Kim Soohyun's agency, Gold Medalist, has stated that they are 'currently checking' the allegations of forcing the late Sulli to film bed scenes and nude scenes, which have recently surfaced.
On the 28th, Gold Medalist told iMBC Entertainment, "We are in the process of confirming the situation."
Earlier that day, Sulli's older brother, identified as A, spoke to Sports Kyunghyang, stating, "For the past six years, I have lived in deep sorrow and tears," and requested Kim Soohyun's side to clarify three key points.
According to the statement, A demanded explanations from Kim Soohyun on three points regarding the filming of the movie 'Real' (2017), which included his younger sister's nude scenes: Why was a bed scene, which was not in the original script, suddenly added during the filming? Why was a body double not used despite being available? Why did they lie about the body double being unable to come to the filming set due to illness?
A further stated, "I heard many things at Sulli’s funeral, but I am only asking these three questions based on facts. I hope for a clear and active response."
Meanwhile, 'Real' follows the story of Jang Taeyoung (played by Kim Soohyun), the boss of a criminal organization preparing to open a casino called 'Siesta,' who encounters a mysterious investor identical to him in both name and appearance. The film was directed by Lee Sarang (also known as Lee Rove), Kim Soohyun’s cousin and co-founder of Gold Medalist. Upon its release, 'Real' was criticized for its lackluster execution and unnecessary nude scenes.
