Kim Soohyun's side: "Photo with the late Kim Saeron was taken in 2020, not 2016 ... Can't reveal full details of circumstances"

Kim Soohyun's side clarified that his picture with the late Kim Saeron, which she had posted on social media last year but then quickly deleted, was not taken in 2016, but in 2020.

On the 30th, Kim Soohyun's legal representative, attorney Ko Sangrok, addressed the controversial picture while refuting allegations that Kim Soohyun dated a minor.

Attorney Ko stated, "In the process of revealing the truth, there is a risk of unintentionally burdening related parties, and that applies to the late Kim Saeron as well. This is exactly the specific difficulty of this case." He added, "The root of the problem was a draft of statement found in a Kakaotalk conversation that she sent to an acquaintance on 25 March 2024, which contained false claims."

Attorney Ko continued, "At the time when the drama 'Queen of Tears' was very popular, the late Kim Saeron posted a photo of her and Kim Soohyun on social media before immediately deleting it. Upon reconfirming the facts, the photo was taken in late 2020, when the late Kim Saeron was entering her 2nd year in university. However, in the draft statement, which appears to have been prepared by someone's help, there was a false statement claiming that the picture was taken in 2016, when she was only in her 1st year of high school. The photo was cited in the same document as the sole basis for the false claim that 'the late Kim Saeron dated Kim Soohyun from the 3rd grade of middle school through her 3rd year of university."

In March 2024, while preparing for a comeback after her DUI accident in 2022, the late Kim Saeron posted a photo on her social media showing her posing cheek-to-cheek with Kim Soohyun, only to delete it 3 minutes later. This sparked dating rumors, which Kim Soohyun's agency firmly denied at the time, stating, "The dating rumor is groundless. We have no idea what the intention behind Kim Saeron's actions was."

Attorney Ko stated, "Anyone is capable of making statements that are not true. There might have been motives or reasons for her or those who helped her at the time. However, not everyone makes such statements, and especially if the content could cause serious harm to another person, one must be especially cautious. Nevertheless, this false statement was left behind and later became the beginning of a serious cybercrime. Based on my review as an attorney, there is a reasonable explanation regarding how this happened. However, I ask for understanding that I can't disclose details, as discussing them in depth could damage the feelings of mourning for the late Kim Saeron."

Attorney Ko concluded, "Fake news is a crime, not a content. Society as a while must now directly confront and firmly control cyber-organized violence. This case is not just a simple dispute, but a crime causing serious harm to our society. It also contains an important issue regarding how human rights are treated. Therefore, we shouldn't grow weary in the process of finding the truth. We ask you all to continue paying attention to this case until the damage suffered by Kim Soohyun is fully recovered."

-Please just leave Saeron alone.

-He's still doing this, huh?

-I feel sorry for Saeron.

-Ugh... He can't make a comeback. Just cut it out. I don't want to see him ever again.

-Ugh, Ahjussi... You're disgusting.

-How can you trust him when he keeps changing his words all the time?

-This is exactly why he hired a lawyer.

-Looks like he's preparing to make a comeback...

-You're finished already. Don't try to change your image.

-Why is he going this far? At this point, it seems like he's just spitting out words without thinking. I wish he'd think a little bit...

-Just retire from the industry.

-I really wish he'd just stop... Does no one around him realize that this will not get better no matter what he does?

-He already made a lot of money... Wouldn't it better for him to just start a business and live a new life?

-Just leave. Retire from the industry. Even just seeing his name is already exhausting for me.

Lee Chaemin and Im Yoona's comments regarding 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' Season 2

Lee Chaemin shared his thoughts on 'Bon Appétit, Your Majesty' Season 2, saying, "Looking at the reactions, people were asking, 'Is there going to be a Season 2?' That made me realized, 'Whoa, so people actually enjoyed watching this drama.' I'm also curious like, 'What if we did a Season 2?' I even thought, 'Maybe it could be about Lee Heon adapting to the modern day.' But still, I think it's right for Lee Heon's story to end in the historical setting.

Regarding the ending, Im Yoona said, "I'm satisfied. I think it's the ending that everyone dreamed of. I think it's a beautiful ending." When asked about the possibility of Season 2, she added, "I haven't heard anything yet. I think we'll know if the discussion comes up, but if the story continues and all the actors could reunite, I'd love to try it."

-I think it'd be fun if there was a spinoff about them working at the restaurant.

-Honestly, I think the ratings would be great if they did Season 2ㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's so hilarious. I love cheerful dramas like this.

-Can't they just make 2 more episodes?ㅠㅠㅜ

-I'm not even asking for a full 12 episodes. At least just give us a 2-episode spinoffㅠㅋㅋ

-2 special episodes.... I'm begging....

-I know it won't happen, but even just one episode of Lee Heon's POV adapting to modern day would be funㅋㅋ

-I want to see it... It sounds like it'd be so funㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-I'm not even asking for Season 2... Just a spinoff at the very least...

-I don't even need Season 2, just 1 to 2 special episodes...

-I won't ask for Season 2, so please just give us at least 1 more episode...

-What is the production team doing!!!

-Just give us anythingㅠㅠ I can't let that chemistry go just like that.

-Just 2 more special episodes...

-I'd be thankful even if they only upload it as a spinoff on Youtube...

