During a recent live broadcast, MC Dingdong was seen talking with a female BJ. As their conversation continued, his emotions escalated and he assaulted her by grabbing her hair.
The incident occurred after the BJ made a joke about MC Dingdong's past DUI and hit-and-run case. He lost his temper and reacted by grabbing her hair. Because it happened during a live broadcast, his sudden behavior was fully shown on air, leaving viewers shocked.
Afterward, MC Dingdong stood in front of the camera in tears and said, "I didn't have a single job for a year and a half. I was finally trying to show that I'm living diligently now, but when that topic suddenly came up, my emotions got the better of me." He added, "I will never drink and drive again."
In 2022, MC Dingdong was arrested after driving his Mercedes-Benz while heavily intoxicated, refusing breathalyzer test from police who arrived following a report, and attempting to flee. He was later sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison, suspended for 2 years.
After a period of self-reflection, he recently attempted to make a comeback as the pre-show MC for the TV show 'The Best K-Trot Singer 3,' but he has once again become embroiled in controversy due to this assault incident.
