Han Hyejin revealed a shocking breakup experience that finally ended with a phone call a year later.

According to legal sources on the 18th, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office rejected the arrest warrant for A, which had been requested by the Seoul Gangnam Police Station the previous day.

The prosecution reportedly determined that there evidence of the charges was insufficient.

A was arrested at the scene on the afternoon of the 15th on charges of attempting inappropriate physical contact after meeting the victim at a restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, and taking her to his home.

The investigation revealed tat A had purchased a 'meal date voucher' from the victim two days before he incident and had promised not to engage in any sexual contact.

During the police investigation, A reportedly admitted to physical contact but claimed that it was not forced.

The police plan to conduct further investigation and then decide whether to reapply for an arrest warrant.
