NCT WISH will not be able to join the SM TOWN LIVE 2025 in L.A. stage due to visa issues.

To perform on this stage with fans, we diligently completed all required procedures, including document submission and interviews to obtain visa approval. However, due to unexpected delays, we were unable to obtain the visa.

Currently, it's difficult to determine the exact reason or cause for the delay in approval. Although we did our best to resolve the issue, we ultimately could not obtain the visas and the group will not be able to perform on stage.

We are deeply saddened and feel heavy-hearted thinking of the fans who have been waiting and looking forward to NCT WISH's stage. We did our best to get the visa approved until the very last moment. We sincerely apologize for not being able to keep our promise.

Most of all, we deeply apologize for disappointing the fans who took their precious time to come and wait for the performance.

We will work harder to show you a better side of us in the future so that your support and expectations are not in vain.

If they canceled the flight 5 days ago, they must've already known it wouldn't work. So why did they delay this announcement?

Starting with Taeyeon, it really feels like they think fans are fools. It's not even some nearby place, it's the U.S. We're talking about hundreds of dollars...

They should compensate for the flight tickets, accommodation, and ticket prices.

Former idol Nam Taehyun cancels performance ... Turns out caught drunk driving while on probation for drug charges

Nam Taehyun (31), former member of the group WINNER, is once again under police investigation after being caught drunk driving while on probation for previous drug charges.

According to police on the 8th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul booked Nam Taehyun on charges of drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act on April 27. Nam Taehyun is accused of causing an accident around 4:10 AM near Dongjak Bridge on the Gangbyeonbuk-ro expressway heading towards Ilsan while driving under the influence. He reportedly hit the central divider while trying to overtake another vehicle. Fortunately, no one was injured. At the time of the incident, his blood alcohol concentration was at a level that would result in the cancellation of his driver's license (0.08% or higher).

January last year, Nam Taehyun was sentenced to one year in prison with a two-year suspended sentence for violating the Narcotics Control Act. He had been charged for using 0.5g of methamphetamine (Philopon), which he and Seo Minjae (32), allegedly purchased via Telegram and mixed with alcohol in 2022. At the time, police began investigating after Seo Minjae revealed on her social media that she had used drugs with Nam Taehyun. Even while under investigation for the drug charges in March 2023, Nam Taehyun received a summary fine of 6 M KRW for a separate drunk driving incident.

Considering that this new incident occurred during his probation period, the police applied for an arrest warrant on May 2. However, the court rejected the warrant on the 7th, stating, "There was no risk of evidence being destroyed." A police official stated, "After further investigation, we plan to refer Nam Taehyun to the prosecution without detention."

Nam Taehyun was scheduled to have his comeback performance at a music festival held at a small theater in Hongdae on May 6. However, following the incident, he abruptly canceled the performance on May 4. At the time, it was reported that he canceled the performance due to feeling pressured by the strong public criticism regarding his return. In March, he had posted on his social media, saying, "I spend each day reflecting and repenting sincerely. I want to repay those who waited for me not with more controversy, but with music that brings comfort." Currently, that post has been deleted. He is currently scheduled to release an album on May 9.

Before his sentencing in the drug use case in October 2023, Nam Taehyun also made headlines in October 2023 when he appeared as a witness at a National Assembly Health and Welfare Committee, where he spoke about his drug rehabilitation experience.

Former AOA member, Chanmi (Dohwa), is getting married.

On the 8th, Chanmi shared on her social media, "I've met someone I want to walk the rest of my life with. We'll be getting married this coming June. He's a very kind person, someone I'm grateful for. Chanmi debuted as a member of AOA in 2012 and received love through songs like 'Miniskirt' and 'Heart Attack.' She later changed her name to Dohwa to mark a new beginning.

Stabbed in the neck 9 times? ... 'Kim Saeron recording' informant changes story, admits to fake photos

 CEO of Youtube channel Garo Sero Research Institute, Kim Se-eui, released a video sent by informant 'A' on the 7th.

In the video, A claimed to have been discharged from the hospital 6 days after being attacked in New Jersey, USA, on May 1. Claiming to have sustained serious stab wounds on both arms, A stated that he was filming the video with his right hand because he couldn't use his left hand. A also showed the wounds on his arms and hands, which appeared to have been treated with antiseptic. A explained, "My hand shakes when I try to film my right shoulder. I can't remove the bandage on my fingers on my own because of the nerve issues. Initially, the bleeding wouldn't stop, but now it's under control.

Previously, during a press conference held on the same day, Kim Se-eui claimed that A had been stabbed in the neck with a sharp weapon and required over 20 stitches. However, within half a day, the location of the injury had changed.

In particular, the medical report that Kim Se-eui released states that A underwent surgery for a deep cut on the right shoulder. There is no confirmation of injuries to the left hand, upper right arm, or neck, as claimed by A and Kim Se-eui. Based on the report, it's also questionable how A could film the video with his right hand if his right shoulder was really severely injured.

It has been confirmed that the photos of A's neck and hand that Kim Se-eui revealed at the press conference were stolen from a stock image website.

A, who claimed to have heard from Kim Saeron about her relationship with Kim Soohyun sent a voice recording to Garo Sero Research Institute. In the file, she stated that she dated Kim Soohyun in 2015, when she was still a minor.

However, there are suspicions that the voice recording sent by A was fabricated. On May 7, former journalist and Youtuber Lee Jinho held a press conference and revealed a forensic report stating that the voice recording was manipulated.

Lee Jinho explained, "The recording in question is found to have been created using AI-generated voice, with a third party, namely A, adding his own voice and background noise. I was shocked at how advanced AI technology has become. This person not only attempted to contact me, but also Kim Soohyun's side to demand a large sum of money. Kim Soohyun’s team reviewed the audio and confirmed they decided to ignore it."

First of all, we would like to extend our congratulations and gratitude to OH MY GIRL, who are celebrating their 10th debut anniversary this year, and to all the fans who have consistently supported them.

We are announcing that we have recently renewed our contracts with four OH MY GIRL members: Hyojung, Mimi, Seunghee, and Yubin.

Based on the strong trust we've built over the past 10 years, Hyojung, Mimi, Seunghee, and Yubin have decided to once again renew their contracts following their first renewal in 2022.

We are very pleased to have renewed our contracts with the OH MY GIRL members who have maintained a special relationship with us for a long time, and we would like to thank the members for their meaningful decision.

On the other hand, after long discussions, YooA and Arin have decided to terminate their exclusive contracts with the company.
