If there are reasons for termination, it can be terminated by written notice. And once it is terminated, the shareholders' agreement loses its effect."
They continued, "A lawsuit to confirm the termination of the shareholders' agreement has been filed to legally confirm this, so we're waiting for legal judgment. Additionally, HYBE expressed, "We regret that former CEO Min, who previously emphasized the importance of independent management for ADOR as a separate company, is not complying with the board's decision."

At that time, the injunction was filed only against former CEO Min, so her close associates, Vice President Shin and Director Kim, were dismissed from their positions as internal directors.
