Statement on Airport Security
Hello, this is Starship Entertainment.
We sincerely apologize to those who were affected and to all fans for the inappropriate actions of a security guard while performing security duties for Cravity at the airport on June 23, following Cravity's performance and promotions in Japan.
As soon as we became aware of the incident, we immediately terminated our cooperation with the security company responsible for Cravity's on-site security.
Furthermore, to prevent such incidents from recurring, we will establish security protocols and training procedures to ensure the safety of both fans and artists.
We apologize once again to the fans. Thank you.
-At least they apologized.
-Now they're apologizing for something that happened in June because it got covered on the news?
-Apologizing for something that happened a month ago, seriously?
-They only apologized because it was on the news.
-It's funny how they're apologizing a month later.
-What about the medical bills?
-How hopeless must they be to consider this late apology a good thing?
-A month ago and they’re apologizing just now?
-They should compensate the fan who suffered a concussion.
-They should pay for the medical bills.
-Security guards beating fans has always been an issue; they only apologized because it got reported and lawsuits were filed.
-Some don’t apologize even after being exposed by the media, so they are better in comparison.
-What happened?
