According to ChannelA, A was arrested by police in Nonhyeon-dong, where he lives.
Police were dispatched after receiving a report that said "A man is running around like he's high on drugs." When A was arrested, A slurred and couldn't walk properly. He was then tested for drugs and the result came out positive. Police also reported that they have found a lot of pills at A's house and they're currently checking it.
