Youtuber Freezia expressed that she dislikes the idea of having a boyfriend who uses a Galaxy phne.
Recently, Freezia posted a video showing her daily life on her channel, 'THE Freezia.'
Freezia said, "I heard your (an acquaintance) boyfriend uses a Galaxy Fold. To be honest, I'd kinda hate it if my boyfriend used a Galaxy phone." She added, "Both my mom and dad use Galaxy phones too. But parents and a boyfriend are different, right? Just imagining him taking pictures of me with that phone makes me so annoyed."
When an acquaintance asked, "What if your boyfriend comes up and says, 'Jia-ya~ Let me take a picture of you,' and then opens his Galaxy Fold?" she reacted strongly, saying, "Seriously?" She continued, "When my dad takes pictures of me, I end up looking like I have the proportions of a 3-heads-tall character. Galaxy and iPhone photos just have different vibes." Her acquaintance responded, "Mine looks fine, though. The pictures my dad took of me turned out really well."
Freezia added, "I don't think I've ever even touched a Galaxy phone before. The only people I can accept using Galaxy phones are my mom and dad." She added, "When the Flip first came out, t looked really pretty that I wanted to try buying one. It reminded me of the old flip phones. But I still think iPhone is way much more comfortable to use. When I try using my mom's phone, it's too difficult for me."
Meanwhile, beauty and fashion Youtuber Freezia (real name Song Jia) began her journey as an influencer after appearing on the Netflix reality show 'Single's Inferno' in 2021. However, at the peak of her popularity she was caught in a controversy for wearing counterfeit luxury goods. Since her content frequently featured luxury brands, the backlash was significant.
Eventually, Freezia issued an apology through a handwritten letter and a Youtube video. Despite that, criticism from netizens continued, leading a media outlet to verify the authenticity of 21 controversial items. The investigation found that 13 out of 21 items were genuine and some items that netizens had insisted to be fake were actually authentic. However, a portion of the items was confirmed to be counterfeit.
