Director of 'Sixth Sense,' Jung Chulmin PD, has been sent to trial on charges of sexual assault and denied all allegations during the first hearing.

On the 14th, the Seoul Western District Court held the first trial regarding sexual assault charges against Jung Chulmin PD. The trial was held privately due to the sensitivity of the matter, and the court requested reporters to leave, judging that it was inappropriate for detailed information to be disclosed externally.

It was reported that Jung PD's side admitted to some phyisical contact with the victim, but stated that 'there was no intention to harass.' Additionally, he had also requested a jury trial, but it was not accepted due to opposition from the victim's side, and the case will proceed as a standard trial.

Jung PD is accused of making unwanted physical contact with a victim, who had previously worked together with him on a program. The victim claims that on their way to a team dinner, Jung PD touched her shoulders, arms, and neck.

Previously, the police decided not to forward the case, stating there was insufficient evidence to prove his intention. However, after the victim filed an objection, the prosecutors re-examined the case, reversed the decision, and indicted Jung PD without detention in February.

Prosecutors believe the charges are valid based on CCTV analysis from the time, which showed the victim attempting to avoid the phyiscal contact.

Singer Hwasa revealed that she suffered second-degree burns on the soles of her feet before a concert.

On the 14th, Hwasa appeared as a guest on MBC FM4U's 'Noon Song of Hope with Kim Shinyoung' and talked about plans for MAMAMOO's full-group activities and more.

During the show, a listener asked, "You were running around so coolly during the concert. Did you really have burns at that time?"

Regarding this, Hwasa explained, "I was moving a steam humidifier and spilled the water, then I stepped on it," adding, "Luckily, it touched my foot and not the rest of my body."

She drew attention by explaining the situation further, "I was naked while moving the humidifier. Since I only stepped on the spilled water, I was able to avoid even more severe burns."

Hwasa stated that she immediately received treatment in the ER for second-degree burns and has now fully recovered. She added, "The skin turned dark for a while, but now there are hardly any traces left."

Previously, Hwasa had mentioned on the web variety show 'Salon Drip' that she burned herself after stepping on a water from a steam humidifier that was over 100°C just one day before her concert.

At the time, Hwasa said, "The moment I stepped on it, it was so hot my mind went blank," and shared that she went to the hospital on the morning of the concert. She was diagnosed with second-degree burns, with blisters forming everywhere except her heel, but still went on stage wearing bandages and sneakers, which amazed everyone.

Meanwhile, MAMAMOO is set to make a full-group comeback and start a world tour this June to celebrate their 12th debut anniversary.

Singer and actress Yoon Eunhye opened up about her struggles in the entertainment industry.

On the 14th, a video titled 'Ep 7. Everything has an end! (Rejecting college drinking parties, making friends in middle school, career anxiety, etc.) | Yoon Eunhye's sleepless night' was posted on her Youtube channel 'Eunhye Log In.'

In the video, Yoon Eunhye read a story from subscribers and offered advices. One subscriber, a piano major, shared that they feel stressed about achieving good results among their talenteed peers.

Yoon Eunhye started by saying that she could relate to the story, saying, "Because of the nature of my profession, I am constantly being evaluated. And I've been in that kind of environment for nearly 30 years."

She continued, "I've always had feelings of depression because of that. That's why my self-esteem is very low, even now."

She added, "But I like this job. Even though I feel frustrated, disappointed, failed, and sad, I still like this job. When things get really hard, I sometimes think 'I don't want to do anything.' But I still enjoy my job and I personally think I'm good at it. I'm not forcing myself to do it," expressing her love for her job.

She then offered an advice, "When you are in the role of delivering something you love, like playing the piano, if you go into an exam with the mindset of 'I'm not enjoying this' or 'I have to do well,' you would fail to move the teachers who evaluate you with the emotion that your music is supposed to give, don't you think so?"

On 'Salon Drip,' Gong Seungyeon shared a story about being kicked out barefoot by her father after hitting her younger sister, TWICE's Jeongyeon.

