On the 21st, Yoon Hajeong announced her marriage on her social media, stating, "I have promised to spend the rest of my life this coming October with someone precious who has been by my side for a long time." However, soon after the announcement, some netizens began raising suspicions that she might have already been dating her current fiancé during the filming of 'Single's Inferno 3.'

In response, she denied these allegations during a Q&A sessions the following day. When asked, "Were you already dating during the filming?" she firmly replied, "Of course not," and clarified that they met after the filming had ended. According to her explanation, the two had already known each other before, and after an encounter, her fiancé persistently expressed his affection towards her, and they eventually became a couple. She added that because they already knew each other, it didn't take long for them to start dating.

Notably, Yoon Hajeong also specified the length of their relationship to dismiss the rumors. She mentioned, "We've been together for 1,000 days. If we get married as planned in October, it will be just a bit over three years of dating." Considering that 'Single's Inferno 3' aired in late 2023 and was filmed much earlier, the timeline aligns with her explanation.

She further stated that by the time the show aired, she was already dating her fiancé. At the time, rather than feeling jealous, her fiancé reportedly cheered and enjoyed watching her on screen. She added that he was actually relieved that she didn't end up leaving the show as a part of a final couple, saying that if she had, they might never have met.

Born in 1998, Yoon Hajeong gained popularity on 'Single's Inferno 3' through her loveline with basketball player Lee Gwanhee. In the video, Kwon Chaewon talked about her time in DIA, saying, "It wasn't exactly a disbandment. All the members' contracts were terminated and we each went our separate ways. Our group chat is still active."

She also addressed the 'evil editing' controversy that arose during her appearance on the survival show 'Universe Ticket.' She explained, "At first, the viewers' reaction wasn't good, so it kind of became a dark past for me," and added, "I admit I lacked skills. I was also too greedy with my song choice."

She continued, "Even though the writer tried to stop me, I really wanted to perform that song. The title was 'Heroine,' and I wanted to be the heroine."

She then shared her experience challenging herself to become a virtual idol. She said, "At the time, virtual idols were trending. I had to wear a full-body black suit made of spandex and a helmet to capture my facial motion."

She continued, "It was a really difficult job. It was very stressful not being able to perform on stage as myself, but I took on the challenge because I still wanted to stand on stage somehow."

However, she revealed that she ultimately failed in her second attempt at becoming an idol, saying, "The company suddenly disappeared while I was preparing. We had spent six months preparing. We had even finished recording the title track and the choreography, but it all fell through," expressing her disappointment.

Meanwhile, Kwon Chaewon debuted in 2016 as a member of DIA under the stage name Eunchae and was active until 2022. After her contract ended, she has been pursuing a career as an actress under her real name.

Band LUCY has canceled the production of their lightstick following negative reactions from fans.

On the 22nd, LUCY's agency, Mystic Story, announced through official channels regarding the lighstick production, "We have seriously and humbly taken many opinions sent through various channels, and after internal review, we have decided to cancel the project."

They continued, "We sincerely apologize for causing confusion to those who have supported us through this process," and added, "We will work harder so that the expectation and love you send us are not in vain."
