihyo opens up about her relationship with her mother.

When Yang Sechan asked, "When you go grocery shopping with your mom, do you hold her hand, link arms, or walk separately?" Song Jihyo laughed and replied, "I'm sorry. I don't think I've ever gone grocery shopping with my mom."

Song Jihyo then made a surprising confession, saying, "At some point, I started calling my parents by their names." Yang Sechan responded in disbelief, "That is totally disrespectful. That's trash behavior."

Song Jihyo explained, "I have a reason for it, but talking about it makes me want to cry. One day, my mom had an especially hard time. She was crying and looking for her own mother. Seeing that made me realize, 'She may be my mom, but she was also someone's daughter.' I had never thought about that before, since I had only ever seen her as my mother since I was born. I felt so sorry for her and decided that I should treat her more like a friend."

-The directing is so bad... Who kisses like that?? It's so awkward.

-Oh... The ratings are really good. The last week's episodes were really fun, I figured the ratings would go up.

-I liked the beginning, but it gradually became boring now.

-I usually don't like this kind of genre, but it's so funㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I thought it'd be a childish drama, but they ghost makeup is good and the plot is pretty solid.

-It's so goodㅠㅠㅠ The story is so engaging, I can't stop watching this dramaㅠㅠ

-The script is actually very well written.

-I think today's episode will be even better than the previous ones.

-My Filipino friends said this drama is fun and recommended me to watch it. I'm gonna binge-watch it once it's overㅋㅋ

-'The Haunted Palace' is really fun. It's the only drama that I watch liveㅋㅋ You guys should check it out.

-I didn't want to watch it at first because I thought it would be scary, but it's actually good.

-As someone who drops the drama right away if the main characters' acting skills suck, I'd say this one is watchableㅋㅋ

'Don't joke with me. I just got off the plane...' <- NCT WISH unable to perform at SM TOWN Concert in L.A. due to visa issuesㅠ

 

'Don't joke with me. I just got off the plane...' 


NCT WISH will not be able to join the SM TOWN LIVE 2025 in L.A. stage due to visa issues.

To perform on this stage with fans, we diligently completed all required procedures, including document submission and interviews to obtain visa approval. However, due to unexpected delays, we were unable to obtain the visa.

Currently, it's difficult to determine the exact reason or cause for the delay in approval. Although we did our best to resolve the issue, we ultimately could not obtain the visas and the group will not be able to perform on stage.

We are deeply saddened and feel heavy-hearted thinking of the fans who have been waiting and looking forward to NCT WISH's stage. We did our best to get the visa approved until the very last moment. We sincerely apologize for not being able to keep our promise.

Most of all, we deeply apologize for disappointing the fans who took their precious time to come and wait for the performance.

We will work harder to show you a better side of us in the future so that your support and expectations are not in vain.

If they canceled the flight 5 days ago, they must've already known it wouldn't work. So why did they delay this announcement?

Starting with Taeyeon, it really feels like they think fans are fools. It's not even some nearby place, it's the U.S. We're talking about hundreds of dollars...

They should compensate for the flight tickets, accommodation, and ticket prices.
