I think it's ridiculous that older generations are said to have good mental health. They just never got diagnosed.
And these people have no thought that they might have a mental illness... They only think of mental illness as something like the characters portrayed in old media, running around in the rain with flowers in their hair.

-I think there’s no way they could have been healthy mentally, living in a time when the government would kill people if things went wrong.
-Looking at the older generation, it seems like they just lived with mental illness. They pass it down to their children but deny it themselvesㅎ
-That's right.
-Many older people tried to kill themselves with pills but failed and ended up losing their voices.
-The older generation should have gone to a mental hospital a long time ago, but they didn’t, so they passed it down to the younger generation who now go to mental hospitals.
-That's right. That's why their families, including their younger generation, are not happy.
-Where else could it have the younger generations gotten the mental illness from if not from them?
-Exactly... They either died or just never got diagnosed.
-Of course. Considering the lives they lived back then, it wouldn't be strange if the whole nation had mental health issues.
-Exactly. That’s why the younger generation today is struggling and unhealthy.
-That’s why their children have mental health issues.
-They just don’t know it’s an illness.
-There were so many families with domestic violence. The person who was violent likely had a mental illness, and the victim couldn't have been fine either.
-The entire country is suffering from a massive mental illness.
-Back then, the idea of even going to a mental health facility was stigmatized, so they didn’t go, and they didn’t let others go either.
