Girls' Day Hyeri's trip to Maldives, prepared for her staff, is gaining significant attention belatedly.

On the 24th, a video titled "The Maldives, my dream destination... I finally made my dream come true 💙" was posted on Hyeri's Youtube channel.

In the video, Hyeri shared her long-awaited trip to the Maldives, a dream she had held on for a long time. She couldn't hide her excitement, stating that she finally fulfilled her wish after saying "I want to go to the Maldives" numerous time.

What made the trip even more meaningful was that she personally brought along her hairstylist and make up team, who have worked with her for a long time. On her way to the airport, she explained, "They have worked so hard. I wanted to create happy memories together."

Upon arriving in the Maldives after a long 17-hour journey, Hyeri exclaimed, "Now I see why people come here for their honeymoons." Although she was concerned about the weather, after seeing the clear skies, she said, "I feel like I'm gonna cry."

After arriving at the resots, Hyeri spent time doing activities with her staff, including swimming, yoga, spa treatments, and a sunset cruise. Hyeri also revealed her organized travel style, saying, "I want to spend the day to its fullest."

During a meal after filming, the staff members poured out heartwarming stories about Hyeri. One staff member said, "I had never traveled abroad before, but Hyeri Unnie suddenly told me to get a passport. It turned out to be a reward trip to the Maldives. The first stamp in my passport is from the Maldives," touching many viewers.

Another staff member recalled an incident from a drama wrap party, saying, "She asked me to go to the department store to help pick out a lucky draw prize. When I got in the car after the filming ended, there was a wallet sitting there for me. I was so surprised, my hands were shaking."

The story that received the biggest reaction was about her contract renewal. A staff member who has worked with Hyeri for seven years said, "Everyone was anxious because her contract was coming to an end. When she renewed her contract, she gave up her down payment and distributed that money to the staff as bonuses. We all cried together at that moment. Since then, I haven't been able to leave this company."

Listening to the staff's stories, Hyery shyly smiled, then eventually teared up with them, ending the moment on a heartwarming note.

Soyou exposes mistreatment by former agency: "I lived like a racehorse for 12 years .. I never had a proper rest"

SOURCE: 소유, 前 소속사 만행 폭로 "12년 간 경주마처럼 살아..제대로 쉬어본 적 없어"[스타이슈]

Singer Soyou exposed the mistreatment she received at her former agency.

On the 24th, a video titled 'The Appearance of a True Friend You Don't Want to Possess | [Grrr Galk: Jindae Talk] EP6. Possession' was posted on the Youtube channel 'DINDIN is DINDIN.'

In the video, Dindin said, "When Soyou's time at Starship was coming to an end, she had a lot on her mind. That's when we talked the most."

He continued, "I actually told her, 'I wish you'd stay here. Like K.Will Hyung, with that parent-like vibe. Since you're the most senior, they won't mistreat you.' But Soyou said that since she had only been in that agency, she wanted to try something different," recalling that time.

Soyou responded, "That was part of it. When I was at Starship, I couldn't rest. After debuting, I even renewed my contract. I never had a proper rest for 12 years. I asked, 'Can't you just let me rest for three months?' I wanted to go abroad, maybe study music in the U.S. like going on a study abroad program, but they said absolutely not."

She added, "At the time, the CEO believed that if a celebrity rests for more than two weeks, they won't want to work anymore. But I'm not like that. Even when I rest, I still think about work a lot. Now, I try to live abroad for a month once a year. Even when work gets tough, having a trip I can look forward to actually becomes a motivation for me to work like a horse."

In response, Dindin said, "That's only possible because you worked for 12 years without a break. That's why you're able to go on a one-month trip and then come back and continue your activities."

Actor Shin Seungo shared the behind-the-scenes story of being Red Velvet's body guard before his debut.

On the episode of 'Jeon Hyunmoo's Plan 3' that aired on the 24th, Jung Woo and Shin Seungho appeared as 'food buddies' for Jeon Hyunmoo and Kwak Tube as they explored hidden restaurants in the back alleys of Seoul.

Shin Seungho explained, "Actually, I wasn't a professional bodyguard. After I quit being a soccer player, I wanted to try part-time jobs since I had never done anything other than sports. So I worked for a security team at a department store. At the time, Red Velvet came for an event, and they told me, 'Seungho, you handle the close-range security.' I just did it because I was asked."

He continued, "After some time, I completely forgot about it, but then I ended up filming a movie with Irene Noona," sharing the special connection of going from a security staff member to a colleague in the entertainment industry.

Meanwhile, Jeon Hyunmoo caused laughter by asking, "Irene is older than you?" expressing his surprise at Irene's youthful looks compared to Shin Seungho's more mature appearance.

Meanwhile, Shin Seungho was born in 1995 and is 30 years old. He played soccer for 11 years, from the 4th grade of elementary school until the age of 21. After working as a fashion model, he transitioned into acting upon the suggestion of model Park Dulseon and made his debut in June 2018 with the web drama 'A-TEEN.'

Anne Hathaway expressed her admiration for Jang Wonyoung's beauty.

On the 24th, a video titled 'Why did Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Jang Wonyoung come together at Vogue Korea? | LIFE IN LOOKS' was posted on Vogue Korea's official Youtube channel.

Jang Wonyoung hosted the interview with Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep, who visited Korea for the promotion of 'The Devil Wears Prada 2.' Upon meeting Jang Wonyoung, Anne Hathaway exclaimed, "Such a cute outfit. You look like Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway's character in the movie)," to which Jang Wonyoung replied, "Thank you so much. I prepared a lot."

As the interview began, Jang Wonyoung conducted the session in English, saying, "I am a member of the K-pop group IVE. It's a profound honor for me to be here today representing Korea." To this, Anne Hathaway responded, "You said that so beautifully," and expressed her gratitude, "It must be so difficult to do an interview in English and we really appreciate it because we haven't yet had the chance to learn Korean."

The three then opened a prepared book to answer questions. The book featured a photo of Jang Wonyoung. Upon seeing it, Anne Hathaway exclaimed, "You look so beautiful," but Jang Wonyoung shyly denied it, saying, "No, I'm not." At her modest remark, Anne Hathaway turned serious and insisted, "I think you are," while Meryl Streep added, "You look like a flower," while looking at her fondly.

At the end of the interview, they all signed the book. Meryl Streep joked, "I'll go on the bottom with false modesty," and placed her signature at the lower part while Anne Hathaway signed above her. Finally, Jang Wonyoung signed as well and the two actresses once again praised her, "So beautiful."
