The case that happened when school violence is not taken seriously
A woman in her 20s is sentenced in an appeals court after using her junior-senior high school colleague, who is also her work colleague, for sexual slavery. The victim eventually passed away because of the harsh actions that were done to her.
According to the Suwon High Court's Criminal Division 3, A was originally sentenced to 25 years of prison for forcing prostitution, intoxicating for prostitution, concealing profits, etc. The sentence was increased to 27 years.
The court also required her to participate in a treatment program for sexual violence victims for 80 hours and gave her 10 years of employment restriction.
A was indicted on charges of prostitution 2,145 times and stealing 300MKRW (237,000USD) after making B live near her house in Gwangmyung from December 2019 to January 2021.
Not only that, she also installed a CCTV in B's house and tracked her in real-time through a location tracking app. A also forced B to prostitute nearby their house 5 to 6 times a day. If B fails to meet the amount of money A had set every day, A would call B to her house and make her bath in cold water, abuse her, and disturb her in her sleep.
B's body had weakened due to all the cruel things A did to her. Even so, A still made her bath in cold water and all the other things, causing her to suffer from hypothermia and passed away.

1. [+461][-6] This case was almost neglected. At first, the police thought someone had just died. However, the prosecution thought it was weird for a young woman in her 20s to die of hypothermia after taking a cold shower. They handed the victim's phone to the forensics team and that's how they found out.
2. [+321][-1] What did I just see...? The victim was forced to prostitute more than 2000 times? Isn't she crazy??
3. [+303][-1] Aren't they going to expose the perpetrator's identity?
4. [+97][-1] 27 years of prison is too low of a sentence for that crime. They should give her the death penalty by bathing her in cold water.
5. [+83][-0] We really shouldn't take school violence easily. I heard that once you get abused as a young kid, it's hard to escape even if you grow older. The company that still protects school violence perpetrators really should reflect on this case.
6. [+52][-1] Does it make sense to you that someone prostituted 2,145 times in a year? Is that even possible? What a crazy bitch
Former Bigbang member, Seungri, is confirmed to receive a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison

-10 years of prison is not enough for what he did and yet he only received 1 year and 6 months?
-This is very sickening. I don't want to breathe the same oxygen and live under the same sky as him.
-No wonder why he said he loves the law in South Korea
-What is this...? I can't believe he only received 1 year and 6 months...
-I'm not expecting anything now...ㅋㅋㅋ
-The law is meaningless now...
-How did he end up with just 1 year and 6 months?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ This is unbelievable...
-Not 16 years, but 1 year and 6 months? Are you kidding me?
-1 year and 6 months for all the evil things he did? It's crazy how the law in South Korea works...
-I'm at loss for f*cking words...
-I told you that we just can't figure out how the law in South Korea works...
-I'm not even surprised at this point...
-South Korea is such a nice country for criminals to live in...
-As expected, money is the best...
The person who posted the picture of V and Jennie took down the post... 'There's been a misunderstanding'
Fan: Why did you take down your post about Jennie and V?
OP: I didn't say it was Jenni and V! I took the post down right away because it could cause a problem
Fan: Anyone could tell it was Jennie and Vㅋㅋㅋㅋ
OP: I doubted it at first. But anyway, I took it down right away because it could cause a misunderstanding! Thank you
-Judging by how their companies did not even try to deny the rumors, seems like it's really them. Maybe that's also why they didn't process to take legal actions against the person who posted the picture.
-If they're really not dating, they would've denied the rumors right awayㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-Just leave him alone. He's enlisting soon, what's so wrong with dating?
-Regardless of the rumors are true or not, it's getting me goosebumps how the OP took a picture of them without any permission;;
-I think that OP took the post down because they might get in trouble for taking pictures without permissions
-I don't know why idols' private life should be publicized. I don't understand why they have to clarify about this matter either.
-Seems like the OP got terrors from their fans...
-I don't know how they get that picture but first of all, they shouldn't be spreading that picture online. Even if the person in the pictures are not celebrities. It's just wrong.
-Why does it matter to you if they're dating or not?
-Being a celebrity must be so hard... I feel bad for them...
-I personally it doesn't matter if they're dating, as long as they're happy with it.
-What's so wrong with dating?? Just leave them alone...
-I'm a fan and this is completely okay~~ I'm currently waiting for their comebacks!!
-So it was posted by a sasaeng...? I can't believe she acted like she didn't capture that on purpose. This is a crime.
??? : Most of idol's fans usually suffer from lack of affection
I'm writing this on Nate Pann because it applies to the idol's fans on this site.
My job requires me to meet a lot of students. And among these students, a lot of them are fanatic fans of idols. When their favorite idols are having comebacks, they would buy a few pieces of the exact same albums as a tribute. Not only that, they also would stay on Twitter or other communities all day to keep updated with their idols.
First of all, 8 out 10 students like this are bad at studying. And they also suffer from a lack of affection. Many of them come from broken-home families. They have no place to spend their interest and affection, so they just choose to spend it on celebrities. In severe cases, they could even get obsessed with them.
I'm not generalizing them. This is a conclusion I get after 10 years of working in this field.
I'm not looking down on them. I feel bad for them, in fact. Of course, there are kids from wealthy and peaceful families that like idols too. But they don't spend their money carelessly on idols. It's just one of their side hobbies.
Whereas the kids from lacking and agitated families, idols are number one in their daily life. Idols take almost more than half of the space in their heads. That's where they seek comfort. I really feel bad for that. That's why I tend to treat them more warm-heartedly, so that they can put themselves first, instead of taking care of idols who don't even know their faces.
-My professor graduated from Seoul National University and she's an idol fan even now...ㅋㅋㅋ
-Most of the idol fans I know are model students... As a fangirl who has been fangirling for more than 10 years, I think I have a better life than the person who wrote that postㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-What kind of nonsense is this?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I'm doing really good at schoolㅋㅋㅋ I also come from a peaceful and loving familyㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-My friend comes from a wealthy family and yet she fangirls like there's no tomorrow...? She studies even harder so that she wouldn't get scolded. I think that person is looking down on idol fans...
-There are a lot of people who are even crazier about their hobbies. But why do these people always pick on idol fans?
-I think the OP is the one who's suffering from lack of affectionㅋㅋㅋ They're just jealous that idols get a lot of affection, that's why they're picking on idol fansㅋㅋ
-I feel bad for the OP for having such a closed mind...
-For me, BTS' concerts and fan meetings are somehow always held during my exam period. So I would go to the venue and study right there until right before the concerts or fan meeting startㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
-I don't want people telling me that my academic scores drop because I fangirl, so I study even harder and even consistently receive scholarships now
-There are cases like that, but I think it's wrong to generalize all of idol fans like that
-The top students in my school are all idol fans, though?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
