-Why is he styling his bangs like that since yesterday?ㅠㅠ

-He has the 'fairy ears'

-That looks like a 1st Gen idol hairstyleㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-They should just get rid of his bangs, I'm sure Dex would want that too. But still, even with that hairstyle, he looks so handsome.

-He looks really handsome, but please get rid of the bangs.

-His lip color is so pretty.

-He looks like Choi Jinyoung.

-Every time I see him, he reminds me of Ha Jiwonㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-His bangs look strange, it makes his face look longer. Which salon does he goes to?

-It's a 90s hairstyle......

-This hairstyle isn’t bad, but personally, I’d like to see him with fuller bangs.

-He looks like that one character from Squid Gameㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-He's charmingly handsome.

-Someone needs to do something about his bangs.

'Squid Game 2' Jo Yuri captivates the world

Jo Yuri has solidified her place as a global actress by perfectly portraying the character 'Junhee' with her stable acting skills. From her strong, determined gaze shining through fear to the subtle emotional acting that showcases her ability to control pacing, she brought her character to life, adding excitement and tension to the drama. With her proven potential and wide range as an actress, Jo Yuri is raising anticipations for how she will further develop the character of Junhee in the upcoming 'Squid Game 3.'

https://m.entertain.naver.com/article/117/0003901863

theqoo

-Her Instagram followers have increased a lot.

-I didn't know much about her. I saw her for the first time in Squid Game. I'll be rooting for her!

-I didn’t have high expectations, but her acting was pretty good.

-Her acting felt natural, and her lines were clear and well-delivered. But her character didn't particularly standout. I’m looking forward to Season 3.

-She's so cute.

-Yuri is so adorable. She seems good at both singing and acting. I hope she gets more active in the future.

-I didn’t know who she was, so I thought she was just a rookie actress.

-Her acting skill is better than I expected.

-I like Jo Yuri. She’s cute, sings well, and her acting skill is quite good.

-She was the most charming character in the whole show.

-I was surprised to see how good her acting skill is in Work Later, Drink Now... It's surprising because I didn't see that coming from a main vocalist.

-I’ve completely fallen for her too.

-I’m curious about what will happen to her in Season 3.

-I like Jo Yuri, but I didn’t watch Squid Game because of the director, T.O.P, and Jun Jaejoon. Still, I'm glad to see her getting positive reactions.

-Seems like there are a lot of people jealous of her success.

The profession that Park Jinyoung said is leading the current K-pop trend

Park Jinyoung said this yesterday on 'The Ddanddara'

Special masters who define the quality of a star.

Every time K-pop artists release new songs, they keep an eye on these people.

The ones who are leading and creating the latest trends...

Creators and influencers.

These days, the K-pop market is heavily influenced by creators and influencers.

That's why they invited influencers as special judges

1st row, L-R: Im Wooil (670K followers), Rian (150K followers), GeniusSKLee (460K followers), Top Student Jeonil-ie (190K followers)

2nd row, L-R: Lee Shinhyuk (80K followers), Kinky (30K followers), Chuther (1.5 M followers), Brick Grandpa (580K followers)

(I didn’t include Mimi and Gangnam since they’re pretty well-known already!)

How many of these people do you know?!!

Except for Lee Shinhyuk, I know them allㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I can't believe I'm seeing Brick Grandpa in this show...

theqoo

-Leading K-pop? What exactly are they doing for K-pop?

-I don't watch Youtube.. So I'm not sure if these people are really leading the trends.

-I only know that Rian and Kinky are dancers (I just know their names, though)

-I don't know any of them.

-I know that Im Wooil is a KBS comedian, and I know Rian and Kinky from Street Woman Fighter and Street Man Fighter.

-I know some of them, but unless they're dancers, what do they have to do with K-pop?

-This is my first time seeing all of them...

-I only saw Brick Grandfather's shorts once, and I recognized him because he was unique... Otherwise, I wouldn't know any of them...

-Influencers prefer songs that can be used for TikTok or Reels.

-This show keeps trying to gain attention.

-Who are all these people?

-No wonder why JYP groups' recent performance hasn't been good if this is the way they manage things.

-What do creators have to do with K-pop?

