Joo Haknyeon, formerly of THE BOYZ, was spotted at the group's concert for the first time since his departure.

On the 26th, Joo Haknyeon posted a single picture on his social media account without any caption.

The picture showed the stage of THE BOYZ's concert 'Interjection,' held at KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The concert took place over three days, from the 24th to the 26th.

The picture appears to have been taken from the audience seats, showing the members performing on stage.

At the same time, eyewitness accounts spread across online communities and social media claiming that Joo Haknyeon attended the event. It was reported that he watched the performance quietly while covering his face with a hat.

Last May, Joo Haknyeon was embroiled in controversy after news of a private meeting with Japanese AV actress Kirara Asuka surfaced. His exclusive contract wit his agency was terminated and he left the group.

At the time, additional allegations of prostitution were raised, but Joo Haknyeon strongly denied them.

Regarding the case, the Seoul Gangnam Police Station decided not to forward the case to prosecutors, judging that there were insufficient grounds to start an investigation.

As Joo Haknyeon, who hadn't been active since the controversy, was spotted at the concert venue, interest is grouwing regarding his recent whereabouts and future plans.

'Fall seven times, stand up eight' Ahn Hyoseop: "You never know where opportunities will come from" ... From being rejected by JYP Entertainment to 'K-pop Demon Hunters'

Actor Ahn Hyoseop shared how he kept challenging himself despite repeated setbacks, such as failing to debut as an idol and his low appearance fees, before eventually finding his path as an actor.

In the video released on the Youtube channel 'Fairy Jaehyung' on the 26th, Ahn Hyoseop shared a life lesson that helped him rise again after continuous failures, "Everything is connected. All the effort and those processes were precious just as I believed they would be."

Having spent his school years in Canada, he dreamed of becoming an idol and spent several years training under JYP Entertainment, but his debut plans ultimately fell through. He recalled, "I thought I could manage singing somehow, but dancing was too difficult," and added, "For the first time, I cried during a phone call with my parents and said 'Dad, I'm sorry,' because he had sent me there believing in me."

He continued, "For about four or five years after my debut as an actor, I hated talking about this. It felt like a stain on my life. Looking back now, it was an incredibly precious and meaningful experience, but that's how I felt back then."

However, pursuing acting wasn't easy either. Ahn Hyoseop explained, "At first, my Korean pronunciation was awkward and my acting wasn't good. I even attended a voice acting academy to relearn everything from the basics."

He explained that the reason he appeared in four dramas in just one year wasn't because of his skill, but rather his low fee at the time. Ahn Hyoseop shared, "My fee was cheap back then. My first fee was 500,000 KRW per episode. It barely covered labor costs, but I felt more grateful than anything else at the time."

Regarding his involvement in 'K-pop Demon Hunters,' which sparked a global K-pop craze, he said, "Director Maggie Kang said she held so many auditions for the voice actors. She apparently auditioned a lot of people for Jinwoo's role and was feeling stuck. But she happened to watch 'Business Proposal' and liked what she saw there."

He added, "Honestly, I didn't expect 'K-pop Demon Hunters' to become this successful. I thought it would be fun, of course. It made me realize I should stay humble and keep working hard in everything I do. I truly felt that you never know where opportunities might come from," sharing the lesson he learned after so many setbacks.

Park Boyoung's bare face and weight loss ... "Kim Sungcheol kept calling me 'Noona, Noona, Noona' like in the song 'Like Jennie'"

Actress Park Boyoung talked about her chemistry with Kim Sungcheol.

On the 27th, a press conference for the Disney+ original 'Gold Land' was held at Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul. Park Boyoung, Kim Sungcheol, Lee Hyunwook, Kim Heewon, Moon Junghee, Lee Kwangsoo, and director Kim Sunghoon attended the event.

'Gold Land' is a survival thriller about Heejoo (played by Park Boyoung), who comes into possession of 150 billion KRW worth of smuggled gold bars and fights to claim them amidst a chaotic mess of greed and betrayal.

The characters who face the 150 billion KRW gold bars reveal their raw desires, and their intense phsychological battles are raising expectations.

Park Boyoung explained, "Since my character is someone who didn't grow up happily, the director wanted me to lose some weight. There are many scenes where I'm running away with the gold, so he wanted my face to look thinner. So I lost some weight accordingly." She continued, "He also asked me to wear almost no makeup. At first, I wondered, 'Shouldn't I wear at least a little?' but eventually, I almost completely wore no makeup," revealing that she filmed with a nearly bare face.

Speaking about her chemistry with Kim Sungcheol, she said, "He would sing 'Like Jennie' but replaces 'Jennie' with 'Noona, noona.' It made me think, 'If I had a younger brother, he would be just like him,'" raising anticipation for their sibling chemistry in the drama.