On the 14th, the 135th episode of web variety show 'Salon Drip,' titled 'Get ready to meet Team Grand Prince's Wife!' was posted on the Youtube channel TEO. This episode featured IU, Byun Wooseok, Noh Sanghyun, and Gong Seungyeon from the drama 'Perfect Crown.'

As the actors talked about their family, Gong Seungyeon, who is the eldest of three sisters with TWICE's Jeongyeon as the youngest, shared, "I used to hit both of my younger sisters a lot. My second sister and I are only a year apart, so we fought a lot. If I her her once, she'd hit me twice. Jeongyeon would try to stop us, and we'd say 'Stay out of it,' but she'd end up getting hit too." She recalled, "There was this one time Jeongyeon saw us fighting and said, 'I'm telling mom.' She ended up getting hit by a phone."

Gong Seungyeon also shared a story about being kicked out barefoot by her father. She said, "We were in our dad's car. I hit my sister and she cried out in pain. My dad suddenly stopped the car. It was winter and I happened to have taken off my shoes. After stopping the car, my dad opened the door and dragged me out onto the ground, then he just drove off." She continued, "The bust stop was about three stops away. I walked all the way home barefoot in the winter. As I walked, I kept saying, 'Yoo Jeongyeon, I'm seriously gonna kill you,'" causing laughter.

Gong Seungyeon noted that this didn't happen when they were very young, saying, "I think I was already a grown up at the time. Around 20 or 21," adding, "Later, I looked back and reflect on myself, thinking, 'How could I still be so immature even as an adult?'"

Gong Seungyeon revealed, "I apologized a lot to her because she had a shoot the next day. It was the day she filmed the teaser for her debut survival show 'SIXTEEN.' Her eye was bruised and swollen because I hit her. I hit the wrong spot," shocking everyone.

Jang Doyeon reacted, "It's a relief that she made it and debuted," to which Gong Seungyeon agreed, saying, "It would've been terrible if she couldn't debut because of that." Jang Doyeon said, "I really enjoyed watching 'SIXTEEN.' You appeared toward the end of the show and I thought, 'Whoa, her older sister is so pretty and seems to care so much for her.' I had no idea there was a story like this behind it."

On the 14th, a video titled 'Get ready to meet Team Grand Prince's Wife!' was posted on the Youtube channel TEO.

On this day, Jang Doyeon asked Gong Seungyeon, the older sister of TWICE's Jeongyeon, "Does your sister give you feedback on your work?" to which Gong Seungyeon replied, "Not at all," and added, "She has no choice but to watch 'Perfect Crown.' She's such a huge fan of IU that when she shows off her copies of IU's albums, she tells me not to touch them," causing laughter.

IU also shared her experience attending a TWICE concert. Jang Doyeon noted, "I heard you went to the concert secretly."

IU responded, "I went because I really like TWICE," adding, "Jeongyeon later sent me a DM, but I didn't see it at the time. Seungyeon told me about it on set, so I sent my thanks later on."

Gong Seungyeon explained the situation, saying, "My sister said she wanted to invite IU to her concert, so I told her, 'Do you really think she'll see your DM? She probably gets so many messages.'"

Later, Jang Doyeon mentioned, "I heard that even if you receive invitation tickets, you always choose to pay with your own money to see the show." IU explained, "As a performer myself, watching concerts is a learning experience for me. I prefer to go secretly, watch the entire show, and just enjoy it."

IU also shared, "I've been to TWICE's concerts and also to D.O's concerts. I try to go to as many concerts as possible. It relieves stress and is very healing."

When Gong Seungyeon said, "I heard my sister wanted to give you an invitation ticket, but you already bought them yourself," IU replied, "It's because I really like TWICE," showing her feelings as a fan.

Gong Seungyeon added warmly, "I think that's why this drama became one that my sister will watch from beginning to end, even catching the live broadcasts."
