'Secret' is a remake of a Taiwan movie released in 2008 under the same title. The story follows a new student who falls for a piano prodigy after listening to the mysterious music she plays in an old practice room. The movie received compliments for the fresh first love theme and beautiful classic music, it was quickly named as 'Legendary Youth Mellow' movie.
In the Korean remake of the movie, Do Kyungsoo will be portraying Ye Xiang Lun, the male main character. He has gained approval for his acting skills and built his name as an actor through his previous works, such as drama '100 Days My Prince', movie 'Swing Kids', 'Along with the Gods', 'Brother' etc. This time in 'Secret' he will be showing another side of him as an actor. It is planned that there will be an audition to cast the actress who will be starring in the movie along with Do Kyungsoo'.
This movie will be produced by Hive Media Corps, who previously have produced 'Inside Men', 'The Man Standing Next, 'Deliver Us From Evil', etc. It will be directed by Director Heo Jinho, who previously have directed 'Happiness', 'April Snow', 'You Call It Passion', etc, and Director Seo Yumin, whose debut-work 'Memories of Tomorrow' will be starring Seo Yeji and Kim Kangwoo.