'Gold Land' will premiere on the 29th with its first two episodes, followed by two new episodes every week, for a total of 10 episodes.

Ahn Hyoseop fainted while filming in extreme heat ... "I even considered quitting acting"

Actor Ahn Hyoseop revealed that he once considered quitting his acting career.

On the 26th, a video titled "After hearing you talk a bit, I think you should go on more talk shows" was posted on the Youtube channel 'Fairy Jaehyung' and featured actor Ahn Hyoseop as a guest.

Ahn Hyoseop recalled, "After I quit being an idol trainee, I met the person who is now my agency's CEO. She is the older sister of my close friend. It was also the agency that Lee Minho Sunbae was under. I sang and did everything at the audition, but I just couldn't bring myself to dance."

He continued, "I was on a variety show called 'Always Cantare 2.' After the director saw me there, he cast me in 'Splash Splash Love.' At that time, I couldn't even speak Korean well. I learned a lot while attending a voice acting academy. I still can't watch my own show. I was a mess back then. Even the director knew that, so he gave me a role with no lines. I think I grew step by step."

Hearing this, Jung Jaehyung said, "Even if you say you can't watch 'Splash Splash Love,' they must've seen something in you that led you to be cast in 'Happy Home,' right? I heard you filmed four projects that year."

Ahn Hyoseop replied, "I was constantly getting offers back then. My fee was cheap. That's for sure," and added, "My first fee was 500,000 KRW per episode. That was back in 2015. As I kept doing projects consecutively, bigger roles eventually started coming in."

He also revealed that he considered quitting acting while filming 'Still 17,' saying, "To be honest, it was just too physically exhausting."

He added, "From what I remember, it was the second-worst heatwave on record. I even fainted while filming. I felt like I was standing at the edge of a cliff. I thought about quitting, but I didn't tell my agency. I believe all those experiences made me who I am today."

Ok Taecyeon heads to the cinema instead of a honeymoon ... Shows support for Kim Hyeyoon's 'Salmokji: Whispering Water'

Ok Taecyeon, a member of 2PM and also an actor, visited a cinema to support actress Kim Hyeyoon instead of heading to a honeymoon after his wedding.

On the 26th, Ok Taecyeon posted on social media, "I can't watch scary things... I'll watch this, even in tears," along with a poster for the movie 'Salmokji: Whispering Water' and tagged Kim Hyeyoon's account.

Ok Taecyeon previously worked with Kim Hyeyoon in 2021 tvN drama 'Secret Royal Inspector & Joy.' It appears he visited the cinema to show his loyalty and support for her.

Starring Kim Hyeyoon, 'Salmokji: Whispering Water' is a horror film about a production team that heads to a reservoir to re-shoot after an unidentified figure is captured on a street view map, only to encounter something lurking beneath the dark, deep water.

According to the Korean Film Council on the 27th, the movie has recorded a cumulative audience of 1,983,763 viewers and is on the verge of surpassing 2 million viewers.

Meanwhile, Ok Taecyeon held his wedding on the 24th at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, with his longtime partner of 10 years. The ceremony was held privately out of consideration for the non-celebrity bride and her families.

However, controversy arose when a Chinese tourist staying at the hotel secretly filmed the ceremony through a room window and distributed the photos without permission, exposing the bride's face.

Ok Taecyeon's bride's face leakes after being hidden for 10 years → Controversy over illegal filming by Chinese tourists

Photos from the private wedding of singer and actor Ok Taecyeon have been leaked, sparking controversy.

On the 24th, Ok Taecyeon tied the knot with his non-celebrity partner at an undisclosed location in Seoul. The ceremony was hosted by fellow 2PM member Hwang Chansung, while all members of 2PM performed the congratulatory song, showing their strong bond. Considering the bride is a non-celebrity, the wedding was held quietly and privately, with only family members, relatives, and close acquaintances in attendance.

However, pictures later surfaced on Chinese online platforms, showing Ok Taecyeon linking arms with his bride while looking at an leaning toward her face, as well as the wedding snapshots where they posed outdoors, sparking controversy.

The pictures are believed to have been taken by a Chinese tourist staying at the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, where the wedding was held. In particular, concerns over invasion of privacy have been raised as the bride's face was posted without any mosaic or blurring.

While Chinese netizens reacted by saying, "Chinese people are everywhere," and "The news spreads really fast," Korean netizens expressed mixed opinions like "Is it okay to leak photos from a private wedding like this?" and "This is not a fan's affection towards their idols, this is a nuisance."

Meanwhile, Ok Taecyeon personally announced his marriage last November through a handwritten letter. He stated, "I have promised to spend the rest of my life with someone who has understood and believed in me for a long time. We intend to walk through life together while relying on each other."

He added, "I will continue to do my best to repay the love and trust you have sent me, as a member of 2PM, as an actor, and as your Taecyeon."
