According to News1 on the 12th, students at Dongduk Women's University, led by the student council, are protesting against the school's transition to a co-ed institution. On the evening of the 11th, Soul's Jongam Police Station was dispatched to Dongduk Women's University after receiving noise complaints.

Upon arriving at the scene, the police found students attempting to break down the university president's office door using baseball bats and fire extinguishers. In the process of police intervention, one officer reportedly said, "You will all become teachers. Later on, you are going to give birth and raise children someday." The remark quickly spread across social media. Students in the video showed their anger, saying, "You go get pregnant yourself!"

A representative from Jongam Police Station explained, "The comment was made to prevent students from doing illegal activities since they were trying to break down the door with fire extinguishers." The officer added, "As people who are going to have children and raise them someday in the future, how can they educate their child if they're acting this way now?"
