The incident took place in a sushi restaurant in Okubo, Japan, on September 28, 2018.
It is said that the CEO (53 years old woman) and her sister, who is also an investor of the company, sexually assaulted 5 of them by touching their bodies.
Out of the members who filed the lawsuit, there are some of them who previously had participated in Produce 101 Season 2. They were not sexually assaulted, but they witnessed the whole thing.
Both the CEO and the investor has denied all of the charges.