(SPOILER) Lee Jinwook was 'ㅇㅇㅇㅇ'?... Anticipations for 'Squid Game 3' raised

SPOILER

New speculations about Netflix's 'Squid Game 2' have surfaced as actress Park Gyuyoung revealed behind-the-scenes photos from the filming set.

On the 8th, Park Gyuyoung posted a photo of herself taking a break during the filming of 'Squid Game 2' on her social media. However, an unexpected detail caught fans' attention.

In the photo, Park Gyuyoung, dressed as a pink soldier, was seen resting beside another person with an unclear identity. This individual, presumed to be an actor, was also wearing a pink soldier uniform and resting on a chair, leading to speculation that it was Lee Jinwook.

Lee Jinwook plays the role of Park Kyungseok in 'Squid Game 2,' a character who participates in the deadly game to pay for his daughter Nayeon's leukemia surgery. He gained attention for being a coworker of Kang Noeul, played by Park Gyuyoung, at an amusement park.

Netizens have upscaled a photo of a male actor resting next to Park Gyuyoun and argued that it is indeed Lee Jinwook. Speculations about the reason behind his pink soldier uniform grew since then.

Due to the controversy surrounding spoilers, Park Gyuyoung has deleted the photo in question.

'Squid Game 2' has been a global sensation since its release on the 26th of last month. Within 11 days of its release, it achieved 126.2 million views (calculated by dividing total viewing time by the total runtime), and it maintained its position as the number one global title for two consecutive weeks. 'Squid Game 3' is scheduled to be released on June 27th.

theqoo

-Netflix must be sighing heavily right now ㅋㅋ

-It would be interesting if it's true...

-I thought that this might be the only way for him to save his daughter... And yep, there it isㅋㅋㅋ

-No wonder Lee Jinwook only appeared briefly in Season 2.

-Huh...? This is a major spoiler.

-What the heck? If it's true, this is a really major plot twist;;

-Honestly, I still can't tell if it's Lee Jinwookㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠ

-I'm glad I finished watching yesterday, but there must be so many people who haven't... This is way too much of a spoilerㅋㅋㅋ

-Can you please blur out his face? Are you kidding me?

-Isn’t Netflix super sensitive about spoilers?ㅎㅎ

-Why would she even post that?

-Park Gyuyoung's gonna have to pay a huge penalty for this, isn't she...?

-But how do you even know it’s Lee Jinwook?

-She should have been more careful... Hul.

-Didn't she sign non-disclosure agreements?;; Why would she post that?

Song Joongki faces two consecutive box office flops ... 'Bogota: City of the Lost' fails to attract audiences

Song Joongki's film, 'Bogota: City of the Lost', is struggling at the box office.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated network on January 7th, the film, which was released on December 31st, has accumulated only 336,348 viewers.

Despite being a new release, it falls behind the previously released films 'Harbin' (directed by Woo Minho) and 'Firefighters' (directed by Kwak Kyungtaek), currently ranking third at the box office.

With his previous film, 'Hopeless', released in October 2023, also falling short with only 260,000 viewers, making the actor faces two consecutive box office failures.

theqoo

-The title itself isn’t appealing... Seems like they lack a sense for it.

-I watched the trailer, it just looks too boring.

-Would you pay 15,000 KRW just because it's Song Joongki?

-Honestly, hearing Song Joongki's name actually makes me even less interested.

-Don’t waste Song Joongki’s face like that...

-I watched it yesterday, and there was no substance.

-What I want to see from Song Joongki is something like Descendants of the Sun, but his movies are always so dark and gloomy... I wonder why?

-I don’t have any expectations for Song Joongki anymore. His acting skill has declined.

-I didn’t even know it was releasedㅋㅋㅋ

-Nowadays, who watches a movie just because of the actor? The movie itself has to be interesting.

-The only Song Joongki movie I know is A Werewolf Boy.

-I think Song Joongki seems more suited for dramas...

-Regardless of whether you like the actor or not, there's no actor who always succeedsㅋㅋㅋㅋ He’ll have a hit project again eventually.

-His acting is terrible.

-Not only is his acting bad, but his image is also ruined.