-Just 2 more episodes about Lee Heon adapting to the modern day...ㅠㅠ

A drama written by a writer who was grieving his late wife

Rooftop Prince

Top writer Lee Heemyung, who wrote hits like 'Mr. Q,' 'Tomato,' and 'Successful Story of a Bright Girl,' took a 6-year hiatus after his wife's passing and made his comeback with this work.

This drama was promoted as a comedic time-slip drama. The writer himself stated he started by imagining a Joseon king traveling to the modern day. Unlike his usual lighthearted style, the drama gradually became deeply emotional towards the ends.

"Even if flowers dried up, I have never forgotten you."

Does love have an expiration date?

This drama asks those who easily answer 'YES' without hesitation to think again.

How much is your 'Love with an expiration date' worth?

Before you ask how love can be calculated, consider this: the moment you set an expiration date, you are already calculating love.

This drama aims to prove a love that remains unchanged, even after an eternity.

This drama carries Lee Heemyung's heartfelt confession to his late wife after he took a 6-year break after the death of his wife. Lee Heemyung is known for his previous hits like 'Mr. Q' (1988), 'Tomato' (1999), 'Successful Story of a Bright Girl' (2002), 'Bad Family' (2006), and more. I still remember enjoying the adopted daughter character, Yang Ah (Played by Nam Sangmi), in 'Bad Family'. I thought 'Rooftop Prince' was written by a female writer in her 20s to 30s. I can't believe it was written by a man close to 50 years old. Indeed, Lee Heemyung's reputation hasn't died yet.

In 'Rooftop Prince,' letters and postcards are delivered between Joseon and the modern day. When Lee Gak buries a letter in the stone pillar of Buyonggak, Park Ha, the reincarnation of Buyong living in the modern day, receive it. Their earnest feelings were conveyed through messages that say, "I should've said 'I love you' more before I left," and "Your Highness, I admired you. I loved you all my life. Even hundreds of years from now, I will love you."

-Wow... I can't believe this was written by a man in his 50s...

-I want to rewatch it, but I can't because of the male lead...

-This was the best drama I've ever watched in my life...

-It would be great if they did a remake of this drama.

-If only it weren't for the male lead, I'd rewatch it...ㅠ I've forgotten the plot and want to rewatch it, but I can't.

-Whoa... I naturally assumed this was written by a female writer.

-If only it weren't for the male lead..... But at that time, Park Yoochun was indeed the most handsome actor.

-I really enjoyed watching this dramaㅜㅠ Han Jimin is so pretty.

-This is so sad... It's such a sad, precious, and affectionate project for the writer, but the male lead ruined it all.

-This was super funㅜㅜㅜㅜ But I can't rewatch it now.

-Hul... It's the type of drama that a female writer in her 30s to 40s would write... This is surprising.

-Where can I watch this? I guess it's not on Netflix?

-No wonder... As someone who never once cried while watching dramas, I cried a lot watching the final episode of this drama. It still remains a deeply emotional memory for me. Maybe it was because of the writer's genuine sincerity.

-It was the first time I ever cried over the final episode of a drama....

-I really enjoyed watching it when it aired. Han Jimin and Jung Yoomi's visuals were insaneㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-Whoa... I cried a lot while watching this drama.

The 14th most visited website in South Korea per August 2025

To all South Korean women, I'm informing this for public good. If you go to ****, you'll find a massive number of hidden camera videos, CCTV hidden camera footage, with views reaching 6 to 7 M. It's the biggest p*rn site in South Korea. All Korean men around you have probably seen it at least once.

-This is sickening. Why aren't they shutting that site down??

-MSN? That hotmail MSN? I didn't know it was still alive... Not to mention that the ranking is quite high.

-Whoa... I just found out today that such a site exists and the fact that the ranking is quite high... This is truly disgusting.

-I just found out about that site today. I hope all Hannam dies.

-From what I know, GMarket and Ali have high ranks because their ads are linked to various p*rn and illegal sites.

-I feel like throwing up...

-What site is that ****?

-There isn't a single Hannam who has never watched illegal hidden camera footage from that site.

-Is it something like the old ********...? I thought that site was shut down already. Is it replaced by this one?

-If only the people who watches videos from that website died, the world would be a bit cleaner.

-Hannams should just f*cking die.

-Look at this mess. And they wonder why we hate men?

-Those f*cking bastards. There's literally no hope for them. I wish all the bastards who watch hidden camera footage would burn to death.

Lee Chaemin's post on September 15

Ryu Dain's post on September 29

Their birthdays are only a few days apart. They both posted pictures of cakes from the same dessert shop. It's clearly giving lovestagram. I'm wishing them all happiness in the world!

-They look so cute together. I love seeing same-age couple.

-It's really nice to see.

-This is exactly why I like Lee Chaemin. He seems like someone who maintains relationship well for a long time.

-I love how healthy and beautiful their relationship is.

-They're both so fresh and lovely.

-Honestly, going public with their relationship is cuter. It's good for warding off toxic fans as well.

-They suit each other so well. They look beautiful together.

-If you don't like public relationships, just stop being a fan. Cursing them to break up is pure toxic behavior.

-They've always been open about their relationshipㅋㅋ I love same-age couple, they look so cute.

-They're in a public relationship anywayㅋㅋ So cute.

-Huk... I saw some hate comments on the actress's Instagram post, though.

-A drama is just a drama. Actors have their own real lives.

-They look so cute together. People who complain about this are the toxic ones.

-Ryu Dain gives off Choi Sora's vibes.

-I got curious and checked her Instagram. She's got a good styleㅋㅋㅋ I like her.
