36 y.o Bora reunites with her manager from her days in SISTAR after 16 years

Singer and actress Yoon Bora (36), who debuted in 2010, is taking a new leap forward by reuniting with the manager who was with her from her debut through her peak years.

On the 23rd, The Entertainment announced, "We have recently signed an exclusive contract with Yoon Bora," and added, "We are happy to reconnect based on the strong trust built over a long time." The Entertainment is a management agency founded by CEO Kim Kanghyo, who accompanied SISTAR on their entire journey from their rookie days to becoming the 'Summer Queens.'

Yoon Bora and CEO Kim Kanghyo share a special bond. Bora has worked with CEO Kim since her trainee days, and after debuting with SISTAR in 2010, they built a strong relationship as an artist and manager.

After SISTAR disbanded in 2017, Bora transitioned into acting and has steadily built her filmography with roles in dramas such as 'Doctor Stranger,' 'A Korean Odyssey,' and 'God's Quiz: Reboot.' In particular, she drew attention for her role as nurse Joo Youngmi in 'Dr. Romantic' Season 2 and 3, further solidified her position as an actress with stable performances in works like 'Pale Moon.'

Through her reunion with veteran producer CEO Kim Kanghyo, who is known for strong planning skills and on-site expertise, Bora is expected to continue her activities in a more stable and systematic manner. Having already prove her stage presence again by releasing new music with SISTAR 19, anticipation is high for her diverse activities a her new agency.

On the episode of JTBC's 'Knowing Bros' that aired on the 25th, Kim Jongseo, Kang Kyunsung, Lim Jeonghee, Wendy, and Kim Jaehwan transferred to the school for a high-note singers special.

In this episode, when asked whether vocal range can be raised through practice, Kim Jaehwan said, "When I first started singing, my range was around G4 or F#4. It increased while I was on 'Produce 101 Season 2.' Now, I can go up to C5 or even D5."

Kim Jongseo added, "You can raise it to a certain extent. You have to rely less on your vocal cords and pull the sound out with your breath. If you practice that, it improves." On 'I Live Alone,' IU shared the moment she was most touched by her friends was when they came to her grandfather's funeral.

On the episode of MBC's 'I Live Alone' that aired on the 24th, Yoo Subin revealed his meeting with IU and Lee Yeon, whom he became close with through the drama 'Perfect Crown.'

Yoo Subin introduced IU and Lee Yeon by saying, "Even though they are younger than me, we're essentially like friends."

The three, who meet regularly, began playfully bickering as soon as they got togehter. Showing the chemistry of real-life best friends, they enjoyed a walk among the cherry blossoms along the Han River and toook pictures. Yoo Subin even included a workout session for IU, who is a homebody.

After a pause, Byun Wooseok said, "Lately, I've been thinking that expressing it is really good. People should express themselves more." When Yoo Subin said, "Hyung, I love you," Byun Wooseok replied, "I love you too," and emphasized, "This is exactly why you have to express that you love someone."

Meanwhile, IU has been in a public relationship with actor Lee Jongsuk for four years since 2022. The two reportedly became close back in 2012 through SBS' 'Inkigayo.'

At the time of the announcement, Lee Jongsuk expressed his feelings via his fan cafe, calling it 'the fruit of a long unrequited love,' while IU said, "I am developing good feelings while relying on someone who has been a long-time colleague of mine."

Although there have been several breakup rumors, they all were proven to be untrue.
