Stray Kids' songs that gained rapid popularity in different countries

 Stray Kids' didn't blow up at once. Instead, each of their songs gained momentum at different times in different countries.

God's Menu, Back Door (Repackaged)

These songs helped Stray Kids become popular in Europe and North America.

Maniac

They blew up in China because of Maniac. From this point, their first-week album sales also surged significantly.

CASE 143

They blew up in Japan because of this song. This song performed well on Japanese music charts and they even had a dome tour there.

Here are the comments I expected to see:

The difference between their domestic and international fandom is huge
-> Their 2-days concert in Gocheok Sky Dome was sold out.

Isn't the venue in South Korea filled with international fans?
-> Recently, there was a problem with international fans' card payments during concert ticket sales, so Korean fans filled most of the seats.

Then, why are their achievement in music charts like that?

-They started gaining popularity in South Korea after releasing God's Menu and Back Door.

-I discovered them through God's Menu. Their songs are really great.

-I'm not a fan, but I really liked Thunderous. I never listened to Stray Kids' songs before that. Thunderous was how I got into themㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Out of these songs, I like Case 143 the most!! My favorite song is Miroh!

-I'm not a SKZ's fan, but I usually listen to Miroh on my way to work every day.

-I really like Case 143.

-My personal pick is Maniac.

-I also got to know Stray Kids through God's Menu.

-I listened to 'Wal-ddu-wal-kit' a lot. I also used to listen to S-Class too. And I always search for their performances at every award ceremonies.

-My favorite is S-Class.

-I first heard Stray Kids’ songs on a survival show, and they have so many great songs. S-Class was the first one I knew.

-I used to think their music was noisy, but now I’m used to it. I think the fact that they make their own songs also play a big role behind their success.

Viewers think the comedy in 'The Fiery Priest 2' is too much

 

It doesn't only happen in these scenes. It feels like 1 scene has about 5 jokes.

All the lines sound like Ji Sangryeol's joke, so people are saying that it's a bit much.

-Sigh.... Honestly, I don't even know why the first season was so popular...

-I really didn’t understand why they did the Joker costume. There needs to be some context, but there’s none.

-I could understand the Joker scene, but the Genie scene really made me wonder what was going on.

-Too childish.

-Season 1 wasn't this bad...

-This is exactly how the drama is supposed to be like... I find it fun, you knowㅜㅜㅋ

-They're too focused on the comedy. It's over the top.

-It's too much and too childish.

-Season 1 wasn't like this... They went overboard.

-I watched all those scenes without laughing, with a poker face.

-I re-watched Season 1 three times because I loved it so much. I was hoping they would get more serious in Season 2, but it went in the opposite direction...ㅠ

-Looks like I wasn't the only one who felt this way. I watched it because people said it was fun, but I think it's too much.

-That panda costume was totally a turn off.

-It’s been a long time since my mom and I both dropped a drama midway.

-They're going overboard. The drama has lost its charm.

 Giselle couldn't attend the red carpet due to an allergic reaction. She's trying her best to make sure she can perform on stage later!! (ㅠㅠ)

After Yunjin mentioned that she wanted to change the idol industry, people have been asking her, 'So, what have you changed?' 'What can you do?' and this becomes a source of worry for her... It's really sad how when a female celebrity says something right, people start expecting them to take on social movements they think are their responsibility. 

Yunjin: I said, 'I want to change the idol world. I want to make a change.' Since then, people have been asking me, 'So, what have you actually changed?' 'How will you make a change? By yourself?' At first, I let it slide, but as time goes on, I feel like I need to take more responsibility for those words... And I wonder if I'm doing enough now.

-She should think about whether she has the capacity or influence to actually change things first.

She becomes a popular academy instructor, sending numerous students to prestigious universities.

She later becomes a university professor and also a popular one at that.

Students fight to sign up for her class due to its high demand. 

With her fake identity, she marries the CEO of a famous startup.

Of course, they're just a 'show window' couple. 

Her husband runs for mayor.

With her beauty and character (including her sense of using sign language), she helps her husband's campaign and becomes a strong contender.

However, it turns out that everything was a lie. 

She never attended college or studied abroad. 

She even lied to her parents.

Her clothes were also fake. 

Her entire life was a fraud.

She was praised as a perfect role model and an epitome of a successful life.

But eventually, the truth was exposed.

Everything was fake. 

The only real thing about her was her beauty.

In this case, Anna would either:

Be completely canceled as one of the greatest fraudsters in history

VS

Become an influencer and live by selling a 'luxury' lifestyle.

-The things that people in our country dislike: lies, fraud.

People dug up everything about her, questioning whether her entire life was fake, just because of a single bagㅋㅋㅋㅋ But since it was an unjust attack and in reality, she's actually rich, she's back and people are loving herㅋㅋㅋㅋ If her whole life had been fake, she wouldn't have been able to come back. The level of criticism she received back then was insane.

-Since she's gorgeous, she'll probably still have her minions even if she gets criticized.

-Not just an influencer, she could become the first lady too.

-She'll probably go from being canceled to becoming an influencer. In the end, it'll be a happy endingㅋㅋ

-No, she's a criminal, not an influencer. The level is different. If someone digs into her past, she'll definitely get arrested. She's a scam.

-Of course, she'll be canceled. It's not like this hasn't happened before.

-She’ll be canceled but will make a comeback with her minions.
