Captain Han was highly regarded by his colleagues for his exceptional flying skills. His former coworkers remember him as, "A colleague who never compromised on safety," and "Someone who would've done everything in his power until the very last moment in an emergency."

Lee, who worked with Captain Han as a flight instructor for over a year stating in 2012 stated, "I remember Captain Han (Instructor at the time) as someone who strictly followed regulations and procedures and never compromised on safety."

Lee shared, "I first saw the breaking news about the accident on the morning of the 29th and later learned that Captain Han was piloting the aircraft. It felt like my heart was being torn apart."

He added, "Although a full investigation is needed to determine the exact cause, it seems that several worst-case scenarios occurred simultaneously to cause the crash. I hope the Aviation and Railway Accident Investigation Board can quickly determine the exact cause."
