We sincerely apologize for the delay in announcing our position regarding CBX's participation in EXO's full-group activities, which has caused confusion and concern for the fans.

INB100 and its artists Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin have promised fans to participate in full groups activities as members of EXO and have been making every possible effort to fulfill that promise.

We would like to inform you about the progress that has been made so far:

1. 9 July 2025 - Confirmed intention to reach an agreement with SM Ent.

We met SM Ent. in person to confirm mutual intention and direction for EXO's full-group activities.

2. 10 September 2025 - Shared detailed agreement drafts with each other.

Both sides exchanged specific details of the agreement, moving into negotiation stage.

3. Full acceptance of SM Ent.'s requirements

After the second mediation session on October 2nd, CBX clearly expressed their willingness to agree by accepting all conditions proposed by SM Ent. for EXO's full-group activities at the end of the year.

4. Schedule adjustments, prioritizing EXO's full-group activities

We cleared all of their personal schedules in December for EXO's full-group activities and waited SM Ent.'s final responses through legal representatives.

However, while we were making these efforts for EXO's full-group activities, we were informed about the upcoming EXO's fan meeting and full-length album announcement that excluded CBX.

We apologize for the delay in our response because we were trying to confirm SM Ent.'s stance amid this unexpected situation.

CBX members deeply value the sincerity of the fans who have supported them for so long and sincerely wished to participate in EXO's full-group activities, which is why they pursued this agreement.

'3rd Generation of Shinjeon Tteokbokki' ... Ha Minki's side: "He's the nephew, not the grandson"

Trainee Ha Minki, who was previously introduced as the '3rd-generation heir of Shinjeon Tteokbokki,' has been revealed to be the founder's nephew, not his grandson. The agency explained that they made a mistake when they first shared the information.

Wonder Girls' Hyerim's 2nd son first birthday photoshoot is like a remake of her wedding ... "We chose Hanok + dress"

After the court ruling was released on March 21, Team Bunnies contacted the members’ parents and the law firm Sejong. Over the past few days, we have met and consulted extensively with 4 major law firms, 3 former government officials-turned-lawyers, a current lawyer with 17 years of experience as a prosecutor, and a former judge who is now a lawyer.
